As you mentioned, IEO's are growing and they are valuable for investors as a victim of the previous fraudulent projects. But in my view, there is no big difference between IEO and ICO. Since l understand the working principles of IEO, capital is the important thing for investors. Both of them had the same value until ICO's scam project, after this event investors preferred IEO's. But,  besides that l can not see differences between them. It seems to me every project has the potential to turn a scam. However, it is really strange that is why since the existence of ICOs they paid a little amount to real investors(not speculators). When it becomes a scam project, scammers would like to take the biggest available quantity.

Absolutely, it will take a long time to happen altcoin season again. Why we have to worry about the bull market if we have enough confidence. We have to be patient instead of worrying about it.
