81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions for New Altcoins on: December 22, 2019, 02:50:47 PM
1. The simple answer is that they are brain dead. There is no other excuse to be such an idiot with your money. Greedy morons.

2. Devs that keep making altcoins are scammers. A real dev only needs one altcoin and will not give up on their project. Most devs are total losers and just give up.
Lol. You are close to explaining the question itself but this does not answer due to the lack of considering other factors. The market situation makes it hard for both developers and investors to make money. The project wouldn't be successful without the collected funds, that is the reason only a few projects are able to run the successful project without any token sale. Driving to perfection is not a solution for the single project dev, he can fix the past mistakes on new projects.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies are highly undervalued these days? on: December 22, 2019, 01:37:45 PM
Due to low volume, and demand I supposed. Usually such undervalues crypto currencies came from half-successful project, thus it was just cloee to being none at all. Anyway it may come in another time around that such crypto may come increase. As for looking one to invest with, I don't suggest or it is not recommended to with the undervalued one.
Finding the undervalued and writing down the reasons for investing in the specific coin will open the gate to successful investing. Buy and forget rule still works if the investor knows what he/she is doing. The privacy-oriented altcoins have a future and the people will use mainly these types of transactions in the Web 3.0 IMO. High marketcap coins or top 100 altcoins are not suitable for giving back enormous ROI, just look for low marketcap altcoins.

84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ATL] ATLANT World's Real Estate Blockchain Platform Price Speculation on: December 14, 2019, 09:25:25 AM

They didn't play it well from the first dates of bounty campaign. The huge million dollar bounty rewards attracted many bounty hunters and buzz spread all over the online platforms. This is perfect example of how not to manage the bounty campaign. Btw, I doubt the project will be able to recover their situation, it is not a smart idea to launch a real estate crypto project in bear market.

You got it right! I remember those days where ATL do have that bounty problem.yes it was sort out but the impressions had already been done which is typically a negative thing for the project.
I didnt even expect for this one to still tank nowadays and now seeing from its $2+ peak price goes down to $0.02.This isnt only applicable to this project but in all sorts of coins in the market at the moment.Launching it or reviving it again on a bear market? I agree with you which this one wont be a smart idea.

Nailed it! If the market conditions not gonna save the downfall on the projects, everyone will start to join the seller's side. It is kinda interesting why the promising projects can't convince the investors to invest in the altcoin in a bear market and the same traders come to market for fighting to grab the cheap tokens in bull market. The coincidence is caused by the deep tricks of the human mind and it proves the emotions drive the market trends instead of logic.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto/Blockchain hype over? on: December 13, 2019, 05:29:06 PM
The HYPE was attracted by the market makers and the wheels of market drivers were so fast. The market situation should become suitable in order to build a solid system which becomes useful for new projects. The next step is not easy for inexperienced investors, strong teams will survive under the bad market conditions and these projects should adopt the ecosystem for not losing the competition.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ATL] ATLANT World's Real Estate Blockchain Platform Price Speculation on: December 13, 2019, 12:26:23 PM
Even last year its been the telegram which is more active in providing information and more interactive of course as they have representative that is willing to answer all the queries as possible but they don't talk much about bounty their, the ANN thread and the bounty thread here looks like a place for bounty hunters as there's a lot of concerns regarding the bounty.
What's the problem with their bounty? Afaik their bounties have been distributed to all bounty hunters and at a point they stopped it because they asked to participants to pay some ETH first before they distribute the remaining bounty which will be paid once in a month. Lot of participants angry on that time and feel like to get scammed and only few people who willing to send them the ETH
Their bounty allocation was very dangerous if the team gonna distribute the bounty rewards accor9idng to the bounty spreadsheet. The Atlant project has failed hard like other real asset projects and the bounty was a big fiasco. What is the purpose to ask a small amount of ETH for sending the rest of the bounty earnings? Something is not right here and this is the first time I heard about such a requirement for bounty hunting.
From the start the bounty amount was already huge, they didn't change it because they know their reputation will be in danger.
And, there is no need to worry about the bounty distribution as the distribution is all done, so no more bounty hunters that would dump in a monthly basis, time for ATLANT to grow at the right timing.

