I got a huge question..
At block 2366375 snapshot in V2 total outstanding Diamonds is 2,278,447.
At block 2696 in V3 total outstanding Diamonds is 2,428,563.
2,428,563 - 2,278,447 = 150,116How does
150,116 diamonds get minted in
2696 V3 blocks with Rewards decreased by 99 percent???
V3 Reward 99 percent reduction..
2696 x .0234852 = 63.3160992Someone wanna explain this?

it is locked coins since block 1000 this means they cant be moved or spend
we call them ghost coins
they exist only for one purpose to act as a masternode colloteral
but the coins themself cant be send or spend
this is anounced since the whitepaper was released
keep in mind we did remove the 10% masternode reward tax
that many masternode coins like dash or pivx have
instead we used 5 foundation masternodes which have to run and support the network to claim this funds
we use for promotion marketing bounties and dev support
and the legendary10 that where the people that bassically supported the development of DMDv3
at a time where DMD was still small they did put put trust and many bitcoins into this project
