Very nice video, although the video only focuses on the price history of bitcoin and the fear and adoption that created these phases, but I really enjoyed my short fun bitcoin journey, the video editing is beautiful and much appreciated.

The story took me back to my journey when I saw Bitcoin for the first time it was around 300$ and then after a short while it jumped to 1000$ and that's when my real interest in Bitcoin started.

The video is good, but the focus should not be on the history of Bitcoin in terms of price only. I wish the unique features of Bitcoin were explained at the beginning of the video and explained how it works in a simple way, and then presented the stages it went through.

نعم لايوجد قانون في هذه الحالة والقوانين هنا بينانس هي التي تضعها وتنفذها لكن المستخدمون موافقون ولايعترضون، كل مستخدم يعمل في منصة مركزية فهو موافق على شروطها بالكامل ولايملك حق الاعتراض أبدا، الشيء الوحيد الذي يملكه هو ألا يضع أمواله في المنصة إذا لم تعجبه الشروط.

أتساءل أيضا أن دور الحكومات في مثل هذه القوانين الجائرة، يعني بما أن بينانس وغيرها من المنصات المركزية حاصلة على تراخيص نظامية وخاضعة لقوانين الحكومات، هل تسمح قوانين الحكومة بمصادرة أموال "الحسابات الخاملة" ؟ مثلا لو أن بينانس صادرت أحد هذه الحسابات الخاملة وقام صاحب الحساب بتقديم شكوى للحكومة ماذا سيكون موقف الحكومة في هذه الحالة؟ هل ستعيد له أمواله أم ستقوم بمصادرتها هي بدل بينانس؟ أم ستجبر بينانس على إعادة الأموال لأصحابها؟

لا أعلم الإجابة ولكن من المفترض أن يكون هناك بند في القانون يخص هذه النقطة. وأما إذا لم يوجد بند في القانون يغطي هذه الحالات فهذا يعني أن الحكومات هي التي تسمح للمنصات المركزية بسرقة أموال المستخدمين.

أتذكر منذ فترة كان هناك منصة لا أتذكرها بالتحديد ربما كوكوين أو كراكن أو غيرها قامت بفرض رسوم على الحسابات الخاملة التي لا تقوم بالتداول بشكل منتظم، وقتها أثير الكثير من الكلام والجدل والاستياء حول هذه الرسوم الجديدة وأعتقد أن المنصة تراجعت عن قرارها بعد ذلك.

أنا أتفق مع الأخوة جميعا أنه من الغباء جدا ترك العملات في المنصات المركزية لفترة طويلة لدرجة أن يصبح الحساب خامل لأن هذا فيه مخاطرة كبيرة، لكن إذا نظرنا للموضوع من وجهة نظر المنصات فيمكن القول أن المنصات هي شركات ربحية يهمها الربح بالدرجة الأولى وربح المنصات يأتي من خلال رسوم التداول بالدرجة الأولى وبعض الخدمات الأخرى وهذا يحتاج إلى نشاط المستخدم وإلا فإن المنصات لن تربح ما يكفي لتغطية نفقات الاستضافة والصيانة والموظفين وما إلى ذلك.

لذلك أرى أن من حقهم فرض بعض الرسوم على الحسابات الخاملة لكن أن يقوموا بمصادرتها وأخذ الأموال التي فيها فهذه سرقة علنية، ربما يضطر المستخدم في بعض الظروف الطارئة الخارجة عن إرادته للتوقف لفترة طويلة ومصادرة الحساب بهذه الطريقة تعتبر سرقة غير قانونية ولا أعرف ما هو رأي الحكومات تجاه هكذا قرار. 

الخطأ بالأساس ليس خطأ المنصات بل هو خطأ أولئك المستخدمين الذين لا يتعلمون الدروس أبدا ويبقوا أموالهم لفترة طويلة في المنصات المركزية، رغم كل الحوادث الكارثية التي شهدها السوق من انهيار المنصات المركزية الكبيرة أو إغلاقها بسبب الإفلاس أو التهكير أو غير ذلك من الحوادث لانزال نرى عدد كبير جدا من الناس يضعون كل أموالهم في المنصات المركزية لذلك شخصيا أرى أن مثل هؤلاء الأغبياء كما وصفهم الأخ ميكي يستحقون ما يحدث لهم.

في النهاية كما يقول المثل العربي: "المال السايب يعلم الناس السرقة" يعني بما أن هؤلاء الناس لايبالون بأموالهم فمن حق المنصات أن تسرقهم.

باللفعل هذه أشد سنة حر تمر علي في تاريخ حياتي، نحن هنا في سوريا من دول البحر المتوسط والمناخ عندنا معتدل بشكل عام وأنا أعيش في وسط سوريا في منطقة ذات مناخ معتدل جميل لكن هذه السنة كان الوضع مختلف حيث حيث شهدنا درجات حرارة 40-43 درجة مئوية وهذا الأمر غير معتادين عليه أضف إلى ذلك مشكلة الكهرباء عندنا بسبب الوضع في سوريا حيث تأتي الكهرباء ساعة واحدة فقط كل 6 ساعات لذلك كانت من أشد السنين معاناة ولكن انتهت تقريبا الآن والحمد لله.

ومنذ يومين قرأت مقال على الانترنت عن الطقس المتوقع خلال العام القادم أن الشتاء سيكون هو الأقسى والأطول وستكون موجات متتالية من البرد تليها موجات من الحر وأن فصل الشتاء والصيف سيكونان أطول من المعتاد ، وهذا ملاحظ منذ عدة سنوات حيث نرى تقريبا أن فصل الربيع وفصل الخريف أصبحا قصيرين جدا، هذه السنة على سبيل المثال استمر البرد في سوريا حتى منتصف الشهر السادس تقريبا، ثم فجأة في بداية الشهر السابع دخلنا في موجة حر قوية جدا، يعني عمليا لم نرى الربيع تقريبا هذه السنة.

التغييرات المناخية باتت واضحة للعيان على الكوكب وكل سنة تزداد وضوحا وتغيرا، وأنا مع الرأي القائل أن الكوكب بدأ بمرحلة الغليان وهذا كل طبعا بفضل النشاطات البشرية والتلوث وخاصة من الدول الصناعية الكبرى وكما قال اخي خالد على رأسها الولايات المتحدة التي ترى نفسها فوق كل الاتفاقيات، ليس هناك حل على مايبدو لأن الدول الصناعية لن تتخلى عن صناعاتها من أجل البيئة أو غيرها، على العكس التنافس بينهم يزداد شراسة والعلماء طبعا لاحول لهم ولا قوة وتذهب نداءاتهم أدراج الرياح.

لذلك علينا منذ الآن الاستعداد لشتاء قارس يليه صيف حارق.

Although I am not that much bullish, I would expect a rally to 120k at the very least after the halving at the end of 2024.
