This is where BRUNO slips and admits to creating that.

Josh, looks like the gig is up. Too bad you had to lie about that fake PM I supposedly sent you.

But, you still have options:

AMT is not ignoring you. Someone will be online tomorrow morning to answer all your questions.
87  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 19, 2014, 12:14:23 AM
Just a reminder I am still waiting on tracking information I was told I would receive last week for order #899.

Most recent shipment
88  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 18, 2014, 08:02:07 PM
Refund request for Order numbers 676 and 716 totaling $17,577.00‏

Dear AMT,

I have tried to remain patient through this ordeal but that has reached the end as far as hoping for any mining equipment.

You claim to have shipped all miners over a month ago but I have still not received anything and there is no sign of anything on its way.

I have not received a tracking # so I have no way of checking the status to see if it was delivered somewhere else or just not sent at all.

I don't know what list I have ended up on but please move me to the refund list. Order numbers 676 and 716 totaling $17,577.00

Should the miners arrive sometime in the future, I will notify you and you may deduct the then current value of the equipment from the total.

If this is not acceptable please instruct me as to what I should do with the miners if they arrive.

Thank you,

Ron,

Your miners are due to arrive today actually. Please do not refuse them, accept them and we will forward them back to the office or directly to another client which may have been missed. Refusal means they go back to hong kong and that's just a bitch and half.

We have added you to refund list. Thanks.

One of our clients who had reserved 10 Technobit Hex8A1 from us decided not to pay last week when price fell. He ordered 10 of them and we'll sell them for 170 EURO each. Ships from within the eurozone via DHL express next day delivery. Shipping is included. Paypal is accepted.

240 GHs HEX8A1 Coincraft A1 miner

You deleted approximately 30 of my posts, I asked for return of my money, I send you an email of DOA equipment...and you're deleting my posts..

I also going to ask Moderator to remove your rights to delete posts from this forum.

We'll look for the email, if your resend it now we'll have someone take care of it immediately.

If it's Gmaxwell, he'll be polite in turning you down. But he'll still laugh. Self moderated threads have a disclaimer right at the top about that. If you don't want to be deleted, don't post in a self moderated thread. Starting your own is a button push.

He's right. And we only delete because your just so mean most of the time. If you stop asking rhetorical questions we wont delete your posts. You met us, you understand our situation.

As AMT is run by very shady people I would advise anyone against doing business with them.

+1

Friedcat a well respected member of this community is selling gear and shipping NOW..  There is a group buy available if you want to start off slow.

Yes we know,as you can we've put his chip into a 2U rack mount case.

And we are not shady, we're from Philadelphia.

Below is our lastest achievement, AMT 2U BE200 miner comes with 3, 4, and 5 250 Ghs module options. Option with or without psu. Production on this line starts this week.

93  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Dragon miner 5 TH on: August 18, 2014, 05:09:31 PM
<snip>

And you'll of course be making your source code modifications to cgminer available for download right? Where are you hosting it?

Also, did innosilicon give you cgminer/driver source for their 1TH miner?

crickets.

Source codes will eventually end up online anyway, no reason to loose the few weeks we have before it happens.

When you buy a design, usually they come with that stuff yes.

What do you mean where? Like in Philly or Europe?

Yeah, the thing is that the source code I referred to isn't innosilicon's to sell - althought they've been doing a lot of that haven't they? Cgminer is under GPLv3 license, terms of which include the requirement for all the source code for any modifications to the software to be made publicly available. Also, the product must be shipped with documentation indicating that open source software is included along with the component's author(s). More here:  http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCUQjBAwAQ&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gnu.org%2Flicenses%2Fquick-guide-gplv3.html&ei=NmDxU_PDHZTioATDkoLIDQ&usg=AFQjCNFXRCW2eIjfoycJ03pwrBZAkskaZA&sig2=YixdgIMxHuGZxvPZjm8ALg&bvm=bv.73231344,d.cGU

Every legitimate asic manufacturer is doing this - aside from bitmaintech and anyone who bought or licensed innosilicon's design. I've heard from a few of these manufacturers who claim they were never provided source code, just an RPI disk image. I tend to believe them.

