841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future for cryptocurrency? on: March 05, 2019, 11:04:40 AM
With blockchain data can be stored in a decentralized public book.

With cryptocurrency, we can make anonymous transactions without centralized intervention.

If you add speed and spread to the public, then the future is cryptocurrency.

How do you think?
This is actually what is happening right now, we are in a fast-paced promoting cryptocurrency, you can see it in media, online and shops that accept cryptocurrency, but we will still need more years because mainstream media and some government are against.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Changes in ICO platform must be done! on: March 05, 2019, 10:57:55 AM

The ICO revolution started to reach its peak in 2017 but the following year we saw its withering partly because people lost money with the many projects that went into the scam list or those that were just outright failure. Now, we are witnessing the demise of the ICO platform but we also know that this can be a good platform to raise money especially for startups there just have to big changes that must be done to make this a win-win for both project proponents and their supporters who are coughing out the money.

What do you think are the necessary changes for the ICO platform to make it more responsive and more investor-friendly? Please share your ideas and concerns...

We badly need regulation even those projects that are being run by legit developers are having a hard time funding their project because of investors losing their confidence in the ICO, this is really bad for the economy there are reports that there will be a shift from ICO to STO but we need more information and how will this help investors.
843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: it's been a long time I have access mew on: March 05, 2019, 10:49:56 AM
hi, it's been a long time since I have access mew I usually store my tokens on an exchange because I'm an active trader. does myetherwallet is on a new look? I just need to be sure, Im being skeptical to use the website because of its new look, it might be a phishing website.

I already left MyEtherWallet because of the recent domain redirection that happens, I am now using Exodus and Mycrypto they are both safer but I'm also looking forward to buying a hardware wallet once I accumulated more tokens to my wallet.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the king of Altcoin? on: March 05, 2019, 10:33:28 AM
All the reply I am reading are voting for Ethereum, and this is true, and it's a fact obviously because of their smart contract where anyone who is interested can create their own token, for their supporters and customers and this what makes Ethereum very popular.
845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There will be many tokens that go to zero. on: March 03, 2019, 04:14:32 PM
ICO experienced a boom at the end of 2017 - early 2018, which was followed by failure when prices dropped and state and federal regulators cracked down on projects that were in conflict with securities law.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/most-digital-tokens-will-go-to-zero-says-digital-currency-group-ceo

The majority of digital tokens will not have long-term value.

About 90% of the coins since the emergence of ICO are losing value because it is way easy to create a token, a team a whitepaper and do bounty campaign, with no real platform to boost the project, in the end, investors and workers are the losers here.
846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ICO is a good way to raise money? on: February 28, 2019, 11:07:45 PM
It is the only way that these developers can fund their project, other than that they don't have any resources unless they got a back up from private company, but right now the project however good it may seem will not materialize if there are n funds for the project.
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market correction before bull run on: February 28, 2019, 10:59:43 PM
The cryptocurrency market is presently in a correction stage, correcting its prices because of the massive bull run that happened late 2017 and the correction period is always longer than the increase period. Veteran's in the market understand this very well and are focused on buying the bottoms but the newbies are the ones complaining and nagging about the market prices.

All these newbies will soon realize that, after the bull run comes and they have analyzed, that cryptocurrency is alive and kicking and the bull run will happen to give ample time to correct the market, the chart proves it  and will prove it all over again.
848  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hello Jack Dorsey - Care to join us? on: February 28, 2019, 10:40:43 AM
Maybe his belief from Bitcoin stems from so many people lost their money from altcoins and ICO coins/token and he does not want to be associated to other coins especially those coming from ICO he cannot blame him, Bitcoin is still the number coin in the market even if you only have Bitcoin you will still a winner.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum back in number 2 on: February 27, 2019, 11:18:30 PM
Ethereum is still vulnerable and the number 3 up to number 5 is still a threat to its position, we have seen that happen when Ripple takes away the second position on two occasions, I see a three-way battle between ERthereum, Ripple and EOS.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if 5 head of the big country are Cryptocurrency supporters? on: February 27, 2019, 04:19:13 AM
However you looked at it, it will add credibility and trust to cryptocurrency, these leaders can pass laws and can do anything to make cryptocurrency popular in their respective countries, and because of this, it will fast-track the popularity of cryptocurrency.
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC or ETH, what good to own now?? on: February 21, 2019, 10:59:29 AM
Both are good coins to hold and to support, both are on the top coins in the market, if you are an investor it's worth having these two coins in your portfolio, but I will want Eth more than Litecoin for the obvious reason that they are the second most valuable coin in the market.
852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Union Bank of the Philippines Launching Cryptocurrency ATM on: February 19, 2019, 09:41:31 AM
I am from the Philippines and have not tried to use ATM I am more comfortable using a web service like Coins.ph but if this is something that can fast track the use of cryptocurrency in the Philippines I would like to visit one and use it to compare between the two or use both alternately.
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mercatox is it scam or not? Do they ask for KYC? on: February 19, 2019, 09:32:07 AM
They are a good exchange I have tried trading in their platform several times when the market is doing fine, but now that the market is down I lost track of how these exchanges perform, but they are good to check the reputation and scam sections and see if there are valid complaints about Mercatox.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters, please be patient. on: February 19, 2019, 09:29:26 AM
After around 5 campaign and never get payout from those campaigns you will get impatient, you will fight for your rights to get paid I missed payout from my last 3 campaign because I missed the campaign and doing a follow up, some campaign like that if you don't do follow up you will lose payment.
855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Design is important for ICO projects on: February 14, 2019, 03:15:29 PM
Like everybody here, design and concept is very important, it's your own brand and it should have your own logo on your thread so people will not look down on your project, I have high regards on a great design it shows how professional the team are.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What if the bull run started and ended in one night? on: February 13, 2019, 10:44:25 PM
Based on market price history it's impossible to happen because there are not too many whales to pump the price of Bitcoin and other prominent coins in the market, they increase gradually sometimes the price stays for weeks or even months.
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Organized crime in bounties... on: February 13, 2019, 10:42:23 PM
There's big money to be made in bounties but that was then now with so many bounty participants in article and content making you hardly can hardly make decent earnings and sometimes these campaign turn out to be a scam ICO or a big failure in the market.
858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do we still have hope to be able to see bull run?? on: February 12, 2019, 01:24:04 PM
There are so many questions about the bull run, majority of the people are asking this the current situation is very worrying there are predictions that Bitcoin could even go down to $2000 level we almost hit that, I just keep watching the trend and never worry because worrying will do nothing for all of us.
859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO Dying ? on: February 09, 2019, 12:25:35 PM
I am Bounty  Hunter and For past one Month  i have notice something which is beyond my thinking .. I have been participating any many bounty  but right what i notice is that  ICO  project is really straggle to reach  soft-cap  whilst STO  are reaching hard cap . Are people forgetting about ICO and Moving Into STO ?
Obviously, it is what exactly is happening investors are safer than STO and if this continues this could be the end for ICO but I don't know if we can still promote STO as a bounty hunter after the DESICO scamming the bounty hunters.
860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The crypto market is starting to improve??? on: February 09, 2019, 12:22:41 PM
Hello everybody,  Grin Today the market is green again, will it last for a long time or just an atmosphere of comfort for a moment and then red? How do you respond to the current atmosphere. Thank you for your attention. Wink

I have no reaction, for now, it's too early to get excited I bought some when it hit the $4000 level so I am still short of profit from Bitcoin and from all my other coins, but this is a good sign hopefully this is the big start for us.
