921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: April 09, 2020, 06:43:13 PM
There are people carrying the virus that are unaffected by it. That's the troubling thing. So I will just gamble online for a while Smiley

Candidly speaking, you are right because it is better to be safe than to pursue the reward that come along with good gamble. The virus is real and the only way for the government to curtain this spread is for the citizens to stay at home to avoid be infected. Since the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus I have been gambling online as  restrictions have been placed on the traditional gambling platforms around the country.

Frankly speaking, am particularly afraid of the disease as it spread faster than we thought. Immediately there was an outbreak in the country, the government placed ban on movement across the country.
922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 09, 2020, 04:17:38 PM
Almost all the sports have been postponed. There is no matches left for betting on sports. What are gamblers(sports) doing exactly now? I know it is very boring days. Locked down in home, no matches to gamble. Are you switching to other casino?

Well, there are thousands of things to get involve anytime anyday in as much there is IoT. If you may want to know about my own personal life during this self compulsory quarantine, here it goes: many of my time are spent on entertaining myself online and this has been a good time for me. Though, many of these online casinos I do visit are actually good and nice to keep one busy out of the boredom, maybe you can try one out.

Also, I play Candy crush with my families and sometimes we do engaged in some other gambling mobile. Actually, am not bored in this stay at home order from the government as I manage to engaged with families in some mobile games.
923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do some gamblers actually win? on: April 09, 2020, 03:22:42 PM
Personally, I love gamble because I choose to keep myself busy and entertain. Frankly speaking, winning in gambling  though difficult but when get it right you win definitely.
I'm not sure, even if you gamble in the right way in the end you will also lose, gambling is no strategy that really gives a victory except when you play together with luck.  in my opinion the level of winning ratio between gamblers and bookie is 30% -70%.

Well, you may be right but luck wouldn't come to those who have not even a single strategy in gambling, this has been a fact and not just Fancy. We shouldn't portray some unverified proofs about gambling, gambling actually can come through luck but that doesn't mean without strategy your luck will shine Rather. Although, the house always win but with some good strategy as a gambler you can strike the winning button
924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: April 09, 2020, 03:07:07 PM
Being an addictive gambler could be seen as that which cannot be defended in my opinion but for those who are just ordinary gamblers with some sense of trust among one or two friends will be okay. In that manner the gambler reputation still won't be damage but understandable. Personally I won't love to quit gambling because it means a lot to me not in terms of finance but in entertainment and fun while I gamble. Haven friends that won't trust me because I gamble means that, they are not friends indeed; as being a gambler doesn't define my personal life and reputation.
925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first BTC ATM in Nigeria on: April 07, 2020, 09:16:47 PM
Nigeria is a developing country,

Yes of course, like any other country in Africa.

Quote
I searched a little about Nigeria on Google but didn't find anything interesting

Frankly speaking, you have to research the Google again and ask more about the Giant of Africa(Nigeria) in terms of digital currency. Remember, garbage in, garbage out, that's what Google is, so, ensure to ask rightly and you will get the needed answers to your questions.

Quote
and there are still many people who don't know that country

Well, speak for yourself comrade, though you can ask my brothers why they love to visit the Black Nation(Nigeria) often. If you are listening to the recent WHO on covid-19 news then you will get more exposure to what extent the Nigeria country has gone so far.

Quote
I'm not sure Bitcoin will succeed there, even though there is already a Bitcoin ATM

Kindly ask Binance and remitano about Nigeria in terms of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general, they will feed you with the needed information. Nigeria is well known to be a country of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. We the youths have already taken the opportunities.

926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first BTC ATM in Nigeria on: April 07, 2020, 08:39:02 PM
How about the license and approval ?

Actually, it is 11th year of Bitcoin now and there hasn't been any clear case of it regulations across the globe in regard to it ATM. But what I still remember is that, there are two level to Bitcoin license which are primary and the state level. The secrecy bank act (BSA) and the operators register with FINCEN.

Quote
I thought those ATM are regulated by financial institution own by government. I will like to see how it works. Hopefully it get to the northern region soon.

Although, these laws and regulations are to curb the Money Laundering and other financial related crime from taken place. Also, a surety will be needed before allow for full operation. Don't worry, the ATM machine will be extended to the Northern parts, believe me, after Lagos next will be Abuja FCT.
927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first BTC ATM in Nigeria on: April 07, 2020, 08:11:17 PM
Sorry,in which of the Nigeria.

The Nigeria you know, or do you know another?.

Quote
The NIgeria where Buhari is the president?

Yes, or you have another President?