By "where" I mean where will you be publishing? Most tend to post on github although there are exceptions.

Those are very valid points. We also received just an image (not source) from inno, so we're in that boat with the others. Good point about the GPLv.3 license, we'll include that in the box from now on as well and start a gitup for our image downloads. But this may be a more technical question which i'm (evening moderator) not able to answer. Best wait until tomorrow morning/afternoon to get formal update to that, don't want to say something and then later find out it was wrong.

Bullshit. Bullshit. Bullshit.

You expect us to believe that the code/app that runs "dragon" miners also runs your miner - unaltered? Bullshit.
An image download from a "gitup" as you put it isn't sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the software license - meaning just shipping a download link to the image with your miners is in violation of the software license. If all innosilicon provided is an image file (bullshit) you're shit out of luck.

You also can't say that you were ignorant of the situation - not that it would help you.

In English: you've been informed that what your about to do is theft and you respond with lies.

That's how the new and improved AMT, owned my Joshua Zipkin, rolls, same as the old scammy AMT. See a pattern here? The only saving grace is that AMT has a new Night Moderator named Amber, a Jewish whore, willing and able to give blow jobs to anybody who asks.

I tried to stay positive for a long time, but if asking to be made whole is seen as a negative with AMT I guess that's how it has to be.  Where I don't see eye to eye is where they are looking to gain new customers when the old customers have not been properly compensated yet.

Thank You,

Mr. Park

Mr. Park,

We are trying our best, the BE200 its is a 2-3 day build to order miner, it is not stock. We still use the payment to produce the miner. Please post images of your miner when you receive it today.
96  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 18, 2014, 04:36:25 PM
Hi AMT!

By chance are you distributing any open source software in your machines?

Let's try again. Are you distributing open source software?

We only have crappy images. When the first shipments go out of BE200 we'll upload the images. Honestly what makes you think we were capable of developing firmware, com'n you bash us and our lack of skill sets everyday.  Stick to one argument.

I've stayed out of the fray for some time, so I'm not going to comment on all the other shit going on. But this one, I think I can say something constructive.

Disclaimer, I do NOT know that what I'm about to say is right, so feel free to correct me where I'm wrong.

It's my understanding that these are innosilicon/dragon miners. If that's the case, then the firmware should be the same or very similar to the dragon and the lightning asic offerings, in which case it's available for download. It's basically a slightly modified version of cgminer. If that's the case, you can get the source from lightning asic, or from several places on this very forum and modify it to suit you. It should also be possible to run the modules direct, without the onboard controller, if you have a spare computer. This is far more flexible than the web interface (that's not a dig at AMT, it's true of every brand I've seen. I run my gridseed and zeusminer direct without a controller, and I can add as many pools as I want, not just three or four as in most web interfaces).

My advice to hobby miners: Learn linux. I have over the last few months. I shied away from the linux crowd for many years because of the elitist attitude. Ignore the attitude and listen to what they say (other than the bragging and condescension). For gaming, Windows is king. For EVERYTHING else, linux is better. I use ubuntu 14.04 exclusively now. Windows 8.1 straight sucks, but even 7 and XP, which I always liked, do not perform as well on ANY task I do as my linux install ON THE SAME MACHINES. And it has the added flexibility of being able to modify absolutely everything. That's not always good. In my learning curve, I have completely hosed to the point of not being bootable 9 installations. But the fixes and information are available, and google is your friend for that. I can't see mining on a windows machine ever again. Or writing. Or watching movies. Or listening to music.

AMT, I'm very glad to see you making this effort. I frankly thought you would have vanished or declared bankruptcy by now, given how things went. You did well by me, but not by a very large percentage of your customers. It's nice to see you attempting to make it right.

We always said we're not going to quit. And your right about learning linux, its better in every way but gaming. Thanks for posting here, you were always positive.

