861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wake up and learn, stop being a basement dweller! on: June 14, 2018, 07:45:59 PM
Btc will always regain and have higher highs - it's only a waiting game as long as you don't have to cash out.
Enjoy that free advice, it works!  Wink
Be careful on that one mate. Although I'm a longterm bull as well but having such optimism can be bad for you. If you have your financial life secured, then its ok to hold during losses. It's a waiting game, true, but nobody has forever. Our time is limited, the market could stay irrational longer than you can stay liquid. So it's okay to cash out with some losses. You can always buy lower or short the market.
That's hitting the nail on the head, but unfortunately it may not really sink in, because of what some people here deem as positivism, but which in reality might be ignorance at work. We known Bitcoin has a history of always bouncing back after a crash, but just like now, the market is irrational and may well remain so longer than many can endure or remain liquid enough to contain the draw down. Unless there's an emergency, there's really no need to cash out when market starts to reverse, instead we can hedge our open positions by buying Tether= USDT and hodling it until price bottoms out and starts to climb again.
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic loss me 10800$ , so patient is the key on: June 14, 2018, 05:22:13 PM
Dear Members

Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story

I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH.  Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.

After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH.

if i sell June 1st  196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$

so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you

I don't think you lost your money here, all you did is lost the profits if you can hold it more but you still made profits with your investment.First of all you need to contented with your earnings and don't be too greedy because mostly greed will tend to lose more. But think can be a good lesson for you to hold more but no one knows that when the price will increase or decrease so it will be better to aim small profits.
Yes he actually did not lose his money, rather he lost an opportunity to maximize profit and I want to believe poor timing was the culprit because knowing to choose a right coin to buy just before it get pumped, shows good research and analysis. I think what OP needs, is to enhance and fine tune his exit strategy = suggest the use of a combo of RSI and Bollinger bands to get some clearer pictures of an overbought market about to reverse and he will be on his way to picking up all those money, he has been leaving on the table.
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best masternode coins to invest in? on: June 14, 2018, 04:35:48 PM
With so many masternode coins out there, which ones do you think are the best to invest in long-term?
Pivx, dash, reddcoin, Bitsend. they are all very good to be your longterm investment choice. But it needs a big requirement to become the masternode. It may better for you to look at the staking coin because it needs less than masternode coin but with a better annual return.
Bitsend can come handy here! It have proven to be relatively stable and given the latest across board bearish tone of the market, 1 BSD is presently just above 5k satoshi and that makes now a much ideal time for buying the 25k Bitsend requirement for setting up a masternode, that's about 1.25 BTC
864  Bitcoin / Legal / Why Ban Cryptocurrency with Zero Research or Consultation? on: June 14, 2018, 11:20:17 AM
My attention is drawn to this move by the authorities in India and I can't help wondering, why such desperation to ban something that's being celebrated by its citizens and even authorities in other climes? Is this not a clear manifestation of governments caring less about what the people truly want?

I was looking at cryptocurrency as a leveler for the developing countries, but it's disappointing most of them can't even see beyond their nose and instead are busy trying to reinvent the wheels.

865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens or Bitcoin? on: June 14, 2018, 09:48:12 AM
Ethereum tokens and bitcoin differ but explain which is more beneficial to you? Why? Which is worth more?

Edit: It's opinion based. I'm asking which you prefer in any scenario (i.e investing, holding, ico) and then explain your reasoning.
seeing the current market conditions that are always experiencing major correction, I prefer to hold tokens from ICO that look very potential rather than bitcoin whose price continues to decline in the near future, because most ICOs if they issue a new type of token would want the token sales target to be achieved, if they feel that the token sales target has not been reached, they are likely to do their best to achieve sales targets
If you're looking closely at current market conditions, you won't fail to see that because Bitcoin is experiencing market correction, so have all other coins and tokens, so it's not like we have any coin/token yet, that's immune from whatsoever that affects Bitcoin. If you ask me, I would wait for all these to bottom out!

Interesting to see a provider supporting mining, hope it isn't an oversight! I would like to have a vouch copy, if one's still available. You must have been mining for a while yourself, can you share what your profitability is looking like?

869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 5 tips for cryptotraders! on: June 08, 2018, 11:44:35 PM
Hello, I would like to give advice to beginning traders, perhaps many people know this, but not all, especially they are relevant for today's market.

5 tips for cryptotraders!

