841  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Checkmate Humanity on: December 25, 2017, 02:50:52 AM
The singularity is inevitable,  and only a matter of time. The industrial revolution was the period that sealed humanities fate, and was a pivotal turning point for mankind. However, most of us remain optimistic, and Great thinkers like Elon Musk, Michio Kaku, isaac asimov are fully aware of automations implications.
The only thing left to do is to merge with the machine, and transcend our primitive biology, and reach the next stage in human evolution. If we do not, we will be enslaved by the very machines we've built.

842  Other / Off-topic / Re: Racism on: December 25, 2017, 02:37:49 AM
In the animal kingdom race is defined as such: a genetically distinct population of individuals within a species. Race leans more toward the biology of a species, having morphological, and genetic differences. Ethnicity is more or less based upon associations related to culture.
Unfortunately race can't be simplified down to either black or white. There are a good 4 or 5 different main roots of races within the human species. The intersexing of these roots give us many variations,  plus add in a multitude of different climates, and the hue of the skin will either lighten, or darken.
Racism is a result of cultural shock, and the unacceptable notion of inevitable change. We as humans fear what we don't understand, so if you're different from me, even though we are both human, I may be skeptical of trusting you, due to ethnic differences (hypothetically speaking).
The united States is a perfect melding pot for breaking down social, and racial barriers, because the laws and regulations only see the people as Americans, not blacks, whites, etc. It is the citizens who breed contempt amongst each other because of their subtle differences. We as a human species have come a long way in our evolution. Some day we will look past race, and ethnicity, and only see each other as people.
843  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Most powerful standing Military on: December 24, 2017, 08:30:38 PM
How is it that the USA developed the worlds most powerful standing Military -Including the Navy & the Airforce ?
Simple, I think that the U.S allocates a nice portion of the country's budget to military affairs. Got to keep the homeplate safe, it's the most important base. That way, you can take the opponent out before they get a chance to steal, and slide home (baseball analogy).
844  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: help!bitcoin & system? on: December 23, 2017, 11:49:31 PM
I just learned about bitcoin. I tried to learn it by reference from google searching & my friends. but that's not enough for me to understanded. please help me understand to be more about bitcoin and its system.
Bitcoin is a peer to peer system, that creates digital assets (coins) through the solving of cryptographic hashes upon a decentralized transparent ledger, known as the Blockchain. Participants, who are called "Miners", solve these crypto puzzles with their spare computing power, and graphic processers, to mint new coins, and help keep the transactions on the network afloat.
Bitcoin is an open source project, so any one can take the initial code, and tweak it, or refine it to their likening. This process gave birth to other crypro currencies,  and eventually a market that runs remotely similar to the stock market. The difference being, that this market is decentralized. The crypto coins are traded upon coin exchanges. Bitcoin is the archetype,  so all other coins are usually traded against Bitcoin, back and forth. From fiat, to Bitcoin, then from Bitcoin, to alternative crypto coins, and vice versa.
The laws for Bitcoin will vary from one jurisdiction to another, across one ocean, to the next. It is a borderless system, and is apart of "The Internet Of Things". The creator of Bitcoin is Satoshi Nakamoto, which could be a single entity, or a corporation of people. The truth is, nobody truly knows!
However, the work of the creator continues to operate, through the hands of all who have adopted the technology, and embrace it. Satoshi's will lives on...

Is there going to be any bounty campaign for this project?
I like the fact that the terms of services specifically states these are not offerings of securities.
As a U.S based investor, I must say, you've made my day!
846  Other / Off-topic / Re: Aliens exist after all? on: December 22, 2017, 02:26:35 PM
No, I doubt it, I mean, the universe is only infinite you know lol.  Roll Eyes
On a side note, if they did, why would they ever come down here to earth? The religious will force them to convert, or kill them off. The scientist will gut them open, in order to experiment on them, and see what makes them tick. The average person will complain to their congressman about these illegals who keep crossing the border, sneaking into our atmosphere to steal our livelihoods, and parliament will tax the hell out of them every year.

