I am just wondering where is Laszlo Hanyecz right now and if he also saved enough BTC that right now made him a rich man - that is after spending a lot of Bitcoin to buy the many boxes of pizza he ordered in the past...which of course made him famous in the crypto industry. He is already an unforgettable figure in the Bitcoin circle because every year we have the official Bitcoin Pizza Day...hope that by next year this same kind of feverish interest can be pick by the whole pizza industry so they can come up with promotional activities for the said day.
As in anything in life, too much even of things we perceive to be good can have some dire effects we may not desire at some point. In your case, learn to control yourself and do things within the parameters that you must establish. And of course, think of the long-term and not just of what can happen in the next few months because here in cryptocurrency there will always be ups and downs. I am sure a year from now, you can start to see the many bright and colorful "fruits" of the labor that you put in. Good luck.
I am always looking forward to the time when social media platforms are owned by the people and not controlled heavily by individuals and money investors so we can be sure that there is more openness or transparency in all aspects of the infrastructure...unlike what we are seeing today where there is an unacceptable censorship of ideas biased to their convictions and beliefs and where privacy of people's date is not being respected being commercialized without our consent. Hopefully FaceDAO can be solving these problems and be patronized by millions as we actually have many good projects that are just wasted because of the lack of interest from the people.
In the natural evolution of things, governments will eventually regulate cryptocurrency in all of its aspects and I am starting to see that even in my own country which is known to be always late in many things. In the big market of USA, the federal government will soon be exerting many effort's to gain something out of the expanding market via tax and will eventually establish the parameters of doing business and I am expecting that all can be under this scenario otherwise there would be some problems that must be ironed out. It would surely be interesting how things can be working out here...but definitely this a thousand times better compared to the China ban.
Good luck with your crypto mining business venture. I understand that though cryptocurrency in general is not being banned in Canada, you can not expect a very friendly treatment from many people in the government either as many of them can be concerned on the supposedly environmental impact created by mining due to its big demand for power...not unless maybe if you are the one providing your own electric requirement. Still, a good entrepreneur can triumph against all odds.
From what I understand, states run by Democrats are more inclined to be non-friendly on Bitcoin in particular and cryptocurrency in general. Contrasts that with states under the influence of politicians in the Republican side and you can see that they are more open to cryptocurrency like Texas and Florida. In fact, am not going to be surprised if soon these Democratic areas will be banning Bitcoin and crypto altogether including the mining of them.
One of the many thing I learned while in cryptocurrency market is that for many times Bitcoin can fall for no big reason at all and when the market can find one then surely things will start to dump. The only reason why there seems to be some correlation between the downward spiral of BTC is that it was being used as one of the cryptocurrencies backing up Terra's UST. And this can be a big lesson here: never make a volatile asset including Bitcoin as one of your stablecoin's back-up assets because you are just making things complicated and just like what recently happened you are dragging the whole market with you...certainly a negative impact that is already recorded in the crypto books.
