These kind of scam drainers are made with web3 application and smart contract, i don’t understand why wallet such Trustwallet and Metamask didn’t find a solution to that yet. A popping message that warns you for example when you enter such malicious websites.
There are too many scam websites which look like this one. Do you think metamask, trustwallet or whatever other wallet's team have enough resources to spot them all! It's impossible. Besides, we all know that when you decide to use cryptos then you made the choice to be your own bank and that no one should control your money (Including protecting it). Unfortunately, cryptocurrencies' world is still the wilde west. |

I don't recommend doing this even if he is going to use a different device. If this is a phishing email then the phisher's intention is unlikely to spread malwares but rather to steal victims credentials. Most people use the same email and password to register on different platforms. If the scammers succeeds to get OP's credentials, he will try to log in in different platforms using them. There is a chance he will be lucky with one of them. |

I withdrew before from duelbits and my withdrawals were processed almost instantly but I mostly withdraw small amounts.

Its been like a day or two since OP started this thread, if he's yet to update on the current situation till now, then i will personally believe that he has probably gotten his withdrawal request processed and he's busy spending the money and have forgot to let us all know that he's issue with duelbits is resolved  . Its a common practice for members to be very active when they have a serious issue and looking for solutions, but then become inactive for atleast, some time as soon as that is issue is resolved, and some fail to even update their thread to inform the community that their issue is resolved, not after several days or even months, depending on how long they are inactive. Please read the post after mine. OP responded and said that he didn't receive any update from duelbits' support. Obviously, his issue hasn't been resolved. If this case gets resolved then we all will be happy even if the accuser doesn't come back and inform us about the updates. In the meanwhile, we should keep supporting him till he gets his money, as long as he didn't break any of the casino's terms. |

But I remember that about two years ago, there was a newly launched platform at that time that published its official announcement here on the forum and invited members to try the service. One of the members succeeded in withdrawing the amount of 7 bitcoins without any problems I think I know the member you are talking about!
