i sent some diamonds to my wallet for pos 2 days ago and i didn't receive any payment.
so i have 3 questions:
1. do i have to leave my wallet open? and if yes, do i need a fix ip?
2. is there a setup to do for my wallet for it to pos?
3. how much does it take for staking to pay?

Your coins will start staking after 9 days in the wallet, not before.
that true for DMDv2
in DMDv3 it will be 1 hour!
but coins who found a block are out of game for 640 blocks
so in fact its 25 hours before u can mint again
that it make sence have a DMDv3 wallet open 24/7 in POS mode
i think u should own at least 300 DMD

how do i open my wallet in pos mode? and if i have less diamond i won't get any payment?
if u have ur wallet password protected u have to unlock it in minting mode
(if u have no password set then ur wallet try to mint as soon as it finished to sync with blockchain)
after a few min if the diamond bottom right become blue it try to find a block
the more coins u have the higher the chance is to find blocks
if u own less then 300 DMD u might be still able find a block from time to time but there can be many days between
