You have the same annoying defect as most 'libs', including most of my friends and family.  That is, reading/hearing something I didn't write/say.  I know it's a handy crutch for people who have no other way forward, but it's not a good look.  But I guess you long ago abandoned any pretense of intellectual rigor, honesty, self respect, etc, so why not, eh?  Fools most of the mouth breathers here on this thread

Common sense is not a defect.

You don't need to hear someone say "I am a Putin fanboy" to know they are a Putin fanboy.

Walks like a duck....etc.

You are obviously a Putin fan boy.

Putin has Migs. He doesn't need or want fanboys. Cheesy

Cool

Classic Putin fanboy comment ^^^^

Edit: From my own curiosity

The pay of Wagner private military contractors (PMCs), who are usually aged between 35 and 55, is estimated to be between 80,000 ($1087) and 250,000 ($3397) Russian rubles a month. One source also stated the pay was as high as 300,000 ($4077).
https://special-ops.org/wagner-group-notorious-private-military-company/

At average of $2k/month for 6months that's $12k per contractor. So just that money from EU and US $1,98B, would get Wagner 165.000 contractors for 6months.

I do kind of wonder how fast Wagner, or any other PMC really, could ramp up (and maintain something close to their 'normal' effectiveness.)  I've heard that they get some of their personnel from prison, but I have to believe that the pool of suitable candidates from that demographic would be exhausted pretty quickly.

Another random thing I never got around to mentioning is that a few weeks or a month ago or something, the CEO of Wagner is said to have been nearly killed in an attack that is said to have been the work of the British SAF.  The interesting thing about this is that I doubt that very many of the Wagner people are very nice and forgiving, and that would certainly include the CEO.  Wagner is, as best I can tell, a private for-profit business entity.  It would be quite believable that misfortune which befell Great Brittan, or more generally the interests of the crown, in the form of an attack it could be simply revenge on the part of a privateer and had nothing to do with the Kremlin proper.

So do the Putin fan boys consider the Wagner group the good kind of Nazis?  How do you rationalize invading Ukraine bc "Nazis" while funding Nazis to fight for you.

Similar dissonance as the hate for Hitler while worshipping Stalin.

About the Djokovic thing, this should be a void. If he doesnt participate its a void, thats how its supposed to be.

In the beginning I thought the same and have had a lot of discussions with multiple casinos around this. When placing an outright bet (like who will win the US Open), it doesn't matter if the player starts the tournament or not. I am pretty sure that all bookies will see this as a loss.

I think it varies by book for futures.
925  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Trump audit should prohibit him from running in 2024. on: September 13, 2022, 02:42:42 AM
I don't have specific knowledge of the contents of the documents, but I will tell you right now that this is related to North Korea. Our foreign adversaries may or may not already have this specific information, but they are all on the side of North Korea.

Further, the leaks to a friendly newspaper is an example of how the DOJ is being weaponized to harm Biden's political opponent. The purpose of the DOJ is to seek justice, and leaking information to the press is not in the interest of justice.

There's a bunch of speculation that they're likely related to Iran.  In the infamous photo, one of the dates is visible on a folder and it's the day or day after Trump pulled out of the Iran Nuclear deal.  That kind of information would be very valuable to someone with business interests in Israel or Saudi Arabia.  Who knows though, Trump stole a shit load of documents, might be both North Korea and Iran.

By the way, did you know Netanyahu has been friends with Trump for decades and used to live in Trump Tower in NYC?

By the way, did you know Trumps son in law received a $2 Billion (with a B) investment from Saudi Arabia just months after his time as a Senior White House Aid that focused on foreign policy in the middle east ended?

I don't think there is any question about the Biden administration's right to access the documents in question. They don't.

So, if Trump wins in 2024, does Biden get to take whatever documents he wants from any intelligence agency and keep them in his basement in Deleware?  And, even if they are extremely sensitive documents that are vital to National Security, Trump will have no right to access them?

Did Obama have the same power to do that as he was leaving office?

Would you defend Obama or Biden if they stole a bunch of documents and Trump, while president, tried to get them back?