847  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can we expect the appearance of thought police in the near future? on: December 22, 2017, 02:17:02 PM
Yes, haven't any of you seen minority report?   Tongue
In the future, we will most likely communicate remotely, mind to mind, by u sing some sort of Electroencephalography connected to a display visor, like the scouters in dragon ball z. Cellular phones will become obsolete, and mind to mind communication, through some sort of telecom monopoly corporation,  will dominate the market across the planet. All of your thoughts will be translated into text, and sent over the quantum internet.  "Joking"
Hell, I should write a dystopian science fiction novel, and profit off of this stuff lol.
848  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Artificial Interagency?? on: December 22, 2017, 02:05:38 PM
Why do we need AL? Are we destroying us ourselves?

I do not think that machines need this.
They think differently.
Something like this: 101001010010111010100010110110110101101
So your saying humans don't think exactly in terms of 1's, and 0's?
Are not all of your decisions based on yes, or no, responses?
Whats the difference? Humans are just a more complex machine than our simple computers we build.
All learning is binary, except humans have a few more systems in place, than todays current automations. Is feeling not a binary process as well? I mean, you can either feel pain, or pleasure, and a number of variations of both, which in reality, are the same thing, just binary responses.
Do we as humans, not have five senses of depth? We taste, touch, smell, hear, and see. So are each of these sensory perceptions not apart of a binary system? You can smell, but the smell is either good, or bad. You can hear, but is the sound not either good, or bad? You can taste, but is taste not either good or bad?
I could go on, but explain to me, what separates a human from a machine, besides extra sensory perceptions, that are based upon a binary system?
Lol wait until the female androids come, hee hee hee, you'll never know the difference brother!
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best bounties list 50+ on: December 22, 2017, 01:47:53 PM
Are any of this bounties non-security tokens, or U.S friendly.
The SEC is starting to crackdown on crypto regulations, so are any of these companies that are offering these bounties, operating within current U.S regulations? If so, which ones?
I am interested in the bounty of utility tokens, or coins.
For those outside the U.S, I'm not sure of your countries laws, or financial policies, so these concerns may, or may not apply to you!
850  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to prepare for your death? on: December 21, 2017, 12:38:49 PM
Well, preparing for death is difficult,  especially if you don't know when your going to die. In that case, one should prepare everyday for death. When you close your eyes at night, you should consider yourself as dead.
No one knows what death is like, but I would imagined it to be the cessation of life. Darkness, no sound, nor movement, like being stuck in a suspended animation. No thoughts, just emptiness of the void. Live everyday as if it is your last, and cherish what little life you have, if you value it.
Study Buddhism manuscripts,  as well as Egyptian, because they seem to have a pretty good layout on what happens after you die, but for those of you who value your life, don't dwell on death, and focus on life. Death is inevitable, so if your going to die soon, start researching and preparing, becuase you can't take your cryptocoins with you.

Tsunetomo Yamamoto:

"Meditation on inevitable death should be performed daily. Every day when one’s body and mind are at peace, one should meditate upon being ripped apart by arrows, rifles, spears and swords, being carried away by surging waves, being thrown into the midst of a great fire, being struck by lightning, being shaken to death by a great earthquake, falling from thousand-foot cliffs, dying of disease or committing seppuku at the death of one’s master. And every day without fail one should consider himself as dead"

Death is not the end, but only the beginning...
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in those ICOs? on: December 19, 2017, 02:09:07 PM
Before you invest, make sure it is legal within your jurisdiction to do so!
The SEC has given many statements saying to utilize the Howey test, in order to determine whether or not any investment you make for acquiring tokens, aren't deemed as securities.
Also, be sure to practice your due diligence with each potential company you consider investing in. It is best to research a startup company carefully,  check for any signs of transparency within the companies team. Do the team members have a social media profile? Do they have a backround in education,  and any certificate? What are the projected goals, and is there a roadmap?
These are the type of questions in which you must ask yourself, and also do some digging to find the answer to.  Never invest with any amount you can't afford to lose, if possible!
Try checking out an ICO review site, and their announcement thread. If they offer a slack group, or telegram group, you should seek invitation, in order to ask questions.
Most of all, beware of scammers, never share your private key with anyone, not the wife, husband, or kids. Myetherwallet is  a good ethereum wallet, and natively supports all erc20 tokens.