1. Do not buy up everything that see!
Presently very much tokens and every day them to become yet more. Even to the professionals difficult at times to recognize scam tokens, that to talk already about novices. If you begin the way of trader only, trained first on stable currencies with large capitalization.

2. Do not spend too much time on trade!
Many people think that after sitting as long as possible while looking at the charts, they will find a potential gold deal. First, the crypt market is so dynamic that if you miss one opportunity, you will have 5 new ones. Secondly, to trade tired very bad idea, which usually will cost you a lot of money.

3. Not panic!
Fear and panic are the two biggest enemies of every trader. Remember that cryptocurrencies are too volatile and be ready for it.Do not rush to do something, think well.

4. Don't get fooled by tricks!
New altcoins-this is what lose money a lot of beginners. The desire to recognize the new bitcoin has already destroyed many cryptotraders. A lot of altcoins that enter the market are absolutely not suitable for long-term investments or are pacifiers at all.

5. Choose the right exchange!
No less rapidly growing and the number of exchanges. Many people want to lure you with attractive terms, but you have to understand that for them there are certain risks. It is better to start working with already proven exchangers which are used by most people.

I hope someone was useful. Good luck and big profits! BTCBTCBTC
this post is help full for every one because some new traders come in trade and not know about trade and then loss all their money i think new traders can put best knowledge form this post.
All that OP highlighted actually fall  on the basics of trading, so for anyone to dabble into trading without a good standing in them, is their water lo. I would like to add that a newbie have everything to gain by taking their eyes off what they could earn in the short run, but instead throw their weight behind learning now to be able to earn and without cease later.
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Your Job is The Worst Idea on: June 08, 2018, 11:24:43 PM
Yeah, leaving your main job is some ridiculous idea. just because crypto is easier and can get big profit enough to be the reason to quit your job. Just make crypto as your side job. You have to work hard to achieve success.
Crypto really isn't easy, but there're many people out there, who are not at home with the job, they're saddled with and are merely hanging on. To such people, if they have the passion to work with cryptos and the pay is far better, there's no point flogging a dead horse - move on, life is not static.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Liza? on: June 08, 2018, 11:08:26 PM
Just updating there is so much going on. After investing in the coin I can report, denomination of the coin has happen a month apart. I highly do not recommend the coin. Increase in value is artificial due to denomination.  You will lose most your original capital.
There's really nothing to expect from a coin with no trace or history and any money invested on it is through good money over bad money. It the owners of Yobit were smart enough, they would have seen similar picture of what Binance saw of their native coin, BNB.

The whole essence of incentiving investments in LISA, is no other than to help shore up the market value and then they would  take profit - real money out of nothing.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: too much crypto coin market on: June 08, 2018, 10:27:13 PM
My opinion , Crypto coin market should clear those untrusted coin which is scam or those is unable to move on.
we need something to clear those coin. Am i right..

Actually this cleaning up is followed on the CMC that is coin market cap website. If you observe then there are few days which are allowed for each coin to get listed on the CMC. If they found that the altcoin is not receiving any kind of volume, the market is dead or the volume itself is dead then CMC will take strict action and will remove them immediately from the panel. So they are already following the cleaning up procedure these days.

I have seen CMC removing more than 100 coins in single day. I think last month only when CMC reached 1600 count of coins then they removed almost 100 of them as they were scams, dead coins. Now the count is back to 1600 which tells us that so many coins are coming every other day.
I have also seen exchanges delisting dead coins, but we can tell, they would never get to the end of it, because of the free market and the decentralized nature of coins and their deployment. Moreover, since money can be made through these coins/tokens, trust people to keep coming up with more, notwithstanding they're worth nothing!
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best prediction way of crypto market on: June 08, 2018, 10:04:25 PM
Well one thing you can do is follow some upcoming events such as forks, airdrops or upgrades/updates. Websites like coincalendar.com can help you with that.

It's not always guaranteed that the price will reflect changes in a coin/community, but take halvings for example, these MOST of the time seem to have an effect on price. When supply shrinks it effects supply and demand. Just my opinion.

Good luck
It's not just your opinion as it's an established fact that anything that could alter the demand and supply, would most likely alter price too. That explains why whales are able to jolt market price when they increase demand by buying and when they increase supply be selling and same goes for panic selling and dumping.
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is weird on: June 08, 2018, 09:45:53 PM
Its not like that the dump is intentional but there might have got some serious issue with crypto currency like DeepOnion. I did hear the rumours that this coin was scam in the later stages and thus it could be just that people are trying to save their ass with whatever money they get back from the investment that they had made into this coin. Its just the case that they will never trust it again and with mass dump it always starts another panic sell too. So those who aren't aware of the scam will eventually sell due to tremendous dump hype.

