This means they could use this same argument against almost all NFTs and claim that they are contracts and therefore securities. The problem is that Impact Theory was very weak and did not object to the decision and agreed to pay a fine and harsh measures, according to the same news: Without admitting or denying the SEC’s findings, Impact Theory agreed to a cease-and-desist order finding that it violated registration provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and ordering it to pay a combined total of more than $6.1 million in disgorgement, prejudgment interest, and a civil penalty. The order also establishes a Fair Fund to return monies that injured investors paid to purchase the NFTs. Impact Theory agreed to destroy all Founder’s Keys in its possession or control, publish notice of the order on its websites and social media channels, and eliminate any royalty that Impact Theory might otherwise receive from future secondary market transactions involving the Founder’s Keys.
This is very bad and will open the door for the SEC to attack more NFTs companies. |

على قدر ما تسعدني مثل هذه الأخبار الإيجابية، مثل كل مستخدمي البيتكوين، على قدر انشغالي بمدى تأثيرها على سعر البيتكوين و باقي العملات الرقمية.
ما يشغلني هو الى متى سيضل سعر البيتكوين مرتبط بمثل هذه الأخبار خاصة اننا نتحدث على تأثير كبير في السوق بشكل مستمر. إلى متى سيتواصل اعتبار البيتكوين كسوق و فرصة للاستثمار و الربح السريع؟
باعتقادي اغلب من يمتلكون البيتكوين هم متداولون و مضاربون و القليل منهم يعتبره وسيلة دفع.
ربما هو قلق مبالغ فيه، لكن برأيي اذا تواصل الحال كما هو فلا اعتقد ان البيتكوين سيصبح في يوم من الايام عملة منافسة فعليا للعملات التقليدية.

If the user pays a wrong number to this address, how will he be able to get a refund? How will he be able to prove that he sent the amount to the specified address? |

في الحقيقة هذه الطريقة تنجح بعض الأحيان وليس دائما، لأن القيود التي تفرض على الحسابات تكون نتيجة مخالفات في بعض المجموعات مثل نشر غير مرغبوب به أو وضع روابط محظورة ، إذا تكرر التبليغ عن حسابك فسوف يقوم تلغرام بفرض قيود على حسابك ولن تعود قادرا على النشر في المجموعات أو حتى ممكن أن تكون غير قادر على بدء محادثة مع شخص ما.
هذه الطريقة بمثابة تقديم التماس لرفع القيود وتعهد بعدم تكرار المخالفات وسوف ينظرون في طلبك وإما يأتي مع الموافقة أو الرفض.
