881  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to invest? How to choose the right ICO? Answer is here! on: October 23, 2018, 06:43:43 PM
Accepting an ICO review made by another person or organization is like risking your money in an investment that you know nothing about, it better to carry out your own research your self and one of the tool you can use in doing that is by studying the ICO white paper in that way you can easily discovere whether it a great project with futures of success or not.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 1 year change on: October 23, 2018, 06:38:46 PM
In fact a change of a year is not even enough to justify the fact that bitcoin will survive for future, bitcoin as stated from the beginning is a volatile commodity so at that is price should not be use as a tool for analysing it future relevance and survival, bitcoin has so many other unique futures too such as it ability to be transact across borders and it speed in carrying out transactions.
883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kick against btc now and regret in future. on: October 23, 2018, 06:34:40 PM
Well the fact still remains that so long as bitcoin remain decentralized many countries and government will always kick against it full acceptability in the financial system, not knowing the positive impact bitcoin acceptability will have on their economy in terms of wider and secured fast way to carry out financial transactions. Bitcoin is the future of money and trading in any kind.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the worst thing you have heard about bitcoin on: October 23, 2018, 06:30:57 PM
Bitcoin in the time past have witnessed so many criticism and prominent among all is the false claim that bitcoin is a bubble that will bust at any moment, and it nine years down the line bitcoin is still here and getting stronger on a daily basis. So even referred bitcoin to ponzi scheme which is set to be stop by authority but all that were means to deceive new comers into panic.
885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Monero become next BTC? on: October 21, 2018, 06:37:35 PM
Monero has being doing well in recent time and that has indeed attracted miners and investors to the coin, and the prediction as you stated of it rising in price to $18000 and above in the next couple of years may be a good prediction but we must not also forget the volatility of the cryptocurrency market no one can rightly give a prediction. But even at that monero can never replaced bitcoin not even in terms of price.
886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still "Early Adopters"? on: October 21, 2018, 05:18:04 PM
Yeah I believe we are still early adopter's due to the fact only 1% of the total world population know and use bitcoin at this present time and that goes to show that there is still lots of people who have not hard or adopted bitcoin as they secondary currency, we are still at the early stage of bitcoin and in the next couple of years to come more people are going to come into realizing that bitcoin offers them the total financial freedom to carry out their financial transactions without any third party involvement.
887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 25,000 German Online Stores in Germany to Begin Accepting Crypto in 2019 on: October 20, 2018, 07:47:01 PM
This is a good news to crypto word but what am not happy with is the use of a middle or third party involvement in the payment process, and I think adopting bitcoin rather then the entire cryptocurrency will be less cumbasion and allowed for fast and secured mode of payment since bitcoin in particular is highly decentralized.
888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Years From Now in Crypto? on: October 20, 2018, 07:40:33 PM
When ever I try to look into the future of cryptocurrency I am always hopeful that the world is going to celebrate this great invention very soon, the entire world is going to adopt cryptocurrency as their secondary currency and the universal currency of the world cryptocurrency in five years from now is going to witness a lot of milestone progress and general acceptability.
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am a newb but I want to invest... any thoughts? on: October 20, 2018, 07:37:21 PM
I forgot to put the link to the Coindrop thing. Sorry. I guess you guys need this to check it out for me, right?
coindrop.link
I wanted to point out that you did not include the link in your post, but let me say that airdrop are good ways for new projects to invite investor's into their project and again they offer free coins to participants of the program but again airdrop alone can not give you the profits you desire so at that you need to make more research into projects that have great potential and invest any amount you can afford to let go unto it and wait for the right time before selling.
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you feel when you found out it was a SCAM? on: October 20, 2018, 07:30:15 PM
Well it always advisable to study the white paper of any ICO you want to invest in carefully in other to know it potentiality in the future most of the icos that most likely turn out to be scam are easily discovered from their whitepapers and at that always invest in icos projects that are utility token's in that way you can research more into it relevance in the said sector and discover it potential for future use.
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that 99% of all airdrops are shitcoins of bad projects ? on: October 20, 2018, 07:22:10 PM
Airdrops have been abused in recent time with a lot of shit coin all around which never make it to the exchange and at that becoming worthless because you can not trade them when there not listed, but before now it was not so airdrop was a great way to created awareness about a new project and in that they give out free coins through airdrop even bitcoin at it early stage engaged in airdrop.
892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feel like quitting on: October 19, 2018, 07:02:50 PM
Well the new rank requirement was a great way to keep the forum clean of spammers who are just here to make what they can take from this great forum without any contributions to the growth and development of this community and the only way to gain merit is by making constructive and helpful post and any one who found your post helpful will award merit to it. And on the market price since cryptocurrency is a highly volatile network it depends on the flows of demands for the commodity in other to affect it price, the best thing to do in this regards is to hold your assets till you see the market recovering again.
893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet safety? on: October 19, 2018, 06:55:21 PM
As long as you can mentain the privacy to those wallets I think you will be OK, I have been on this cryptocurrency business for sometime now and I know the power of your wallets private keys and backup keys as long as no any other person have access to your wallets or device you will be safe with that.
894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter banned cryptocurrencies Ads on: October 19, 2018, 06:52:11 PM
Social media in recent time have being climbing down on cryptocurrency ads with Facebook new policy which does not allow cryptocurrency ads posted on users timeline, this will definitely affects the market greatly as it will not allow for awareness to be created for new projects and development in the cryptocurrency network. But this is also due to the high rate of scam projects in the entire system, but I know it will not take long before a policy to cumb that will be established.
895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin and FIAT co-exist? What will be the advantages then? on: October 19, 2018, 05:06:28 PM
Yes off course bitcoin and the fiat money are already coexisting with each other presently cause there is no way you can use bitcoin freely without exchanging it to fiat at some point and at that there both will be depending on each other for a smooth financial transactions because their both run the financial system of the world today.
896  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: October 18, 2018, 07:23:58 PM
You are right and so many of this projects are the cause of all the crises we are having on the blockchain network and also this have lead to high rate of scam project due to their inability to get use in the real life like making it to the exchange and staying on the market and be able to increase in value, mean while the blockchain is now over congested.
897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: blockchain.com via Twitter: "Something "big" is coming" on: October 18, 2018, 07:18:25 PM
The news is all about the block chain.com airdrop to loyal customers and have nothing to do with the bitcoin/cryptocurrency network in general may be block chain.com want to Launce their own token and at that want to spread the information by offering airdrop free tokens to their customers.
898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would bitcoin deal with a sudden drop in hashrate? on: October 18, 2018, 07:01:28 PM
Well the hardfosk are at the controlling side of the the bitcoin mining industry and despite the fact that drop in harshrate can lead to further uncontrollable drop in the market and transactions being delayed due to over conjunction of the bitcoin network and which may lead to high fee being charged by the blockchain so we never hope for that kind of situations.
899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin future looks brighter on: October 18, 2018, 06:51:39 PM
Well we have seen lot of advanced technology in the area of bitcoin mining and at that the development of one phase will also lead to the development of another phase e.g the market value and it overall acceptability and how the general public are able to have access to bitcoin and carrying out smooth transactions because what is the use of mining bitcoin when the are no people to use it.
900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is just one coin... on: October 18, 2018, 06:44:57 PM
People have always taken bitcoin as a get rich quick scheme where by their investment will just triple in interest within a short period of time but bitcoin is mainly design to be a digital currency which is used on a peer to peer mode of doing financial transactions and at that bitcoin is now the new mode of online transaction without border restrictions.
