861  Other / Archival / Re: Urgently needing a 0.03 BTC loan (Collateral) on: August 21, 2017, 06:39:28 AM
Looking for someone to fill this loan for me.

Loan amount : 0.03 BTC
Repayment amount : 0.033 BTC
Interest : 10%
Term length : 7 days

Collateral : My Bitcointalk account. I successfully participated in Enigma Catalyst's signature campaign for the full 3 weeks it ran and they are yet to payout their Enigma tokens [70 ECAT/week ($42) * 3] which will be 210 ECAT tokens ($126). If I default on this loan, you get to keep my Bitcointalk account + you can provide your Ethereum address to receive the ECAT tokens for yourself.
Spreadsheet Link - Confirms that I was 'to be paid' during all 3 weeks.
Campaign manager Woshib confirming that the tokens are yet to be paid and instructions will follow

I will provide any more information if at all required.

Really hoping someone will fill this loan for me.

I hope you know that future income isnt exactly valid collateral, and I do not believe that your account (or the payout) is 120% of what youre asking. Someone *might* take you up on this offer, but I wouldn’t count on it.

The future income is coming from a trusted source which is issuing tokens at the end of its ICO and this will definitely happen. The tokens itself is around 105%~ and my account included, it clearly becomes over 130%. As I said, I wouldn't let it go down to that stage where I will be defaulting this loan so I'm still positive that someone will fill this.

865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SKINCOIN - CRYPTOCURRENCY FOR eSPORTS INDUSTRY (ICO is OVER) on: August 18, 2017, 01:11:05 PM
Its really stupid that people are still taking it to Cryptopia to dump their SKIN knowing that SKIN to CSGO/Dota2 skins exchanges and bettable matchmaking sites are in the making. Mercatox was a huge dumping ground and when it was first listed on Cryptopia, it created some hype till all the dumpers came in. Hoping to see SKIN on Bittrex or Liqui because the current exchanges seem to be dumping grounds and mean no good for the coin.
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Enigma Catalyst - Build Your Own Crypto Hedge Fund - Token Sale Sep 11 on: August 18, 2017, 12:56:56 PM
Just leaving a warning for the people planning to invest in the ICO : I have had issues with the management regarding a bounty for my signature which was unpaid.I tried contacting the ICO founders but no one replied. This shows their integrity towards their participants.I was going to invest but what if they acted the same if I had issues with my investment ? BIG RED FLAG.
It was nice of the campaign manager @Woshib to pay my dues from his own pockets.

Can you please enlighten us on what exactly went wrong regarding the signature campaign? I've been a participant since the beginning, it has been a smooth campaign so far and if you're asking for the tokens, the team can't hand over tokens to you even before the ICO has begun as you can sell it even before the ICO. Woshib has been doing a great job managing this campaign.
As far as the project goes, it is showing great potential with a developing community and expect the ICO to be a successful one.
867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges vs Mixers on: August 18, 2017, 12:33:26 PM
What is the reason why people should use mixers (if they for example want do launder btc)? Never used such services but for me it seems better just buy some forks on exchange and buy bitcoins back. At least you won't get even dirtier coins than you had before.

While exchanges in exchanges, an account is mandatory to carry out all the trading which will leave a trail and if the government launches a manhunt to find someone, he can easily be traced. On the other hand, mixers give an assurance that their coins would have no trails which is why most people are on the lookout for mixers over exchanges for privacy of coins. Keep in mind that not only those BTC launderers use this service but regular deep web market users also make the most out of this service.
868  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: blockchain-bitcoincash.com is a SCAM right? on: August 18, 2017, 12:12:10 PM
A site asking for your recovery phrase of another site is clearly an indication this is a scam. Anybody entering their recover phrases on that site will have their wallets compromised and will lose all their BTC. There have been plenty of sites lately which are trying to pull this off so you need to be careful and make sure you're not giving out any information such as recovery phrase, passwords etc to sketchy websites.
869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DO YOU AGREE? on: August 18, 2017, 12:03:19 PM
There have been 'n' instances where 'x' different people have predicted that Bitcoin will reach 'y' USD within a 'z' time frame. You can expect even more speculations day by day and it could be that one of them will be right, or even none. Most of these speculations come off of watching, learning the trends from the past few years and as time progresses, these speculations could be more accurate.
870  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: August 18, 2017, 11:55:15 AM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?
There is no fixed income in trading it is because all of the price of the coins is always changing. I am sure that you can be rich in the trading. There are many people are now becoming rich because of the trading.

What you're trying to say is that there is no fixed income when the price of Bitcoin is rising? The profit you earn by margin trading may never be constant but when BTC has always been rising from 50 cents to over $4k now, its more like you have a fixed income in mind and will always end up with more profit because of the constant heights that BTC reaches.

