861  Economy / Services / Re: Free BTC here -> take profits with 100% share-back [open] on: February 20, 2018, 10:04:43 PM
@OP
Just a curiosity: is the "job" you do really worth it? What is the average income per hour going through faucets? What would be the daily income of a user with, say, 100 referrals?
Assuming those are 100 active referrals, with at lest 5 claims per day than such host would earn about 10Ksats per day, plus 500 reward point and 500 lottery tickets, without doing a single thing! However my mission is different here, all the satoshi I make through ref. program, I give away back to my peeps. BTW it is not about going through multiple faucets, this is just a one single faucet.
Now, is it worth it for me to do this? Probably not Grin I just have given away something extra, just for the sake of it.
If you're wonder why, maybe this link will get you on track for solving this mystery Wink the link
862  Economy / Services / Re: Free BTC here -> take profits with 100% share-back [open] on: February 20, 2018, 09:27:06 PM
Can confirm got paid my referral back...
 Grin
Thanks for vouching this M8 Smiley
This little offer is still active and open for everyone. Such share-back makes freebitcoin the best faucet out there and I have a feeling, that it will become much better really soon. Its a sin not to give it a shot. To be honest I can't wait what wetsuit is going to do with it.

Just now I have shared additional, bonus satoshis among my referrals, as a tiny token of my appreciation.
You may expect it to happen again, from time to time small balance boost out of the blue.
THX guys!

The market is self-regulated system. It's obvious, that now we have an anomaly that will surely be corrected soon. Maybe by external (governments) regulations, maybe by some another reason. But the current illness of the market is the fact...
I think it will be internal, self "regulation" and it's going to be spectacular.
Let's face it, there is no way every of the new coins can achieve full success, some will suffer poor recognition and other, complete failure state.
The moment verification starts to take place, there's going to an avalanche of altcoins crashes.
In my opinion this is the real bubble, worst thing is that it's collapse will harm bitcoin a little. I'm thinking that this strike won't be reflected in bitcoins price but rather in further adoption and trust in general. For total speculation now: the alt's crash may begin at the end of this year, when most of projects already started will go down the tubes.

There was a time here at forum, where long time members where calling out most of the new ico's blunt money grabs.
They thrown uncomfortable questions and pointed at reasoning holes, making bad projects easier to spot.
I miss them, they moved on or maybe there is to damn much of new stuff? idk.
There are to few good specialists among us nowadays, and to much people with a "need of $peed" profits. What happened with reason?

Above is the real link to NKOR ANN. OP posted nasty referral link which is not welcome across forum boards.
You should be ashamed of yourself dear OP, such blunt unethical practice will get you nowhere.
(actually it may get you only in to the red zone)

Imagine for a second that there is a way of making this, along with the compliance with forum rules and in ethically acceptable manor.
You have a broad spectrum of means for making few, active and legitimate referrals. For example you could place your link instead of the signature under your profile, it could work nicely as this bounty program is not popular(yet). You could write an interesting, attracting post about nkor and propose to send your link on PM as well.

Instead you have chosen to cheat... Undecided not cool.

I see the same think when hoovering over the address with my mouse. But the letters are the same when you look at the address the way it is written.
Difference can be seen clearly as day, assuming one knows where to look or uses safe methods for browsing.

