8521  Economy / Speculation / Re: Danm ! What the f*ck is Hapening ? on: May 27, 2017, 11:35:21 AM
The key is to HODL to try or even sell it in lower. Just HODL and wait ofr the pullback always think tbat there's a pullback always happening like what hapenned yesterday that BITCOI price drops -$500 but pump more +$300. Well but nlw it's drops more so all i can say is HODL and sell it high wait for the pullback
Ive waiting for its pullback as of now to sell off or buy even more cheaper coins and you are right in every trade or correction of prices theres always a pullback which means its the best time to buy and sell off to secure profits even on short trades.I was little bit shocked when the bubble popped out too early and i was already got used to see the price of bitcoin is on the peak.
8522  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC lost through lending on Poloniex? on: May 27, 2017, 11:03:25 AM
I had a few bitcoins lending out through Poloniex BTC lending (have been doing this for a while and generated steady growth). However, I just noticed that all "My active loans" were suddenly empty and that my overall balance had dropped about 30%.

I downloaded the Lending History, but it does not show anything strange. Only the loans that ended regularly and generated the remaining BTC in balance.

Either somehow the those BTC are still active loans, but not showing or did I just loose 30% of those coins because a number of lenders not able to repay?

Anybody else experienced this or is something else happening?

There are many scammers online and they will run after got hold of your bitcoins. Have you heard of btcjam it was the famous bitcoin lending site on the internet but there are many lenders who claim that the people who borrowed their bitcoin did not pay them. The problem is how will you get back the coins since they are on the other side of the world and are using a dummy account.
Thats the most common problem on p2p lending which you cant be assure what kind of person you are transacting to which means risk of losing money is always there if you are careless enough. I dont really have trust no matter what would be the collateral. In the case of OP its not surprising anymore and losing almost 30% is really just bad and for sure there are lots of borrowers didnt repay the debt they had.
8523  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: May 26, 2017, 09:52:55 AM
The best emotional management comes from having a clear cut strategy and knowing exactly what to do when you execute each trade. If your strategy is extremely detailed, emotional management will come naturally.
Sometimes that clear strategy could be altered as unexpectable thing happens that's why we shouldn't just make a clear strategy but we also needs alternative strategies so that we can handle a situation without tolerating our emotion controls us.
Having always a back-up plans is good because we do be ready when unexpected things do happen on the way.If we dont have any ways to cope up then for sure emotions will overcome us and will control us on our actions which lead on wrong decisions. We should really have strong discipline and control to ourselves in any field its either on trading or even on gambling .
8524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 7 years ago... you could have earned almost $15,000 at today's value in 3 sec... on: May 26, 2017, 08:56:41 AM
Funny how life is Smiley 5 BTC for free in 3 sec... today people are working hard to earn 0.01 BTC

https://web.archive.org/web/20100703032414/http://freebitcoins.appspot.com/
Don't work anymore.... Sad
You expect that it would work still as of now? If it does then op wouldnt mind to share at all and spoil all the btc on that site.. Its really somehow regretful that we didnt jump in the boat on the earlier days of bitcoin and yes life is funny which bitcoin is almost free on those days and now earning a little satoshi is already hard but well theres no need to think off so hard about the past better to focus on present and into the future.
8525  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Adsense Alternative? on: May 26, 2017, 08:28:04 AM
If you have good traffic to your website, you can use some Native advertising like Taboola. Some publisher talk that they have greaat payout from taboola.

Taboola might be a good alternative but knowing that they dont pay up on bitcoins which means you will definitely recieve payout on traditional ways but still a better alternative.I do really hate adsense sometimes because of being too strict even you are not doing anything wrong i do easily got banned or removed. For now theres nothing that pays up with bitcoin the same on adsense.
8526  Economy / Services / Re: Eliteboost Boosting Service LoL,Dota2,Overwatch,Hot,CS:GO,WoW,Hearthstone on: May 26, 2017, 03:37:58 AM
Op, I visited your website to find out which payment methods you accept. Correct me if I am wrong, but it turned out that it is only PayPal and Skrill.
Do you realize that these two methods are not exactly the most beloved payment methods in Bitcoin community? Do you even accept any crypto at all?
I am not familiar with many boosting services, but your price seems very high, even with your max discount of 30%.
Skrill can be used or be funded by use of bitcoin but it a way to hassle for me or for most bitcoin users and you said was right they should really include bitcoin payments since we are on bitcoin forum which means generally people would love to see that payment options and regarding on the price better to lower it because there are some bossting services already have lower price than yours which means you would really have a hard time on having a client for sure.

