1.) the reactor coins are not property of foundation we cant spend them for stuff
45k DMD of reactor belong to 2 supporters who did borrow coins for some time (we have to pay back them 2018)

and since ICO coins easy able pay like 100k $ or more
to get a exchange listing
the barrier to get listed on big exchanges is crazy

with bittrex we listed on one of the best exchanges
all we need is a backup exchange for people who have verify issues at bittrex
because from countries that have issues make business with US based bittrex

livecoin is a eastern europe exchange so it fit well to that people

im not gona pay a cent to cryptopia
we where listed already they said they had issues with DMDv2 wallet and deactivated us (while bittrex never had a issue run our wallets)
now we have DMDv3 im sure they would have no issues and should reactivate the already listed DMD