87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: December 11, 2019, 05:08:24 PM
Scammers are making lot from new projects, investors invest and scam teams dump and exit scam, few months later this same people are the ones that introduce another scam projects over and over again, newbies falls a lot for scam projects but lack of research is the main issue here

That's why we should always be careful with the new projects and don't trust them easily, many people are taking for granted by running a project without any knowledge, they are just after the money that they will raised and later on they will run away and will tell people that the project failed and most of the altcoins don't care about the price too.
New projects with reliable ideas have a high chance to survive in the worst cases, meaningless projects have a cop-paste whitepaper-tale. Bigger doesn't equal to the better, the high marketing funds have to come back as in investment mean. Better not to touch the new projects, if the investor doesn't have an idea what is possible in the worst cases. Better safe than sorry.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sources of income? on: December 11, 2019, 04:07:48 PM
The alternative choices depend on the skill of the person, if you have the programming skills then it will be easier for you to get a temporary job on freelance platforms. The traders don't have any secret deals, they are not smarter than you, hard work and dedication will give the same results for disciplined people. Staking and mining require to understand the industry, some technical aspects. Beside staking, referral bonuses also have a high turnover.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: December 10, 2019, 04:20:16 PM
I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?
It can be possible, but it depends on the project if it's good enough or no! I meant not all the ICO projects are good, most of them ended up failing or even scamming, You have to do your own research about every project and then it will be your choice to invest or no. It's based mostly on the Team and how strong the project is. I'm sure that they're still good ICO projects that you can get a decent profit from me if you invest in them.

Less possibility with some altcoin on exchange market have little volume but can raise up to higher price, when your fund selling on exchange market I think sell order will gone by your fund and price back again to lower, maybe when you sell all your assets not can be sold out because just few people buy your coin and have little volume transaction.
The low volume is the open gate for pump makers in order to buy all ask orders from the traders, otherwise, it becomes a game between bull-bear sides which is the fair market. The pumped altcoins are usually listed on the small exchange with daily small volume, for cathing the pump before it happens wise traders use volume indicators.  Buying lower can be dangerous unless the dip is exactly triggered by the market price.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Crypto Trading Tools Are You Using? on: December 10, 2019, 02:25:47 PM
The average derivatives which is based on the price performance and tracking the price ticks will help the new traders to understand the decisions of market participants. As a starter package, you can go through the Youtube videos which have a good explanation for the specific tools. In the first year, never pay for the premium services, there are a lot of free education platforms.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So many altcoins on: December 07, 2019, 07:20:14 PM
It depends to ones investor how they will be able to see this altcoins and if they will get the opportunity. But for me it is all about the profit lets get into the point that nost of the new projects are introduced and intended to make money. The next is on how they will be going to pursue the project since we know that crypto is not stable so there is a higher possibility failed if they do not spend the money well or take advantage because they already have the money.
The higher possibility of failing is still actual due to the lack of swimming skills with crypto whales. The bleeding altcoins don't go over their average MA value after the previous bull market and conditions is not easy for project to continue their development. The low value of money is another side of problems because the collected ETH doesn't have the same USD value in the token sale.

93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] StepChain : A Responsible Fitness App on: December 07, 2019, 05:15:12 PM
How about developing stepchain app without requiring users to download other application before it runs? This will be more convenient to most users.
It is not only about downloading the third-party app, but Google Fit is also necessary for counting the "steps". Of course, applying a new algorithm that can take the data from the smartwatch will be a better-unique idea but it is too early to think about such updates, IMO.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] StepChain : A Responsible Fitness App on: December 06, 2019, 06:48:02 PM
What is the advantage of this Stepchain to other Crypto projects that have similar on this?

StepChain not only encourages you to get healthier, by walking and rewarding you of our STEP Tokens, but we motivate you to reach your goal as well. How? We have blogs and daily tips In-app to help you achieve your goal.

We have social gamification where you can challenge friends and get fit together and you can stake STEP tokens for it.

You get rewarded for every milestone you have.

There is an In-app chat system where you can socialize with like-minded people.

You can help StepChain cause by donating your  Step Tokens.

We don't monetize your health data.