8528  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel? on: May 25, 2017, 03:52:58 PM
We often earn money from youtube channel by showing ads from adsense and suppose if someone want to earn bitcoin by showing ads on their youtube videos then is there any alternative ad network which provide ads for youtube channel?
Its not possible since Youtube is on adsense and we know its a centralized service which is opposite on bitcoin. If theres a way on monetizing youtube video for bitcoin then definitely im one of those person who would do it.Sad to say that its impossible as of now instead on bothering on this thing better to find other ways.
8529  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: May 25, 2017, 02:03:36 PM
I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.
Slow confirmation times doesnt mean that bitcoin will die soon. This is just only a problem that bitcoin would really faced on the future. If you dont like on waiting game on making transfers then you should really be willing to pay up huge fees on sending any amount on each transactions. This is only a common problem nowadays and its too far away from dying when we do see the current state of bitcoin.
8530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 21 millions people to become millionaires are being created in public on: May 25, 2017, 01:34:28 PM
The price of bitcoin only needs to be $47,000 for 21 BTC holders to become dollar millionaires. At this rate, we'll see $47,000 within the next 5 years, probably 6 figures by 2030+. But people can only think in linear terms, so a lot of people will keep selling along the way, which makes 21 bitcoin holders even rareer and their chance at becoming rich increase. Notice how most people are in shock about the fact we are about to hit $3000.

Now, if you are talking about 1 BTC = 1 million $, that's another history. Still possible, but would take a massive influx of capital to enter the blockchain. Anything is possible tho.

I've made lots of mistakes regarding btc.

Sold when I shouldn't. Bought but not enough...
But I made one rule for sure! You keep one btc at all time Wink

And damn I'm happy I kept this rule and this btc ^^
Thats a good thing for you that no matter what you do have 1 bitcoin on your wallet and its sad even myself couldnt able to buy or earn directly on just 1 whole bitcoin. history would be made if the price of bitcoin would reach a certain high amount that we cant even ever imagine on our entire life  Cool Thats why i still strive to save bitcoin as much as i can since i do already know the potential of it on the future.
8531  Economy / Economics / Re: Moment for buying or selling? on: May 25, 2017, 01:02:33 PM
I was thinking, because of Bitcoin price skyrocketed, would it be wise to buy bitcoin now? I have some bitcoin in wallet, but nothing much, and i was thinking to buy some bitcoin more. But because of price rising in last few days i am not sure what to do, because if i buy now, maybe price will go down and ill lose profit, or maybe it will go up and i did not buy so ill lose profit too. What are your thinking on matter and what do you think how much will price of bitcoin rise this year?
No one knows if bitcoin price would continue to rise or would decrease on next hours or days or months.Thats the risk involve and most people do really have these doubts when they do plan to buy bitcoin because we think off that we might buy on the peak and when it crash its price then its really a big loss of money but if this thing happen to you can can still possibly break even or gain profits because we do know that bitcoin do really increase its price after no matter what.
8532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: May 25, 2017, 12:25:21 PM
bitcoin is a scheme to get rich, that provide lot of purpose that help me like internet money also investing for short or long period
also bitcoin is easier to use that not really complicated to start to using it

I agree. Bitcoin is a new opportunity to earn money without special skills and does not require a huge time.
yeah its true i can say that because when i do compared on earning money on real life jobs is really much more harder compared on earning bitcoin. It is somehow easy but still need effort in able to earn.We do know that in able to earn money we should really work hard. Its really an advantage for us bitcoin users and we do really have an advantage compared to those who doesnt even know about bitcoin.
8533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In terms of acceptance of bitcoins... on: May 24, 2017, 07:07:24 AM
in our world today, lots of people have accepted bitcoin and has been using it.
But the majority, still won't accept the concept of bitcoin and its usefulness and still prefer fiat money.
As how closed those other people's minds are right now, how much time do you think it would take for everyone to accept the concept of bitcoins??
Or is it just a childish dream and will never happen??
Only people who have not realized the potential of bitcoin would not accept bitcoin.Bitcoin has already proved its worth in the past eight years and its price has increased fro $750 to $2000 within six months. If they still refuse to accept bitcoin, then they would be leaved alone from the main stream of economic development. They would be the losers and they would regret for their decisions in future.
If they able to see the previous price on previous years of bitcoin and didnt decide to engage with it while its still cheap then they do really regret as of now but for those persons who dont know totally i think they wont really not matter or bother theirselves because they are just purely believing and dependent on local fiat.It may become the mainstream in future but being accepted by all people would really remains as a dream.
8534  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much do you trade with? and feel comfortable with exchange holding on: May 24, 2017, 06:40:50 AM
Ive chose 0.2 btc or even less amount to make trades or buying an altcoin because i cant be sure if those coins i have bought does have potential or just a total shitcoin. With that amount i do divide it on buying more than one altcoin because i do really like to diversify it and i do hold some amounts on exchange for a short period of time depending on me.
8535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [STJ] STORJ Token Sale :: 19th May - 19th June on: May 24, 2017, 06:20:25 AM
Its really impressive that you guys have taken just a few days and those days are mostly not working to days to almost get to your goals, I want to know if you are going to continue after hitting the desired amount.