Of course not.  Don't be silly.  Government records belong to the government.  The President works for the government, doesn't own it, and isn't above the law.  Trump was not a King.  (and he isn't one now either)

926  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unprecedented political raid on Trump/Redacted affidavit/etc. on: September 13, 2022, 02:27:30 AM
Bill Barr, Trumps Attorney General also thinks it's unusual, here's what he had to say:

“People say this was unprecedented, well, it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put them in a country club, okay?”

How would Bill Barr know what other presidents did with documents that were at one point classified? Absent similar raids on former presidents, it is really not possible to know what other former presidents did.

I mean, yeah, I guess we can't say with absolute certainty that Trump was the first president to steal classified documents on his way out of office and then keep them in his basement as a civilian..  Just the first to get caught.  But, I think it's a pretty safe assumption to make that no other president has done that, especially at the scale Trump did.

Here's the rest of the quote from Barr on Fox News:

Quote
“And how long is the government going to try to get that back? They jaw bone for a year. They were deceived on the voluntary actions taken. They then went and got a subpoena. They were deceived on that, they feel, and the facts are starting to show that they were being jerked around. And so how long, you know, how long do they wait?”

And a more recent one, also on Fox:

Quote
“Will the government be able to make out a technical case, will they have evidence by which — that they could indict somebody on, including him? That’s the first question, and I think they’re getting very close to that point, frankly,”

And a recent quote from you on Bill Barr:

Barr is on the side of the Constitution and the law

i think this is the first time in decades that an ex-president's house has been raided by the fbi, it's also natural because trump brought a lot of classified documents into his private home, which is supposed to be in the national archives building... but the biden administration should have used it a more "friendly" move because after all trump is a former president and he should be respected regardless of the controversy

The National Archives asked him to return all documents.  He gave them 15 boxes.  They figured out he still had some.

DOJ subpoenaed him for all documents.

Trump invited them to come pick up the rest in Florida.  They gave them an envelope and a lawyer swore that was it, no more documents (but they wouldn't let them look in any of the boxes in his basement.

<>
You left out the part when the National Archives sought to judicially enforce the subpoena. Oh wait.....that never happened.

The National Archives followed proper protocol and informed the DOJ when they realized that Trump had stolen sensitive government documents and refused to return them as a civilian, more than a year after losing the election.

Casinos aren't designed to make high rollers rich, they're designed to make the owner rich. That's nothing new, and it would make sense to fully understand the details before wagering (especially for a high roller).

Your OP didn't sound like you don't care.

I also beat them at the end.
If you're referring to your other topic: you don't "beat" a casino by wagering and winning. Casinos only care about wagering: as long as players wager, they'll win in the long run.
If you want to beat any casino:
stop gambling.

When this type of transaction happen in between two person who are not living in the same country then technically it's money laundering. In that case casino becomes liable for it.
I don't think that's by definition money laundering. But even if it would be, wagering the money before withdrawing doesn't change it at all!

Is not money laundering people just say bunch of crap to fill their signature campaign goals. Like copy and paste.

What's not money laundering?  You haven't given any details of what you actually did.  If you want to be taken seriously you have to at least pretend to share the whole story....

Ukraine's 2nd Largest City Plunged Into Total Darkness As Russia Strikes Key Infrastructure[/b]

"The center of Ukraine's second city Kharkiv was plunged into darkness on Sunday evening by an electricity blackout," Reuters has confirmed of the large-scale outage. It's further being reported that some city districts are also without water, creating a severe crisis for residents.

"The cause and extent of the blackout in the northeastern city were not immediately clear. There were also unconfirmed social media reports of blackouts in other places and regions," the report said initially.

However, Ukrainian officials are pointing to stepped up and deliberate Russian attacks on civilian electrical facilities crucial to the city's operations. They are viewing it as punishment for the at this point largely successful Ukrainian military counteroffensive which has regained at least 40 towns and villages to the north and east of Kharkiv.

President Volodymyr Zelensky posted a brief statement to social media along with footage of destroyed infrastructure, denouncing "Deliberate and cynical missile strikes on civilian, critical infrastructure." He stressed they were not "military facilities" that were attacked. "Kharkiv and Donetsk regions were cut off. In Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy there are partial problems with power supply."

...

Cool
Nope, this is a punishment for Ukraine's incessant shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, as a result of which the last reactor was shut down today. Russia was unable to protect the operation of the nuclear power plant and the visit of the IAEA mission did not help either. Now Ukrainians should stock up on patience and gasoline generators, rocket attacks on Ukrainian thermal power plants will be regular.