Since very long time firefox shows such spoofed characters in the status bar.
Opera is displaying them by default with their real code on page, Chrome is also secured.
Basically old internet explorer browsers are vulnerable to Homograph attack.
867  Economy / Economics / Re: What caused the Industrial Revolution? on: February 20, 2018, 10:46:35 AM
Necessity is the mother of invention.
I would look for this mysterious factor in places less obvious than society or economics of  XVIII century.
My main suspect would be quite significant yet often overlooked LIA (little ice age).
After relatively warm period of medieval, climate started to change drastically, reaching its coldness peak exactly around year 1750.
Causes are not hundred percent known but several have been proposed: low solar radiation, bigger volcanic activity, ocean circulation, variations in Earth's orbit and decreases in the human population.
Whatever the causes, effects unravelled quickly, causing shortages; on wood, warmer clothes, coal and obviously food.
New technical methods where needed to be discovered in order to ensure society's survival as a whole.
Simple answer: IT WAS THE WEATHER  Cool
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔷 TV-TWO | CONNECT YOUR TV TO THE ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN 🔷 on: February 20, 2018, 08:39:02 AM
Good evening, team! Blockchain keeps getting into all of the sphere of our life. Hooray. Wanted to ask what are the main practical uses of blockchain on your platform? Can't you do the same thing without it? Thanks
Not a dev here but I can answer your question.
Practical use of blockchain tech. is expressed through the revenue generated for the user by the user.
Simply speaking, blockchain is utilized in order to ensure flow of payments, from advertisers to those who watch adds.
With a trust-less ledger that blockchain is, this flow of money is set to be secure and basically instant, it clearly visible that such usability cannot be executed without the chain. In order to achieve this devs would have to invent the wheel once again Smiley or use centralized and inherently insecure means. Note, my explanation could be lacking as I'm only referring myself to tw-two's white paper.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - lowest fee - hybrid fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin on: February 19, 2018, 06:14:09 PM
I have lost confidence in the project due to Cryptopia appropriating airdrops delaying transfers. There is something rotten.
Good, get out then or take it up with cryptopia.
I'm kinda agree with you but you can't dismiss the valid issue raised by this fellow.
Bitcore needs at least one more, high quality and trusted exchange. No doubts it can only help the entire project. Right now it feels like dev have abandoned this thread, not sure why, as he could make new account or retrieve his old one (that was presumably hacked).
Guys maybe it is time to consider using tradesatoshi instead of cryptopia. There are daily limits there, of 2K$ so bare in mind that without verification you are somehow limited. I was't suing this exchange for a while, I'm not 100% sure how are things there but in the past it was quite smooth and fast, maybe worth to try it out? Note: coin informations are outdated on tradesatoshi (I don;t think it poses any threat).
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can world Government Kill Crypto? on: February 19, 2018, 03:36:29 PM
The government can't kill crypto, it's because of crypto being decentralized from the very start. I think what the government can do is put some limits such as its how can people can use it and also regulate some of its capabilities. And as long as the crypto gets support from the community, then it's impossible for the government  to kill it.
Imagine, just imagine for a second the following scenario.
petroBitcoin - for some closer unidentified reason our bellowed crypto becomes or being consider to become, major currency in the world of oil trading. Regardless of how impossible/improbable this is sounds, BTC starts to look a lot better, safer, more profitable for example for Saudis.
USandA faces its dollar to be completely abandoned and thrown in to the trash can of history. Along with this process their economy will face the same fate, resulting in complete destabilisation of world military power. I think you already know where I'm going with this...
war on bitcoin, war on crypto etc. I just can't imagine a case where very existence of world economics is threaten and no aggressive action is taken to prevent it.

Please help, how to use coin control?
Here is the link from official website: how to use coin control pdf

Question to devs, why the coin informations on tradesatoshi are so outdated? Links pointing to some ugly website, that is not even on par with current landing page, github links are probably for something else than bitcore. Please take a look, and fix this if you can.
Even the logo is somewhat outdated.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BAANX - The Cryptobank Revolution on: February 19, 2018, 11:06:13 AM
-snipped infographic nonsense-
I think we have to pay attention on this coin. Maybe invest some money? What are your difference from other same projects? Roll Eyes
Jeez man, did you really have to quote the entire infographic? Annoying and in overall unnecessary.