This is amazing..we can earn here by walking..and we can be fit at the same time...do I need to download the Google fit to count my steps accurately?
Similar platforms have failed to achieve their goal, hope StepChain will be successful. After downloading the StepChain, the app requires to be linked in the Google fit for counting the steps. By the way, is there any tool for preventing the cheaters? Some users can use fake GPS and vibration apps for misleading the calculated data, just curious about this.

Whether on Android or iOS, respectively our users can connect StepChain to Google Fit and Apple Health, which are both excellent ways to track advanced physical activity such as climbing stairs, running vs walking, cycling or swimming. Google fit does not require an internet connection but StepChain does. The App can only access accumulated step via Google or Apple when linked together and connected online. These 2 fitness app have been proven reliable and worthy and since StepChain uses Blockchain Technology, transparency, security and fair transaction is being well observed.
Well, thanks for an explanation but this doesn't answer my question fully. For covering the question, please explain how you are supposed to prevent the hacking skills by individuals with fake GPS data.

That's why maybe my steps are not count accurately coz I have no Google fit..once I download that it can be need to connect on step chain apps or no need?
Just download the Google Fit if you didn't and connect to the Stepchain app. That is all you need.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teach me how to fish on: December 06, 2019, 06:30:43 PM
For learning how to fish, you need to change your attitude towards the market and investment. The experience is a good teacher but you should have the market understanding, money management, trading techniques, indicators- technically analyze, fundamental research and more. Before making an investment you have to make your own research and learn from your past mistakes.

97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to new projects? on: December 05, 2019, 05:44:00 PM
What the *eck is going on? we have many good projects coming into crypto space but they mostly end up failing, too many good new projects are dying as if they are been created to just die, what do you think its killing new good projects apart from scam projects?

Honestly, most of the bounty campaign now that I found and discovered are not good, instead of joining in it I would rather not to apply and wait more another campaign project that will rise here, it might be good when it comes at the right time anyway. It will be a waste of time only if I join in them actually. For what is happening now was really *HECK Angry
What happens, in reality, is the real face of the bouncy campaigns we need to consider. The good days are gone and the chances of price recovery are under the %50. Actually, the good pay rates don't guarantee the project will become successful and one more disadvantage of high pay-rates is the dump risk. After getting listed the price is dumped by the paid bounty hunters.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: December 04, 2019, 06:56:26 PM
my expectation is only one that is getting as much profit in trading, for the price issue I do not expect too much because I'm sure 2020 will still remain the same market conditions. hoping that excessive will make disappointed if it can't happen.
I don't agree with your opinion, the market expectations are higher than in previous years due to the BTC halving. The main reasons have the magic to change the attitude of the crypto investors, the deceived investors will come back one more time after the end of bear market. The end is near for the lucky bears, 2020 will the good year if the governments don't put another barrier in front of the crypto trading.
99  Economy / Economics / Re: Hi Excuse me Are currencies a "store of value on: December 04, 2019, 06:41:41 PM
If you read the horror banking stories in Zerohedge, you will get the point of printing money. Whenever the FED needs to close the deal and the lack of money is the problem, they prefer to print the money by adding few zeros to the back of the written symbol. The illusion o money forces us to be a slave for the banking system and the high inflation, the crisis in modified Capitalism force them to accept this decision. As a store of value, safe-haven assets are suitable, money flows to the safe harbor if something goes wrong in the world.

What the *eck is going on? we have many good projects coming into crypto space but they mostly end up failing, too many good new projects are dying as if they are been created to just die, what do you think its killing new good projects apart from scam projects?

its because people are making projects just to make money or experiment
its like in real life.. 95% of the startups fail and it always was like that.
Yeah, i agree with your opinion but i want add something likes a lot of projects launched by scammers. They are not experienced development i think it is main reason of fail projects. Very few people will develop ICO projects for research purpose. Huge new projects in the market but almost are not enough utility tokens.
In real life, the newly launched businesses fail with a %90 failure rate in their first year. Consistency is the key but many projects aim to make more money in the crypto industry rather than bothering themselves with the legal paperwork with regulators. Easy money for the scammers but they see the opportunities here with the wrong intention. New projects look professional but these projects can't survive in the long bear markets.
