821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FIGHTING AGAINST ICO SCAM on: March 28, 2019, 05:33:21 AM
We should all unite to fight these scam ICO'S one of the way to do this is to red tagged those ICO that are listed in the scam section, there's a complete list in Icoethics website, I'm sure you are all aware of this list it's a must list to see so you can check if the ICO you are promoting is one of them.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VANTA a SCAM? Wasted 6 weeks working for Vanta without payment on: March 27, 2019, 11:29:04 AM
Any project forcing bounty hunters to trade on an exchange to get payouts is a scam project ,I'm not hearing this from the first time though so I'm less surprised ,and even for bounties that say they can change rules at any time I always stay away from them because they can easily manipulate bounty rewards and allocation

First time I read about this, and it was not announced in the first day of the bounty campaign, the bounty manager could be held liable here, and this is a bad precedent, maybe next time they will implement invest $1000 so you can get your stakes, this is really bad.
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solid Reasons to Invest in Cryptocurrencies in 2019 on: March 26, 2019, 11:26:17 PM
This does not apply to all Cryptocurrency, it still depends on the industry that they are targetting, we have seen some coins becoming a shitcoins because the platform really never solve anything and the majority of these are just duplicates of existing or past coins people should do a research on what they are getting into.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto is getting ready for nice rally. Are you ready? on: March 24, 2019, 02:44:11 PM
From 2018 till date, we are getting awesome news on crypto. But market went into opposite. But hope progress can be made on SEC and/ or CFTC approval, US gov is back on action. Large name like Fidelity, IFC etc are quite confident in btc. Plus ethereum constantinopole hardfork is due. So future is bright, may be this rally will be ended but next bull run will be longer and higher

I am not excited to bull run news anymore I have been reading a lot of bull run here in Bitcointalk and from sites and experts I'm following, but still the movement is very slow, we hardly felt the rising of the price, maybe only after it hit $6000.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "BOUNTIES" Is it still worth it? on: March 24, 2019, 02:17:42 PM
I'm just lucky that the last three bounty campaign are good still waiting for my cashout but I'm pretty sure that I'm going to receive it, bounty managers are very quick to respond and have set the date for the distribution, I'm hoping I will not encounter such kind of bounty, where they failed to pay bounty hunters and kept their promise.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Calm, IEOs aren't a threat on: March 23, 2019, 10:33:27 AM
I have overhead many people in various bounty groups talking about how bounty campaigns are gonna die should we move on from ICO to rampant IEO issuance (maybe the exchanges shall take over the advertisements or so).

Fact is that if IEOs become a thing, many projects will arise and hence the services of bounty hunters shall be required again. Every project needs advertisements to expand and that's why we are there as bounty hunters. This is the same way ICOs grew in number.

All we should hope for is a better crypto ecosystem because at the end, we shall be needed for promotion in one way or the other

Yes, I agree in fact there is already bounty campaign, for coins that are already in the market, this is just to keep up awareness of the coin, it's easy to promote this coins because they are already in the market and they already had huge support, profitable for bounty hunters.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I think the market is becoming bullish..What do you think on: March 23, 2019, 10:26:51 AM
With a lot of news in the crypto world I think we are ready and set for the next bull run. I am positive about it and I believe the market will not be bearish forever. I actually want to hear your view on this particular topic.

The market will not be bearish forever, that's for sure, but the price is hardly moving and it's moving slowly, in fact, it's hard to make a profit from this movement, we are heading to the second quarter, but people are still showing hesitance to invest.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the cryptocurrency market starting to improve slowly? on: March 21, 2019, 10:44:16 PM
Good evening, I want to hear your opinion about the crypto market lately. Has the market really improved? Then when is the right time to start a long-term investment? Thank you in advance.

Regards,

warrior.coins

The market is slowly improving, the price is much better than what we had last month when Bitcoin is struggling to get into the $4000 but it will be slow heading to the $5000 level if this continues until the end of this year, we can only reach the $7000 price level that is no bad things happen that can make the price to dip again.

830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO, BNB Coin and Bounty on: March 20, 2019, 10:40:00 PM
IEO become successful because of the safe environment it offers to investors, and they had enough investing in ICO, hard to find the right project to invest it's like finding a needle in a haystack and they can save their token because they will not have to pay bounty hunters and hire manager.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confidence in Cryptocurrency on: March 13, 2019, 11:06:54 PM
I have tried to ask myself this question many times: What can be done to restore and foster investors' confidence in cryptocurrency?
There have been several incidences, most especially as regards the issues of hack of exchanges and several other forms of stolen funds, which has in turn cause down trend at some points in the crypto space.
These incidences have made a lot of people to be at their wit ends, not knowing what to do.