Remember when the Russians dug holes in the ground to sleep in at Chernobyl until the Battle of Kiev was lost and they had to retreat?

Similar situation here.

claiming someone does money laundering without proof is bad.
Is like saying you are a thief o you are a killer without proof..

There seems to be a misunderstanding between you and the casino. They don't accuse you of "money laundering" because they don't have the legal authority to do so, but they do have the right to enforce the rules that have been set. If you don't want to comply with the rules and conditions, you don't have a right to use the site.

is making their brand look bad.

I really don't think it does. Stake.com is one of the most popular crypto gambling sites out there. No one is going to take your juvenile accusations seriously.

You don't understand how marketing works and how the brain store information. What I did cause them to lose more (I am a marketing expert) I know things.
Many people who view this section subconsciously will be afraid to invest in stake when they see these titles.
Stake could avoid the trouble by not fook with me but look at them now.

Every casino has scam accusations from players that did something shady and think they can use this forum to extort money from them.  If you want to damage Stakes rep for being a scam, you have to back up your claims to convince others to leave them negative feedback.  Just crying scam without being transparent about what happened is just a waste of your time.  If you were using Stake to launder money, you're wasting your time.  I don't think Stake would freeze your funds without a very good reason, and I don't think you're going to tell us the whole truth, but in case I'm wrong:

What does your deposit/withdraw request history look like?  Post screen shots.

How many times did you deposit, and for how much, and how much did you wager?

And why did you deposit your money into a casino and then withdraw it without gambling?
931  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 10, 2022, 10:20:36 PM
I disagree money laundering is for black actvity ive nothing to hide and transperant about my source of income.
you can't say it's money laundering without proof (you say i mix funds)  do you have proof of it?  you just say things that not true and not relevant for me.
claiming someone for money laundering without proof if severe.

i gain nothing from mixing funds i never use these tools. And I don't launder any money read the definition before you accuse someone.
Looks like you are not getting the point.

What is termed as "mixing or money laundering" by casinos is when you deposit your money in them and then withdraw it without wagering at all. Basically, you are using a casino as your mixing tool to hide your transaction trail, and they don't like this behavior.

This is exactly what you did with stake.com, and that's why they blocked your account.

I have wagered on their casino more than 1 BTC. I don't come for mixing I come for play.
If they block my account let me take my money and then block.

Why did you withdraw without wagering?
932  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: September 09, 2022, 09:47:12 PM
I thought that's what happened and then they started the invasion in February thinking "well take Kyiv in 3 days so why bother planning ahead".

And it would be naive and foolish to think otherwise!

Ukrainians will be fighting Russian aggressors to death.
Well, that means they'll die.

Yes, Captain Obvious, aggressors will die. That's the whole point.
In Kyiv on May 9 2022, a traditional parade will be held in honor of the victory of the USSR over Nazi Germany. It is naive and foolish to doubt it.

934  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 19481030 - Presidential address calls out the do-nothing Republicans. on: September 09, 2022, 07:57:40 AM
The problem with the 2020 presidential elections is not the election manipulation so much as the greatness of it. When you look at the 2020 rallies, Trump had many times the followers appearing than any other candidate across the board.

Even your average Trumptard is too intelligent to make this argument in good faith.  You have to be pretty dumb to believe it when you first hear it, and incredibly weak minded to not eventually realize how stupid of an argument it is.
935  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump for prison. on: September 07, 2022, 09:34:18 PM
^^^ They really don't have an answer. The few documents that Trump had under lock and key, are nothing compared to the docs and other criminal activities that Obama's doing even today.

Cool

He actually stole thousands of government documents, over 300 of them were classified.
936  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unprecedented political raid on Trump/Redacted affidavit/etc. on: September 07, 2022, 03:33:54 PM
Did I miss anything?

- The pope was arrested.
- Republicans will never lose another election because all the democrats will die from the vaccine.
- Germs aren't real.

It's good that Trump had all those documents. How else is a President supposed to run the country from outside the Oval Office?

Cool

The fact that he was in possession of these documents demonstrates that he is not fit to hold ANY political office.

Never mind his linguistic gaffes every time he opens his mouth.