Unfortunately (for you), distributing binary open source software without the source code is a copyright violation. The copyright holders will be notified.

Thanks for helping out Syke, bring on some more bullshit on one of the last companies trying to build miners. Your a hero man.

A1 1.25TH 2U rack mount Miner for $1350 + 2 day express shipping included. Shipping out every Wednesday or Friday.

A2 80MHS 2U rack mount Miner for $3000 + 2 day express shipping included. Shipping out every Wednesday or Friday.

AMT BE200 1Th 2U rack mount miner for $1,130 express DHL shipping included. - additional module option!

Deliveries for orders placed before the Tuesday 19th can be shipped on Friday the 22nd. This is a 3 day build to order product. We receive your funds, we assemble your miner, we ship. We are doing 2 small SMT runs a week on Tuesday and Thursday each week. Runs are based on orders which come in, but we will run none the less. So the SMT run on Tuesday has the boards back by Wednesday assembly and testing is on Thursday and shipping is on friday. Now you understand the business model. We will leave a disclaimer for any hiccups because sometimes there are hiccups, if we do not ship within 5 days from the date your payment has been received we'll refund your money. Most likely, depending on which day you pay, we'll ship with in 2-3 days. The best days to pay are Monday and Wednesday in order to work your order into the SMT order process.

2U Rack mount BE200 (4 Modules 230Ghs - 250ghs each) with PSU sells for $1,130 Express 2 Day DHL shipping included. Option to include a 5th module for an additional $300. Additional modules can be sold and shipped separately to clients which have ordered the unit with 3 or 4 modules.  If you want to try 4 modules before you purchase the 5th that's what we're getting at. This also means that we need to increase the PSU from a 1000 watt psu to a 1300 watt psu.  Shipping price stays the with 5 modules. Additional shipping would be charged for the 5th modules if purchased separate, but would be something like $40-50 bucks express, haven't checked that yet. We'll try and include that in the additional module price.

2U BE200 (4 Modules 230Ghs - 250ghs each) with PSU sells for $1,130 Express 2 Day DHL shipping included.

There are people who talk about racist and anti-semitic things on this board, I feel that is horrible and those comments should always be deleted. I don't think what I am saying is unreasonable or offensive, so please do not delete my post.

Thank You,

Mr. Park

Stop using big fonts. And if we dont keep designing and selling hardware than we'll go out of business and no one could receive MPP. SUPPORT AMT BECAUSE AMT IS TRYING TO DELIVER IT TO YOU.

I feel it is better to use the money to refund the original users, then to sell it to new clients.  I think they money made on the used machines is going to go back to AMT to make more hardware. I am not sure how this helps me. I didn't know there was a new rule about fonts, I apologize and will only be using font number 12 from now on.

We feel its better to stay in business and settle with everyone instead of refunding some and screwing others. That's our feeling.
100  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 18, 2014, 04:29:47 PM

I do not think it is ethical to be designing, building and selling more Bitcoin mining machines when the first customers MPP has not been met yet.  Most of us paid $6,000 and will only get $1,500 (in terms of your own pricing) of that back in the form of hardware. (note: I still have not got mine yet). You said you had 50 Peta hash of cloud hashing, and access to all this new hardware. Another idea would be to put all that hardware in a colocation, or use the cloud hashing to make a wallet that collects all BTC from those operations and distributes it to the group until MPP is met. The MPP was a clear contract written on the website and part of the garentee, I hope you will continue to stand behind what you originally offered and send people what they paid for $6,000 in hardware. I cannot send good money after bad, since I have not met my return on the original investment. Please do not delete this message, it is my opinion and I would like to discuss it openly here in a civilized manner.

Thank You,

Mr. Park

You have cloud hashing in the moment. Your miner should show up today. Thanks.

Hey, how come he has cloud hashing?  What about me?

Ok we'll see what we have available but everything is taken. Some clients will receive their miners today and we'll give you one of their cloud hashing rigs maybe. But Carlos you've been a pretty big pain on quite a few occasions,  but recently you've been nicer and thats been recognized.