Yet the question is good, what's the difference from other lending platforms? I said lending because it looks like nothing more.
Baanx... you call yourself a bank but what are the actual banking features? I see some percentage of stored tokens but those are only platform tokens, any plans for launching the real "vault" with small % gains of money (bitcoins) stored in it?
Looks like your team is big enough to make bank-like investments but what about the experience?
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - lowest fee - hybrid fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin on: February 18, 2018, 09:55:20 PM
Because now we have an airdrop and big community, but what will happen after airdrop ends ? I think many people want to take profit and we will see price drop.
No doubt it will happen, however you might be surprised that this drop wont be as huge as one may think.
Why I think so? Look at current drops, just few hours after the airdrop, quite a lot of "holders" are dumping on the fly.
Few percent gain is enough for them, they are playing it safe.
Price is quite stable for a long time now so it could mean that most of the current dumpers are constantly buying and selling.
They will stop at some point, dumpers gonna dump and from this moment... 🌙 Smiley
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the best time of investing into ICO? on: February 18, 2018, 11:29:59 AM
There is no specific time when it is better to invest money, you need to look for a decent project and not time
On the contrary, I would say that the bast time for taking part in ICO is at the beginning, right after initial announcements.
Very often ico's have gradual token price increase, meaning that closer the ico is to its ending, the price of a single token is bigger.
If anyone is willing to enter, than it is best to invest as early as possible (pre-sale).
That guaranties highest profits after the coin proves itself successful. The risks of early investment is however totally different story.

Moreover with the rising ETH prices, sometimes we do not want to be lock in for too long.. as the lost in ETH gains (after we invest into an ICO) can actually afford us more tokens if we are to buy at ICO.
Very important aspect indeed.  I would say that this is another gambling factor in ICO type investments.
Predictions for coins like eth are mostly a guessing game, if someone is taking active part in ico but with smaller amount of money than he is risking long-term lose with transaction costs.
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] BAAPPAY - The Evolution of the Payment Platform is Here on: February 17, 2018, 05:49:30 PM
I see you are aiming to become crypto version of PayPal. Cars than rockets someday Tongue ?
More seriously now, how will be your policy or rather support for reversing payments? Mentioned big rival has this, can crypto have it as well and more importantly, does crypto enthusiasts ready to have such option? No reversing seems like major value of cryptocurrency's, IMO to important to be replaced with old-fashioned chargebacks.

Infographic of "our platform" part, confuses me greatly. I would appreciate text based explanation or at least something less complicated, thats just me. It will probably make more sense when I get to know your project more.
876  Economy / Economics / Re: Companies that are scary on: February 17, 2018, 09:51:03 AM
I'm surprised that nobody mentioned the colourful monolith, all knowing uncle, the great cards dealer, advertising croupier etc. etc, google.
Latest days where quite saturated with news regarding this giant being able to record and store all our voice commands.
Check this out if you missed it somehow, it is always voluntary but enabled by default, so it is possible to "stop this service" but... service as a part of the android system is still there and running.
And how many other instances of our data collection (unfortunately still voluntary) are there? Most of googles services require us to have some sort of additional sensors enabled, I can only imagine, how much data they posses daily on one single individual. If this isn't scary, idk what is.

Guys, I'm just letting you both know that simple staking like that is sufficient way for "securing" your accounts.
However it is strongly advised to post signed massage from those addresses as well.
Without signed massage you wont be able to retrieve any accounts as proof of ownership is not present.
If you are sure you know how to sign, you have made it before and you know that it will work, than there is no need to post it here.
Otherwise, just do the massage and post again, to be sure everything works.

879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Warren Buffet is totally wrong? on: February 16, 2018, 09:22:49 AM
Until now, creating money was the power held by a few banks, now it is in the hands of every programmer.
I have to disagree with you on this one. Where in fact programmer is responsible for starting, creating any given crypto project, there it is not him that adds value to his creation. Actual monetary value is given by us, the users, people. We are the ones who decide whenever this programmer did a good job or not. Basically wallet voting takes place. Newly created crypto is being seen as useful and necessary, people mine it, buy it and that's how value is added. This is even better! The actual power of the people, objective and fair.
Rest is history Smiley and you are right, this Buffet character is probably to old to get it, he's 87 and to dependant of the current system.

Is there any indication on how long this airdrop can continue when more and more people join in?
Sure there is, you can find it @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1883902.msg30152607#msg30152607
Member ypsi went through trouble of analysing the statistics and figured quite reliable chart.
Obviously not 100% accurate, so bare in mind as its not possible to predict newcomers or dumpers etc.
07.05.2018 looks like the day of the final airdrop, still some time to buy Smiley