And if it's confirmed these documents are what the Washington Post is claiming (and they seem pretty confident) , then all the idiots screaming about how "ThEy wErE dEcLasIfIeD!"  some how look like even bigger idiots.
937  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Trump audit should prohibit him from running in 2024. on: September 07, 2022, 08:34:23 AM
Lets be honest about the documents that are related to "nuclear" secrets. They are almost certain to be communications between him and NK leader Kim Jung Un. There are no other documents that Trump has any reason to want to keep that are related to "nuclear" secrets.

Looks like some of the documents that the FBI found in Trumps home (after the certified statement that all documents had been returned) were about "a foreign government’s military defenses, including its nuclear capabilities".

Also, "Some of the seized documents detail top-secret U.S. operations so closely guarded that many senior national security officials are kept in the dark about them. Only the president, some members of his Cabinet or a near-Cabinet-level official could authorize other government officials to know details of these special-access programs"

https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/09/06/trump-nuclear-documents/

Seems like they were some pretty important documents, and not just love letters with a dictator that have sentimental value to Trump, don't you think?
938  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Trump audit should prohibit him from running in 2024. on: September 05, 2022, 07:54:01 AM
Trump is the only reason Democrats have any hope for the midterms.  Any democrat vs Trump in 2024 is a gift when the alternative is someone like Desantis.
Exactly. The only reason why Biden gave the speech on Thursday while pretending to be Hilter, is to try to get Trump to announce he is running for President before the midterms in order to motivate the Democratic base to vote. This is also likely the reason for the raid on Trump's home.

Yes, it was a political speech.  Although I don't think Trump announcing he is running or not before the midterms will have as much of an effect as some seem to think.  It's all the wacko election denying "low quality" candidates he's endorsed that are keeping Democrats hopes alive.

Actually, I think the government just wanted Trump to return the documents he stole.  He probably wouldn't have gotten any trouble if he would've just given them back when he was first asked like a year ago.

The raid on Trumps house was because he stole thousands of government documents and then refused to give them back and lied about having them.
Its too bad that Trump has the unilateral authority to decide which documents are personal, and which documents are those of his administration (government property), and this is not something that is judicially reviewable. Are you suggesting that Trump intentionally decided that the documents that was brought to his home were government property, and intentionally took them? Trump also had the unilateral authority to decide which documents are declassified. It defies logic that Trump would take documents without first declassifying them.

So any document from the FBI, NSA, CIA, you think the president has the authority to just say "that's mine now, i'm taking it home with me to keep in my basement when I leave office"?

Is that seriously your argument?

Are you saying you honestly think that's something a US president has the right to do?  Or are you saying it's something Trump had the right to do because he's Trump and you can't really articulate why but when Trump does something it's not wrong and when someone that said something bad about Trump does something it's always wrong.

Imagine if he would've just taken ALLLLL the documents, made Biden start from scratch.  And he could leak info to his authoritarian friends and watch US spies get captured and tell his followers it's because Biden is too senile.   Wouldn't that be hilarious?  You'd totally believe it too.

Or, I know, he could black mail other foreign leaders with the dirt US intelligence has on them to help him make Biden look bad to help him not lose another election.

Just imagine...anyone that's president for 1 day = they win any government documents they want to take home with them and keep forever.

Makes total sense that that kind of power is a real thing.  It's so sad they are trying to take away Trumps rights like this.  Biden is so hitler.

https://i.gyazo.com/16a802566b9d938905f62b93a4eff126.png

It took the current government all this time to even figure out that they were going to do something. They are on a fishing expedition, just to see if they can't somehow get something - anything - to stop Trump in 2024. They don't have any choice. If they don't stop him now, they are dead, and a bunch of them will be going to prison when Trump gets back in office.

Cool

History has shown that law enforcement personnel (FBI director, AG, etc) appointed by Republics are not as loyal to the party and President as those appointed by Democrats. For example, James Comey is clearly on the side of Democrats (he campaigned for them in 2018), Barr is on the side of the Constitution and the law, while Holder described himself as Obama's "wingman", and Garland is a political hack. I don't expect Wray to be any different than Comey. Further, many at the top of the FBI have a clear political bias.

The facts show Trump stole a ton of sensitive government records and refused to give them all back to the FBI voluntarily.