Best of luck on your pursuits!
852  Other / Off-topic / Re: Transgenders. on: December 19, 2017, 01:26:56 PM
To each of his/her own! Let people be, it's that simple. Until we can learn to be at peace with each others decision to be themselves, we will never evolve as a collective species. We still kill each other over skin color, and religious backrounds, instead of seeing each other as human beings, reguardless of whatever the race, or creed it is that we hail from.
Transgenderism is not only a mental faculty,  but a physical one. Is it weird for a man/woman to want to change their sexual orientation over night?  I guess the answer to that is subjective!  As long as I'm not directly affected by these actions and decisions made by these people, I'm at peace with it. But when it is shoved into your face, and it's harassing to you, then their is a serious problem.
These are difficult times, people have been voicing their opinions about these things for years, and they are finally being adressed. Women, now have a voice, and women are also pushing the envelope for equal rights for other parties, like LBGT etc. Can a woman do everything, and anything a man can do? No of course not, but at least let them have the audacity, to believe so.
If adam doesn't want eve, then let him be with steve! If eve doesn't want adam, let her hook up with amy. If your son puts on a dress, and your daughter puts on your toolbelt, well... I guess we still haven't worked out all the kinks yet!  Cry
853  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Colonising Planets on: December 19, 2017, 01:07:37 PM
Mans conquest of the heavens is inevitable. 200 years ago we had steam powered engines, telephones, and a bicycle.  Today we have rocket ships, cellular smart phones, and atomic energy.
Colonizing other planets isn't a matter of "if", but a matter of "when"! We only seem to account for the technology we know is readily available at the general publics discretion.  You can be sure, some laboratory somewhere, is concocting some new marvel of science as we speak, but haven't quite worked all the kinks out yet. Just think about the EM-drive, a supposedly impossible engine Nasa built.
I hope for humanities sake, we don't bring too many of our egotistical flaws with us into space, I hope we build a successful enterprise like that of Star Treks. Different diversities working together for a single cause. Maybe we will leave our animosity behind us, and adopt a new tenure, built upon equality, honor, and valor. Look out Buck Rogers!
854  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto Debit Card (US law only banks can issue debit cards) on: December 19, 2017, 12:43:31 PM
Centra.tech is supposed to be issuing their signature Centra debit card, letting you spend bitcoin, altcoins, erc20 tokens, waves, etc, with no fees attached. Their ICO was pretty successful,  but I'm not quite sure if they issued their cards out as of yet.
It's a U.S owned and operated company, and looks legit, then their is TenX pay, and Monaco, which I think are foreign companies, all promising debit card usage for cryptos.
If your location is based within the U.S, then Coinbase, partnered with Shift card, may be your best bet.
855  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Tax implications of investing in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the U.S. on: December 19, 2017, 12:35:55 PM
Hello, thank you my friend for sharing your research with us here on the forum.
Paying taxes is something that is a bit of a hasstle for anyone, but now that crypto is being regulated, Uncle Sam is looking for his cut. Give Caesar what belongs to Caesar!
Last year I only made a few small purchases under $100 with my tiny portion of a bitcoin I owned, so taxes were relatively easy. This year I participated in a proof of stake mining operation for an alt coin, so taxes will be a bit trickier to figure out, because mining is considered self employment income.
The best thing I've learned thus far, and it is still something that I need to work on is, keeping track of all of my transactions on an excel spreadsheet ledger. That's why most are avoiding paying the taxes like the plague. Most don't keep a ledger of their activity. I still have alot to do, and haven't successfully recorded every single transaction down.
Not only do you have to pay taxes to mine coins, but when you convert your altcoin for bitcoin, you must pay capital gains/loss taxes. Then when you want to exchange you bitcoin for fiat, you have to pay capital gains/loss tax again! Now thats a tripple whammy come time to file taxes. Depending on what tax brackets you fall into, you may take home 20%-30% profit after paying exorbitan tax fees.
Altcoins really hurt your pocket come tax season.   Undecided