Offf course everything here is weird and you cant do anything about it.

But even with the bigger ones like BCH. If you bought it at it's peak then you can divide the worth of your initial investment by 4.
Same thing goes for those that must have out of FOMO, paid about $20,000 for Bitcoin early this year. Can't imagine their frustration at the moment and it cut across every coin - indeed weird. if there's something worth learning from this development, it's to learn to say no to all those tale bearers, suggesting any price can be a good buy, at least the above scenario shows, buying at certain prices can raise someone's blood pressure!
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is the foundation on: June 08, 2018, 08:42:52 PM
Knowledge is power.Any case should be approached with the point of view of this case.I fully agree with you that before you start doing something in the crypto world you need to get acquainted with him. This forum will help beginners to get used to it.The main thing is not to be lazy to get knowledge.
To put it in a better way, knowledge is key, but when applied, it becomes power! All the same, the acquisition of knowledge does not come cheap and anyone aspiring to have it, must pay the price and that's not just about monetary payments. Some people go after the money only to realize after they have gotten it, that they lack what it takes to manage and sustain the money and sooner than later, it grows wing and out of the window it goes!
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bite more than you can chew on: June 08, 2018, 08:18:41 PM
The fact that people want to earn more money, this is not surprising. If they take jobs more than they can afford to finish, they can always adjust their workload, I do not see anything wrong with that. Everyone has his own problems and his life circumstances. Of course, a large amount of work should not be at the expense of its quality. If the quality of messages remains good, then this is permissible.
I often see couple of people here, who after applying and accepted to participate in a bounty campaign, but never got to perform their tasks. That must be a clear case of biting more than they can afford to chew, because obviously they need the money, but they lack the time!
877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens or Bitcoin? on: June 08, 2018, 08:01:47 PM
Definitely Bitcoin will be more valuable than having a Ethereum Tokens!
But if you considering having a more profit in short time period , i think ethereum tokens will mostly help you.(if token is good)
Yes in the short run, a good ERC20 token can make your day, but Bitcoin has got years and a vast community behind it, so it can be expected to be relatively stable. One more thing to take note of, is the fact that Bitcoin remains the flagship cryptocurrency and whatever affects it positively or negatively, trickles down on all altcoins.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All rating platforms are shit!? on: June 08, 2018, 07:32:15 PM
I think that rating platforms are doing very good jobs as they are providing comment about ICO with their related paper like whitepaper and their expectation in a project. They are commenting based on the paper of the coin so they should not be blamed for any discrepancies by the coin. Moreover there are both good and fake platforms. We should be aware of that.
By providing just their comments/hunch about an ICO project based on whatever was scribbled on the whitepaper, they are everything but rating sites. A credible rating site unearth facts and that often include interviewing those behind a project, their identities and contacts, then trust can come in. Other than that you're better off without them except one admits to be too lazy to lift a finger.

Btw no serious investor is ever going to put their money on any project based on the recommendations of some online reviewers, without any name or history.
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance coin's market strategies are impressive on: June 08, 2018, 05:55:20 PM
It's really interesting to see what is going on with BNB. I would have never thought that exchange native token would be mooning like that. But after all, Binance is at the moment top exchange, so I am not that surprised. I like Binance and their token seems to fit into their ecosystem quite nicely.
Those are the kind of reward that usually follow innovations and good marketing. Binance must have assembled very credible management team, because a number of their strategies have actually paid off and brought the exchange such exponential growth in profitability, eclipsing even that of Deutsche bank -the largest bank in Germany.

880  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is there any easy way to buy and store bitcoin? on: June 07, 2018, 11:44:39 PM
finally i convinced my friends to believe in cryptocurrency, but, when the procedural, key chain, wallet....etc.

it just killed the mood, it is like some rocket science

so anything, whatever, can let  normal people to understand, to buy, to store

if we can something physical, even better
Show them your own journey and success stories and you would be left with little to explain.Often times problem with most newbies is with taming their greed and over trading.

For an easier way to buy and store Bitcoin, I doubt if there's one because there are no free lunch anywhere and if one can render some essential services in the community, then that's about the easy ways to get some coins.
