Why does this bet close 1 week before end of year? Wouldn't the smart bet be to wait and see what it looks like 1 week out?
bitbet.us uses weighted bets based on when you bet... you get more bang for your buck the earlier you place your bet

lol, actually i just went to check out bootstrap again and i see coinbase is listed as one of the examples... kind of proves my point.

this is off-topic with respect to armory specifically, but if it keeps crashing because of memory shortages, you might want to check this stupid file in your windows task list:
aaHMSvc.exe
it's an Asus service that has memory leak issues, and for me, was taking up a full GB of memory, causing armory to crash on load every time.
killing that process solved my armory dilemma.

if you really want to do something custom foundation is a good starting point. If you are looking fro rapid application development which gets out the door quick bootstrap.
what if you're looking for rapid application development that doesn't look like 1000 other bitcoin sites? i think you pushed me a little toward foundation. thanks.

does no one trust this? does anyone care? please respond.
the virustotal screenshot is meaningless imho, you'd need to post full source code and have people compile it themselves. looks helpful though.

i've read a few articles on the web about bootstrap vs foundation, but want to get the opinion on this forum, because there are soooo (is that enough o's?) many bitcoin sites that use bootstrap. is anyone using / happy with foundation as an alternative?

hi,
i would like to find someone capable of writing a step-by-step "for dummies" instructional article on how to create a signed message in various bitcoin clients.
it should cover at least these two: qt, blockchain... but might also contain instructions for electrum, multibit, others (whichever ones out of those it's even *possible* to sign a message with).
thanks
edit: updated requirements and bounty
edit 2: found someone to work with on this.
