في دولة تحترم قوانينها و تنظم كل القطاعات فانها دوما تنشأ بنوك مركزية كمؤسسة مالية مستقلة مهمتها تنظيم حركة الاموال و تحديد السياسات المالية بالاضافة لمهام اخرى كالاشراف على طبع العملة و غيره.
طبعا في دولنا العربية جميعا لا تتمتع البنوك المركزية باستقلالية القرار و هي تكون دوما خاضعة لاملاءات سياسية و ايديولوجية تجعلها محدودة السلطة مثل ما يحصل في لبنان مثلا التي يعجز بنكها المركزي عن تحديد سياسات حتى من اجل القيام باصلاحات. دول الخليج بها خور من نوع اخر لانهم جميعهم خاضعون لحكم ملكي تكون مطلقة الصلاحيات لعائلات معينة هم عائلة الملك و حاشيته. هذه العائلات لديها صلاحيات للتدخل في عمل البنك المركزي خصوصا ان ثروات العائلة المالكة لا يجب ان تخضع لاي سلطة و هذا ما سيصنع نوعا من الاخلال في عملها بما ان جزءا من ثروات البلد خارج مجال تغطيتها، بالاضافة الى العائلة المالكة هي من يحدد السياسة المالية للبلد و بالنالي يؤثر في قرارات البنك المركزي.
هذه رؤية مجردة و يمكن القول ان الجانب المضيء ان الصلاحيات المطلقة للملك تمنع الافراد من الاندماج في انشطة الفساد خوفا من العقوبة. كذلك فهي قادرة على المضي قدما في مشاريع التطوير دون معارضة من احد مع ضمان التزام الجميع بالسياسة العامة.

اذا كان الخيار بين العملات التقليدية التي يتم تحويلها يدا بيد و العملات الرقمية فإنني شخصيا اساند العملات الرقمية بشدة.
بالفعل ذلك سيعطي للسلطة القدرة على تتبع كل التحويلات بسهولة أكبر، لكن في نفس الوقت ذلك سيقضي على عديد طرق التحيل و التجاوزات التي يقوم بها البعض. كلنا نعرف ما يقع في محيطنا و كيف يتجاوز العديدون القوانين و يقومون معاملات بمبالغ ضخمة بدون ان يدفعوا اي ضرائب للدولة فقط لكون المعاملات تتم يد بيد و نقدا و ليس هناك أي إمكانية لتتبع هذه المعاملات.

تذكرون الحادثة المؤسفة التي تعرضت لها منذ فترة قريبة حول تهكير محفظتي الإلكتريوم
كنت أفكر بالموضوع وخطر ببالي سؤالي أحببت مشاركته هنا للاستفادة للجميع
كما تعلمون تمكن الهاكر من سرقة ملف الداتا الخاص بالمحفظة ثم تمكن من فتحه على الأغلب كما قال الأخ ميكي عن طريق سرقة كلمة السر عند كتابتها بواسطة أحد برامج بلوجر.
المهم لو أنني كنت أستخدم محفظة إلكتريوم بحماية ثنائية 2FA وحصلت هذه المشكلة معي ، هل كان سيتمكن الهاكر من فتح المحفظة حتى لو حصل على ملف الداتا وكلمة السر؟ بما أن الملف سيكون محمي بكلمة السر وأيضا 2FA؟ ما هو رأيكم بالموضوع؟
شخصيا أتوقع أنه لا يمكنه فتح الملف حتى لو حصل على كلمة السر لكن أود أن أسمع رأي الخبراء في الموضوع. هل يوجد طريقة مثلا لتفادي الحماية الثنائية في مثل هذه الحالة بما أن الهاكر لايملك البرايفت كي ويملك فقط ملف المحفظة وكلمة السر؟