If I should ask everyone what can be done to foster confidence, we will all have different things to say. Nonetheless, suggestions are welcome, but before that, I just feel that regulation is part of the main language that can restore.
Aside that, if exchanges have not started the process of insuring the funds on users on their platform, it will be good they start that.

If we are discussing about exchanges, then we should only trade on an exchange that can offer enhanced security, and easy to trade interface, and let those who are weak security like Cryptopia to die a natural death, it's a battle between exchanges right now, because there are so many of them.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coins daily.. How do they do it? on: March 11, 2019, 11:21:56 PM
If you go to www.coinmarketcap.com/new/ , you will see that there are new coins added EVERYDAY..
and they have a decent market cap worth 1000's of dollars..
How do people just make there own coins that easy? and how are they raising so much money??
i mean like, whats stopping a normal person like me, doing the same thing.. just making a random coin and making thousands of dollars??
this is so stupid.. what is the need for all these useless coins?? when is it gonna stop?

Getting into the coinmarketcap is not that easy now, these new coins that have been added have gone through a lot of processes, you should check the announcement sections and see how many coins are added daily and these coins will have little chances to succeed or even get into the coinmarketcap.
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]ICOVO is the world's first ICO platform protecting Investors with [DAICO] on: March 11, 2019, 11:09:58 PM
They had a very active dev in Chris every question that is being posted are answered in a timely manner, how I wish all the other channel are like this people have high hope in this project and of course, they have a good reason why the developers are very active and are in touch.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long does Ico last? on: March 11, 2019, 11:03:42 PM
How long does Ico last?

So, my friend is participating in the subscription campaign in the OUTOFTHLOUD project. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4814891.0
then something has changed and now https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5085373
The rewards program began on August 1 and continues to this day. It has been 8 long months. Posts in social networks stopped at the end of 2018. For all Telegram questions, when the program ends for a fee, my friend gets one answer - after Ico. When asked when Ico will end - silence.
It’s a pity to throw a signature, it turns out 8 months of work wasted ...

Tell me, is there a limit on the duration of Ico? It can not last forever?

That is quite long for a bounty campaign, if it is a legit ICO it's ok to last that long but if you are not so sure then it's better to take off the signature ask them first if you can keep your stakes, it's your decision to stay or get out.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: March 09, 2019, 03:37:42 PM
Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

We need to form an association of bounty hunters to stop promoting these ICO unless they escrow the bounty allocation but who would form the association or group if we are going to have one, because here in bounty hunting every one is to hs own.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in these altcoins? on: March 08, 2019, 11:44:02 AM
Some of the coins that are in your list are not good at all, it's time for you to update that list if you already invest on those weak coins then this is the right to dump them and replace coins that has a good potential in the market when the bull run comes do an extensive research.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still invest in ICO's in 2019.? - Poll please vote on: March 08, 2019, 11:35:45 AM
I still invest but not to as many coins as before this year I only invest in Liker because this is a good project and I'm glad I made the right decision to invest, after I liker and after reading a lot of bad things about ICO I stopped investing and will only do once there is a solution to these scam ICO.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why crypto market is volatile on: March 07, 2019, 12:20:25 PM
Hey, I have some moderate experience over this crypto world. Why the market is extensively volatile. Alike traditional market does crypto too impacted of many major changes.

There are a lot of factors one of these are whales or a group of whales that manipulate it or the hype and fuds that is going around a certain group for certain coins every coin has its own whales and it reflects on the market, so expect to see this over and over again.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you comfort yourself after receiving token from the bounty program? on: March 06, 2019, 09:33:04 AM
I will base it in the current market price our only rewards will only come when you choose to sell your token at the current price not on its potential price in the market, because it's wishful thinking but if you can hold your token at the target price that you wished it to attain then it's up to you.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO IS ALIVE AND KICKING on: March 06, 2019, 04:50:15 AM
It's 1 out of 10 it's backed by a legit company so success is guaranteed, but there are still so many scams ICO in our midst and investors and bounty hunters are having a hard time finding one, even those rating sites are not helping the ICO industry, they are adding mess to this industry.
