I think it can be a good decision not to do bounties. It has pros and cons of course, but at least there won't be the usual bounty dumpers.
I guess that is because they have other marketing campaings in mind. Maybe they don't have enough money for everything and had to make a choice. so this project will not you have a bounty campaign? perhaps they have in mind other methods to promote, advertise the ico... Bounties are an easy way to promote a project for a cheap price. I agree with you. Bounties cost very less than professional marketing and their reach is wide without many efforts. |

An important question was answered on Telegram by Stephane Ifrah. Why are NaPoleonX raising more than a million?
First, our target cap is 40k ETH which is not 50millions. We had also taken into account for the volatility of the ETH vs USD that is not negligible. At some point during the project pre launch, we had ETH at less than 200 USD.
Second, to get an asset management licence, you need to demonstrate 3 years of budget to the regulator, not just one.
Third, to have the right set up for an asset management company we will need to hire at least 3 additional people and the overall HR cost will be closer to EUR 1.5 million on an annual basis including social tax
Fourth, other cost will include acquisition of financial data, rental cost and legal cost to set up the asset management company and the future DAF
Fifth, we will need an important marketing budget to launch the first DAFs once we have been cleared by the regulator.
Well, they are right with everything they said. Hope they get the necessary funds and deliver the product as promised. |

only waiting the beta tester and be one of them. so, holding token until end of beta phase will make you double your profit. you should hold them for a year in my opinion. at least until the product is launched. You know the bounty hunters they always tend to dump and when they do I'll be there to pick up more tokens at low price. everyone has its strategies, but I get the impression that this is a project to think long term. definitely long term. but I do have the impression that we may be able to also buy at a lower cost once it hits the exchanges. Yes, I have the same opinion, I think there will be an opportunity to buy Utrust cheaper .. yes, because I don't want to do the KYC things so I mostly avoid ICO and buy tokens when they are being dumped by the bounty hunters. |

I think car manufacturers will greatly benefit on this project considering the enormous amount of data that they can access from this platform, which in turn could be utilized as a basis to further improve their own products.
I think there is other projects focusing on car datas like Dovu. If there are possible competitors for this type of project, then I think VLB has the edge on this, because it already has CARFIX in it. I agree, they will be the best - especially when the project has supported by private investors, at this early stage it's very important I could be wrong but as far as I know there are no competitors to the vlb project Well, It could be much better if there are no competitors as VLB will own the blockchain based vehicle lifecycle industry. That segment will be entirely dominated by VLB alone. Imho. Competition is always necessary to avoid arrogance and dominance. It keeps everyone on their edge and strive to do best. |

I guess token holders will get some amount of the fees. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong. Yes, and also will get the right to vote for the DAFs launch. the fees will be from gas usage on the platform if I remember correctly. you can also use tokens on the platform. I will majorly own NapoleonX for trading bots only. I don't want little profit from gas fee but more from trading. |

it is indeed but most of the vehicle owners will be having a hard time understanding the project. I think they wont even have to worry about it. It will be everything behind an easy to use user interface they will probably not even have to use it. the auto shops will access the info stored in the block chain, as well as VLB Convincing someone to change the way they are used to work is the hardest thing like the auto shops. They need to understand it's benefits and for that VLB team need to educate them. |
