after u load a paperwallet with a transaction u have two mainusecases

usecase 1:

storage of coins in a way that the address was never in contact with a wallet
u can store the paperwallet with ur other papers of value in a save

once u think its time to claim ur pos rewards u import the private key in a wallet and u can claim full coin age with pos because import a private key into a wallet is not a transaction so u dont lose coin age

usecase 2:

u want to give someone a gift where u dont know his dmd address or who dont even have a dmd wallet

in any case a loaded paperwallet should be handled very confidental
anyone who can get hands on the private key written on it can access the coins