856  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto Food Delivery on: December 18, 2017, 03:49:32 PM
At the core of modern cryptocurrencies, lies the blockchain, an online based, publicly distributed universal ledger. In a world full of secrets, transparency seems like a contradictory oxymoron. However, it is because of this level of transparency, combined with cryptography, we are able to create decentralize databases, free of limitations imposed by those of a central authority.
The blockchain has a multitude of uses besides just being a financial ledger. Ethereum makes it possible to create smart contracts upon this ledger, which extends its number of useful utilities. Perhaps the food industry "is" the next big thing to hit the blockchain?
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is there any online training to learn about Crypto trading on: December 03, 2017, 02:36:35 PM
The cryptocoin market is setup very similar to the stock market,  except it is decentralized in a few ways. The best place to learn more about trading, would be to go to http://www.investopedia.com. Investopedia is a wealth of financial information consolidated into an eaey to use interface.
Learn about investing, marketing, etc. The more you learn, the easier it will be to establish yourself with earning profit. Alot of people (including myself) are new to electronic finance, and are allways looking for a way to get their foot in the door, especially durring times like these, whereas bitcoin is really soaring right now in the market.
Learn soon, or you will be left behind, because by the time the general public gets wind of this opportunity,  there won't be any money left to make for the newbies. Right now we are in a renaissance period. The average person doesn't have a clue about cryptographic currencies,  but with bitcoin hitting the $10k mark, it is sure to gain major headlines more, and more each day.
Joe nobody (hypothetically speaking) will turn on his tv, see the movement, and want to try to get in on the action, so make sure you study hard, and learn all there is to know about supply and demand, because that is the key to bitcoins current rise.
858  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New world order - Illuminati on: November 23, 2017, 05:18:40 PM
I know that as soon as you mention these things in addition to satanic rituals and MK mind control and things that are happening in Hollywood etc. You will be considered as either paranoid or mentally sick person. Some might or may not believe in these things so what's your take in this subject?
Thats because the sort of rhetoric that your spewing, gets you thrown into an insane asylum.
Illuminati  Cheesy, there is no such thing, a sort of running joke/boogey man meant to scare the profane.
New World Order you say, lol, you mean those wrestlers? Reptiles from space, and satan, lol.
Even it it were true, what good is speculation going to do?

859  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the main goal of human is happiness? on: November 23, 2017, 05:00:14 PM
To desire happiness, is also to desire suffering. Buddha, who was an altruistic, said that there are 3 poisonous states of mind that ultimately lead to suffering, that being " desire, aversion, and ignorance"

Buddha also said these are the 4 noblest of truths:
 1:The existence of suffering
 2:The origin of suffering
 3:The cessation of suffering
4: The path to the cessation of suffering

Buddha said there is an 8 folded path to happiness:
 1:Right veiw
 2:Right speech
 3: Right intention
 4: Right action
 5: Right livelihood
 6: Right effort
 7:Right mindfulness
 8:Right concentration

Buddha said there are 3 kinds of suffering
 1:pain
 2:change
 3:conditionality

May you find success in your pursuit of happiness, May Buddha bless you!
860  Other / Politics & Society / Re: WHY IS THERE EVIL IN THE WORLD? on: November 23, 2017, 04:28:43 PM
i think The reason there’s evil in the world is not because of God, but because God gave us the freedom to choose. Now the potential for love outweighs the existence of evil, because you see, evil is only going to exist for a short time, but love is going to go on forever. And all of the suffering and all of the death that we see in the world today are the result because man has chosen to make wrong choices.

so what is  you clarification on that question ?

I challenge this statement, and propose a healthy debate, in order to keep the thread abundant, lively, and to make the stakes somewhat interesting. Nothing derogatory, so lets keep it kosher!

My opinion...
What is freewill? Could freewill exist if there was no evil? Evil is a choice, and it is the opposite of good.
Evil is necessary,  just as good is. Love is no different from hate, but two extremes, one directly opposite of the other. Love will never conquer over hate. Good will never triumph over evil. One simply could not exist without the other. If love were to conquer evil, there would be a serious imbalance within the natural order of reality.

My question for you, OP...
Define God! Do you mean a bearded man in the sky, who grants magical wishes to the blindly faithful?
Do you mean an omnipresent,  omnipotence that is beyond our space and time? Or perhaps you're refering to a creator deity, who supposedly fashioned our life out of it's (male/female/etc) own image?

To retort
I don't mean to pick away at your statement, but your comment is made using broad generalizations,  that are hard to pinpoint, in order to accurately give a correct reply, for arguments sake.