Quote
well, it's a good news if, so. Atiku did mention legalization of virtual currency in Nigeria if, he's elected as the president Unfortunately, he lost the election.

Sure it is a good news for us. We should be careful with our politicians and not to be scam again. These politicians know how to get through us with their fictional plans for the country: they're all the same guymen. We should be happy that, it has come to saty and we're going to benefit from it.

Quote
However, it will be great if, BUhari has same idea!

The President has nothing against Bitcoin even though they're not open to either negative to Bitcoin or not. Certainly, the government has seen how beneficial the technology is to our teeming youths.
928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do some gamblers actually win? on: April 07, 2020, 10:12:18 AM
If nobody win in gambling than be rest assure that nobody will join the industry to gamble. Am a gambler but with minimal tolerant to lose while gambling. For those who choose to gamble recklessly will be on the motion that, nobody wins in gambling because for them its always difficult to win. Although, when there's no pains there will be no gains, so, without a win nobody  will develop interest for gambling.

Personally, I love gamble because I choose to keep myself busy and entertain. Frankly speaking, winning in gambling  though difficult but when get it right you win definitely.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The sincere bounty managers should escrow bounty rewards on: April 07, 2020, 09:05:28 AM
Well, Bounty Managers have flooded the forum and there's difficulty of actually figuring out who among them are working with these scammers.any accusations had been made on on some managers who refused to pay their bounty hunters because they seem not to border about their bounty hunters getting paid after promotion.

The recent one that happened was a fight between the manager and the project team, they accused the manager of scamming them $145 without delivery positively to their project. I wonder what should be the happiness of that bounty manager who intentionally ignore their bounty hunters but derives pleasure to seek for their payment from the team.

If this will be possible: No manger should seek for their payment without securing the payment for the hunters after promotion and if anyone fond guilty about this should be ban or file.
930  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much has the lock-down due to the pandemic been able to benefit you? on: April 07, 2020, 08:35:04 AM
Without  missing words, this period has been the very best time for my to have time for almost everything that I dreamed of earlier when I joined this forum. This time, many of my friends have been preached to and still preaching the gospel of Bitcoin as the mainstream of the Blockchain technology. Though, this is what I haven't done before but with the quarantine from the government, I took a bold step and break the fear in me, can't wait to bring onboard capable investors into the cryptosphare.

Although, during this period I lost some funds to gambling and have since get over it. We'll know that; many things are bind to happen either good and bad because "an idle mind is the devil's workshop ". Remember this: "stay at home, state safe and play safe"; life is one and no duplicate.

932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain Really Revolutionizing The World? on: April 07, 2020, 12:03:58 AM
Yes of course, we have seen many industries embracing the power of the Blockchain technology because of it transparency. I have read some.articles online about IBM and co who have embraced the true power of Blockchain even though they have not come to terms with cryptocurrency due to their feelings towards digital currencies.

For a quick remainder, some countries have already  began the process of creating their own digital currency courtesy of the Blockchain technology. This technology have opened many opportunities for these countries and companies, so, to me, "Blockchain is actually revolutionizing the world".
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin current situation on: April 06, 2020, 08:41:37 PM
Totally agree with you. Bitcoin almost every year experiences a rise and fall, and people who engage in cryptocurrency do not panic, but use such situations for their own benefit. Emotions and crypto trading are not compatible. Here you need only cold prudence and the brain.

We'll believed how things work here with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency around the industry. The downtrend in the market place is due to some circumstances which landed the planet earth with pandemic called coronavirus. We all saw that the stock market and cryptocurrency market were hugely affected so the price was down for a longer time now.

Although, the price has started growing up again because of the buy orders from new and old investors. We may be heading towards another new all time high in due time from now before the big event happen in my own opinion.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Robert Kiyosaki believes in Bitcoin on: April 06, 2020, 07:37:41 PM
There are many of these businessman that actually love and embrace Bitcoin but you will not hear this from them because of not gaining control over the said technology. Bitcoin as the people money is not bowing down to anyone because is greater than anyone in this planet. Also, many of these businessman are afraid of what they have said time past and would rather go mute and get involve than opening get involve.

They have all noticed the large scale adoption on this Bitcoin and believed that; they have zero effect on the technology. For him to just mentioned gold and silver before Bitcoin means that, he's not truly opened to the technology.

Anyone with such ability as comment above is an element of chronic addiction with due respect. The true of the whole thing is that; many of these gamblers around the forum aren't true gamblers we'll know because many of them are just gamblers in "wordings" and not in reality. As a promoter, your time and resources wouldn't allow anyone to lose his or her funds without feelings. No matter how small it looks as to my earnings, I really appreciate it not to lose.

