If you ask me, never was a V2, just a setup to raid the kitchen cupboard.
Didn't somebody fine the front page was like a $20 stock template?
I hope somebody in their neck of the woods pays them a visit.

867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KARM] Karma / ₭ / X11 on: October 14, 2014, 08:50:32 PM
Don`t worry, Mintpal won`t crash. And actually, Karma have gained price boost since the beginning of the problems with Mintpal. There is enough trading on Cryptsy for now. The only difference for Karma between Cryptsy and Mintpal is the BTC pair. But since there is no BTC trading, I don`t see why we should pay attention to Mintpal. They are big boys and will recover.

Sorry man, I've been watching and trying to communicate with this bunch at moolah for the last week.
Karma seems to be one of the coins that for whatever reason they have a problem with withdrawals.
I managed to convert it to another coin (syscoin) and get it the heck out of there.

My advice is do the same or watch it go down the tubes....because that's where its headed. I've seen posts from guys who have had their wallets reload after withdrawing BtC and so humans being what humans are, they have withdrawn again, some people had zero balances only to find 10 plus different coins appear on their accounts with balances.

moolah has lost it and they are NOT coming back.

Hey Dano, you're the only person here with a bitcoin address in your signature. Are you expecting tips? Looks a little tacky.

Meh.
Not as tacky as that comment.....especially after just 11 posts.

I'm sorry to hear your problem.
It is the same that happened to me last Wednesday.

I've seen some people use Twitter with some success.
The exchange is having major problems.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KARM] Karma / ₭ / X11 on: October 12, 2014, 12:08:42 AM
Most of my karma is in my wallet but I had 1,000,000 in mintpal when they started their V2 crap.
I was using karma to test withdrawals before trying to move BtC and syscoin from there.

Lost 350,000 karma trying, but amazingly.....the BtC and Syscoin I got out.
I converted the last 650,000 karma to Ltc and bought Sys with it.
my advice? Convert it and move it out....or at least enough of it to work with until you can get the rest.

I guess odds are they'll get the place back together but i'm never going back.
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 11, 2014, 08:56:39 PM
Had the bright idea to sell the Karma left for Litecoin......then buy Syscoin since they have it paired with LtC.
Actually worked until I got to withdrawal.
System told me 82 Syscoins was insufficient funds to withdraw.
Hmmm.. let me wd 10 this morning when I was testing.

They keep coming up with new ways to pizz people off.

edit- ok logged out and back in, cleaned up last of Ltc that it wouldn't let me use earlier.
now have a whopping 100 syscoin, the rest of the karma is out in space somewhere.
Looks like this might work

Guys I did that withdrawal email back on wed....it wasn't answered until today and told me the failed withdrawal would be referred to the transition team. I tried checking tweets, their blog,(several days behind) and google searches trying to get info,

Thanks for the suggestions but I've been there, done that and have the Tshirt.
They are NOT an exchange you want to use, I promise.
This isn't my first rodeo but I sure got a lesson on this one.

I'm one of the lucky ones. Some poor folks lost their accounts and balances.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=785328.0

I sure don't think someone sold sys for 253  over there either.
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah/Mintpal V2.0 Scam Thread on: October 11, 2014, 05:20:32 PM
Thank God I escaped with my Syscoin holdings today.
I was sweating as I withdrew in 3 separate transactions.
The Karma is still stuck and not worth the trouble.

Bye Bye Mintpal/Moolah....you asshats.
To quote Samuel L. Jackson.....

Good luck to you guys! I'm pulling for you.
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 11, 2014, 04:39:59 PM
Still can't figure why the Karma won't withdraw, its only a couple dollars worth.
just relieved that my Syscoin is out of that cluster****.
It was worth way more than the Karma that's stuck there.
877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah/Mintpal V2.0 Scam Thread on: October 11, 2014, 02:20:40 PM
There lies the rub....anyone live close to where these guys offices are?
Maybe a visit is in order.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 11, 2014, 02:11:01 PM
Already moved over to Bittrex, purchased and withdrew over  100,000 Sys so far. Arrived in 1.4C no problem.

I have 3 small Karma coin tests since wed, the first went awol, transaction failed- canceled and coins missing.
second yesterday....says complete with id number, not received so far in the wallet.

another small karma test this morning went same route as the first.   transaction error failed canceled and the coin is missing from balance.

These bastards!

oh and they finally answered my support ticket from wed with ...."its being referred to the transition team"

I'm at a loss.

stayed on 1.4C and managed a successful withdrawal of 10 Syscoin.

Crossed fingers, going for 100,000.

Edit: Just came in!

going to try my balance

Edit:

YAY, my syscoin is home!
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah/Mintpal V2.0 Scam Thread on: October 11, 2014, 12:23:15 PM
Finally heard from support on ticket 5496, failed withdrawal 4 days ago.
Its being referred to the "transition team"
Why don't I have a warm fuzzy feeling?

I hope the folks that lost their balances come through this.
880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 11, 2014, 12:12:04 PM
If it helps you any, I just did a test transfer of 10.00000000 SYS from MintPal to my local wallet (version 0.1.5 RC2) which was succesful in less than 10 minutes. I then withdrew 6 figures from MintPal to the same local wallet. I had no issues whatsoever and it did not take long to accomplish. Currently, the time and date is 02:55:00 A.M. on 11 October, 2014 Easter United States Time Zone.
[

That's good news, think I should move up to the latest wallet RC? I was waiting until they get the final done.
I'm going to try to start moving it out today.
I'll say one thing , with all the problems you got stones, moving 6 figures out.