When 30 million has been reached, the sale will end.
And what if the 30 million target is not reached?
Would the coins be refunded back to the owners, or the remaining tokens will be burned?
With 27,69 million reached in under 5 days and still 26 to go, I think the target will be reached very soon.
But still, will be interested in knowing the answer to your question.
Basing on the duration and progress of sale i think it would really reach out the specific goal amount. The question above would really depend on devs if they didnt able to reach out then its possible they will burned the remaining tokens or decide to refund all the money of its investors but i strongly believe it would really be reached out.
8536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i have a heck of a good feeling on: May 24, 2017, 05:43:29 AM
With the price of bitcoin moving without any breaks i could feel that there are more surprises left in the stock and i am sure that people who holds a minimum of 21 bitcoins will be having a good fortune in the future and with the alts moving alongside bitcoin, everyone has made a pie with these rallies.
21 bitcoin would really be a good amount since its 1 in a million partitioned on total supply of bitcoin and when price would come to a point on where it reaches insane amount then many would really be glad specially to those holders of bitcoin. We do really feel good when we do see the price is clinging up and does hurt if it goes the opposite way.
8537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: poloniex.com are scamming and stealing coins! Beware! on: May 24, 2017, 05:01:39 AM
I have stayed away from poliniex for a long time ago since almost every withdrawal was pending and they simply do not like to support customers. Moreover, too many whales and bug and shady behaviors which I can not believe why a big exchange can do that to all of us. Currently, I am using bittrex and I feel very comfortable using this trading platform

Very good advice, I will use bittrex from now on. I started to see huge problems with polo ie, when I bought coins and a massive dump came, polo basically froze their system and no one could sell and I also lost because of the frozen system, happens everytime

The real reason people use Polo instead of Bittrex is margin trading. Bittrex doesn't do margin trading. Kraken does but for limited alts, and when the amount they have to lend is gone, you can't do any further margin trading. Bitfinex does offer margin trading, but they're having problems with their banks and you can withdraw or deposit fiat with them.
This is one of the most reason why do people do prefer to choose polo rather than others because of margin trading.I was amazed we do have the same observation because most likely some people do only believe that they use polo because its popular and do on the top. There are lots of issues which polo involved but later on they have been resolved but you will need to wait for a longer period of time.
8538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction confirmed within 20 minutes on: May 23, 2017, 02:40:30 PM
that is why i prefer to send bitcoin from exchanger ( usually on bittrex ) it only need a few hours to confirm and it is not like when i use blockchain it take a couple days to my transaction get confirmed
Seconded, since i do observes the confirmation times between sending on an exchange wallet compared to blockchain wallet itself. They do really differ on confirmation times i dont know what things do affect the duration but most users do use blockchain than exchange wallet. Its case to case basis actually and its quiet surprising that 2 bitcoin with low fee confirms on 20 minutes. Its amazing Grin
8539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The PUMP/DUMP power of Poloniex on: May 23, 2017, 01:35:06 PM
Hello guys

I recently checked the top 30 coins listed on coinmarketcap and I came to a (rather scary) conclusion. Nearly all of them are listed on Poloniex. All of them with staggering growths. Huge amounts of tradings happen on Poloniex. According to coinmarketcap more than 30 percent of Bitcoin traffic goes trough Poloniex. Siacoin 55 percent. Stratis 62 percent. These are numbers we should not be happy about. Whole the idea of blockchain is decentralisation, yet nearly all traffic goes trough one channel -Poloniex-. The great bitcoin Bubble happened because of the downfall of one trading-platform. One of the biggest at the time. I think it would be of great importance that trading not only relies on one or two platforms. Imagine the idea of a Poloniex fall-out. More trading-platforms are a necessity if we like to have a stable and safer bitcoin/altcoin market. What are your thoughts or ideas about this?

your post seem and sound of giving much credential to poloniex.
poloniex, bittrex or kraken, if any one of these exchanges fall-out crypto would screws a couple years back, not just limited to poloniex. i'm worry more of bittrex fall-out than poloniex, it would impacting more coins.

just hope none of them exchange getting screw
I do observe the same things, it more looks like a advertisement of poloniex  Grin It maybe on the top but there are still some exchanges on which most traders do make trades not only focusing on poloniex itself but we would really admit when it comes to volume then polo does really have the edge. Pump and dump do really happen but rarely noticeable into an obvious one.
8540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You know you're a Bitcoin gambler when... on: May 23, 2017, 12:57:18 PM
Grin So while I was skimming through the chat at a favorite gaming site this evening someone used a term that I don't see ANYWHERE but online, while gambling. and it inspired me to start a "You know your a Bitcoin gambler when..." thread to see what all of my peers can come up with, for a good laugh!  I will start.

You know you're a Bitcoin gambler when...
Cool   You know what it means when someone says Grrr in chat.
Lips sealed    When a total loss is called a bust!
Angry   When you have memorized the terrible Sound Of King Kong Shitting on your banana party.
Shocked   You understand what YOLO means ( "you only live once" fits, but it works even better if it's changed to         "you only LOSE once"

It doesnt really mean that if you have those knowledge you do mention that you are a bitcoin gambler because you can be called already even if you are a newbie and you just did use bitcoin on gambling it can already be considered.I do understand those terms that you mentioned since its the common things that are being mentioned mostly on chat between gamblers.