Is it possible to earn by playing game ? especially related to bitcoin

Assuming you are completely new to Bitcoin gambling, yes it is very much possible to earn or win by playing games. There are a lot of different games you could be playing to win some BTC, have a look around in the gambling sections and you will see many unique sites offering multiple games. Read everything about the game carefully before playing as you are playing it with your Bitcoin and I highly recommend you to try various games on different sites with a smaller bankroll at first.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoincash is around 527.74$ now! on: August 18, 2017, 11:33:56 AM
Wouldn't at all be surprised if it went past double the price of Ethereum and stay as #2 on the charts. Bitcoin Cash seems to have a bright future because of how smooth BCH's system works. No more high fee priority transactions, unless users start doing it themselves and it would be pretty much the same as those mining BCH are the ones pushing the coin to stand higher and compete with the BTC.
873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My $50 000 Bitcoin bet on: August 18, 2017, 11:07:31 AM
Always have been urging people to read the whitepaper but nobody ever does. Being in the IT industry your friend should know that Bitcoin cannot be hacked and it has been proved by Satoshi when he first proposed Bitcoin. With that being said, the chain dying out due to the miners heading towards a more profiting end will likely be the greatest demise of Bitcoin as far as I can see. If the ASIC miners stick around and continue with BTC, there should be no problems in the longer run either.
874  Local / India / Re: [ANN] Exchange Major Alt coins at PocketBits.in on: August 17, 2017, 06:44:22 PM
Glad to see the rise of more altcoin exchanges in India and not trying to profiteer like Zebpay or Unocoin. With that being said, I will be using this site to set up small investments in a few altcoins and will leave an overall feedback here when done.
875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: August 17, 2017, 02:19:06 PM
Yes indeed, Bitcoin is a highly secure cryptocurrency and will continue to remain the same. Its been functioning from 2010 when it was first released and there has been no incidences of breaches in the blockchain though there have been a few attempts to hack the main chain. You can use Bitcoin without any fear of being hacked as long as you keep yourself secure the way it needs to be done.
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🔥 BITCOlN CASH JUST MINED FIRST EVER 8MB BLOCK!!!! 🔥 on: August 16, 2017, 04:54:11 PM
This was the main purpose of Bitcoin Cash wasn't it? To be able to fit in more transactions in one single block and ease the blockade of transaction massing up. Good to see its finally happening and expect a rise in prices due to this alone.
877  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Greatest Bitcoin Gambling Experience Ever! | 12 Exclusive Games on: August 16, 2017, 02:33:14 PM
Had been looking forward to this site from a very long time and with over $5M spent on its development, I expected much more from the site other than just being simple and adding more number of games to their list. The games however are very much fun to play and I would prefer playing on stake because of the variety of games other than just dice game.
878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you explain Bitcoin or crypto to complete newcomer on: August 16, 2017, 01:34:05 PM
I've been doing this from quite a while now and start off by describing it as a 'digital currency'. Then I come to the security part where I explain how it is totally secure and decentralized. Later, I address mining and other methods of acquiring BTC. Next up, I tell the history of Bitcoin and tell them to read the whitepaper and how Satoshi mined the first coins. Finally, I tell them to access http://preev.com/ and look at up the price of 1 BTC and make them realize what its value was back when it released.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: August 16, 2017, 01:09:03 PM
What's up with the Irving trade nowadays, does he have a team to go to already?

I don't have an idea on what team did he jumped to. But before anything else possibly that he don't have choice but to keep on playing for the Cavs again and just endure his feeling with Lebron. So he doesn't have a choice or else he will be blanked and no team to play but I doubt it, this is probably just a sort of drama.
Nothing is hot about the Kyrie Irving trade. And no team that is linked to him is closing in on the deal. Because all of them are following a similar offer to what the Timberwolves sent for Jimmy Butler and what the Thunders sent for Paul George to keep it short they are wanting Kyrie in exchange for their trash which the Cavaliers clearly don't like. Also from what I know Kyrie Irving is spending some time alone away from Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers this might be a signal in which he really does not want to be with the team anymore.

But with the current trade on rose, i think he might have lower minutes to play or rose could be a shooting guard. I know cavaliers have stacked lineup and bench but i think irving wont be having a leader role if rose could have his gameplay in cavaliers. And if irving would leave cavs, that would leave them in a high salary cap in which they could acquire a high paying player. And it would be a long journey if irving would again want to be a franchise player and carrying them to a playoff.

I can't see Rose playing in the shooting guard position with Kyrie around as point guard, I mean its better to give the man what he does best. Meanwhile, its likely that Kyrie exiting the Cavs is bound to happen but I can't see him pull of a one man show to power any lower tier teams to the playoffs. It would definitely free up extra salary cap for the Cavs and they could be looking for another solid player to fit in to their team.
880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bill Gates on Bitcoin on: August 16, 2017, 12:29:12 PM
Reading Satoshi's whitepaper on Bitcoin is itself enough for anybody to get convinced to see a bright future for Bitcoin. The seemingly sleek, foolproof design and implementation of digital currencies through signatures and timestamps was a very well thought out idea that Satoshi put together to make Bitcoin what it is today. Not only Bill Gates, but there are many other millionaires and MNCs that have come out in support of BTC which will prevent all sorts of credit card frauds and such while making it easier for users to transact online.