I'm sorry, I'm a bit lost here. Are you talking about 30,000 NGN (77 USD), calling it small money for you, or you mean any money, even 1 USD, is better not to lose?

That was a reply to a comment earlier.

Quote
If you can't sleep after losing an insignificant amount, the problem is in something else than your gambling. You can quit gambling completely, but still have problem sleeping because of buying a "wrong" type of rice in a store, or a ticket to a movie you don't want to see. I know it because I was in this position myself. When you feel bad, almost everything you do seems wrong, and this causes insomnia and, as a consequence, other health issues. You should stop torturing yourself immediately, and move on.

I have stopped bordering over this incident because the said fund has gone and nothing anyone can't do to bring it back. Candidly speaking, my experience throughout that day wasn't good. Thanks to good spirited individuals on this forum who have shared their experiences with me, I have leaned many things from here and have already started putting all modalities in place.

Quote
And if 30,000 NGN is big money for you, I also have a solution. First you should answer yourself a question: "During what period of time I could afford to lose such money?"

Possibly, no gambler would love to see him or her self loose to gambling anytime anyday if they put into consideration how they manage to earn their funds. In my case, greediness was all over shadowed me.

Quote
In short, the money is gone. Period. Stop thinking about that.
<~snip~>

Absolutely  gone, I have learned my lessons and will ensure never to repeat same again in life. As I said earlier, chasing after my lost will endanger my life and that of my family, so, I have let go my losses.
936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling cause you to have difficulty in sleeping as a gambler? on: April 05, 2020, 12:13:23 PM
To my co-gamblers: these days are tempting, ensure to be more careful with your savings and "never gamble what you can't afford to lose"
in conditions like this, I really not dare to gamble...
you better keep your savings, refrain from gambling and wait until the epidemic subsides, because in the current conditions when you lose then you will not be able to sleep  Cheesy

Absolutely correct, this happened when the banned on movement in our state took place, and there wasn't enough funds to stock food stuff for the family. The lesson have been learnt and will not repeat itself again even at the elapse of this pandemic ravaging the whole world. I think what actually happened to me was greediness and we'll should beware of this deadly disease.
937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling cause you to have difficulty in sleeping as a gambler? on: April 05, 2020, 11:22:09 AM
Besides being in this forum, sleep is also my favorite.  Where I have never had difficulty sleeping, because when I do football betting I sometimes leave it until the game is over.
Even in online casino gambling when I have a loss I never thought about it even I immediately shut down the computer and sleep.
Similarly, when I won I was never complacent, if the benefits were felt to be enough.  I immediately stopped and came back another time.
It's the first time I read that. You literally don't care about losing your money?  Huh You are doing signature campaigns but then you have no problem in losing the btc you earned? It's crazy

Anyone with such ability as comment above is an element of chronic addiction with due respect. 938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling cause you to have difficulty in sleeping as a gambler? on: April 05, 2020, 11:07:47 AM
Losing is one of those things in gambling and that should not push out of gambling except if you are not a real Gambler. I have had such experience before now though it is not easy particularly when the money involved doesn't belong to you.

Sure comrade, haven being into gambling this was the worst thing that has ever happened to me that's why I was shocked even till now because the funds involved wasn't mine but for the family upkeep. Basically, your experiences has show that you actually have lost funds that belongs to you and not otherwise. Your point is true comrade, there will always be a tough time with that gambler that lost funds that are not His or her; which was my owncase but have gotten over it.
939  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you use a trading Bot? on: April 04, 2020, 09:31:00 PM
Ehhhh, am not a fan of trading bots because I want it real and original than artificial. Having full control on my trade make me feel comfortable and less worries compare to when you hand over all the responsibility to an inactive and autopilot not.

Some few years back I had some good friends who were actually using paid bot and would run to me for help in trading. This I see for the years we being together that made me disliked the using of bot but doing the trading myself. This had earned me enough in the my career in trade.
940  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: April 04, 2020, 08:58:30 PM
During the downtrend of the cryptocurrency I went ahead to trade some altcoins on livecoin and I almost lost all my investment (trade) on the platform. XLM was my chosen altcoins but was stock with the market, my first trade went through and was able to make some decent gains, until my second trade. This time I wen for higher gains and lost half of my trade money and I went for another till my issue get complicated with fake volumes from the said cryptocurrency exchange. Lesson I learnt, 'trade what you can risk to loose as in gambling, so also, in trade.'
