Does anyone received XAI from Abacus? Or how long does it take normally till a ticket is processed?

I'm going to run through the queue and start sending out coins later tonight Smiley

How do you get on the queue, is it automatic, or do you need to register somewhere?

Are you guys thinking in minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years?

Think in terms of value over the medium term, otherwise you're missing the point of what jl777 is doing, and you'll miss the chance of a lifetime.

Time to buy more!!

this is definitely one of the biggest let downs in recent crypto history, probably not a scam, more likely the dev got burnt out, or had a life drama.

I think wait until January and if nothing start refunding

967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] VidioShare| ViDioshare.me Platform | Stage 2 platform | content Rewards on: December 15, 2014, 07:42:31 PM
Hello Vidioshare community,

I wanted to start off by mentioning that I am a Vidioshare holder, with that being said, I wanted to take the time to introduce the group to the competition (WatchMyBit.com). I recently listened to the Let's Talk Bitcoin Episode #168 (Paywalls, Tool and Tips.) In the episode, co-host Stephanie Murphy interviews Doug Scribner, founder of WatchMyBit.com, a YouTube-like service now in beta that lets content creators sell their videos directly to their audience directly, powered by basic bitcoin.

Basically, what I got from the interview is reassurance that micropayments are indeed going to be huge for video sharing sites among many other things.

Information about WatchMyBit.com:

  • They use Bitcoin (off the shell bitcoin technology as mentioned in the interview) as payment for content providers
  • They have a pay-per-view model where the consumer pays the cost of the video in order to view the video for 24 hours
  • Recommended price of at least $0.09 USD charge per video (Can be lower or higher, ultimately up to the creator of the video) (BTC @ 347.51 USD = $0.09 USD = 0.00025899 BTC)
  • They hope to implement an all access pass subscription in the possible future
  • They hope to create a X-rated site in the future as they have register the site SpankMyBit.com (seperate X-rated vs "family" videos)
  • Recommendation of putting teasing videos on the likes of YouTube, Vimeo, etc asking users to go to WatchMyBit.com to see the "full video"
  • They will avoid asking users to register an email account to allow anonymous viewing
  • WatchMyBit.com will charge providers of content 25% with 75% going to content providers
  • Content providers will be able to send a determined amount of their earnings to charity processors (https://doabitofgood.com/).
  • Looking to have sitcoms on the site as starting grounds to attract producers and Hollywood

Questions to the Vidioshare admins:

  • Will an introductory/self help videos be available on the site that shows how to purchase Vidioshare coins?
  • Is there any way possible to allow visitors the ability to purchase Vidioshare coins directly from the site? (Preferably at a fix rate, like Coinbase does for Bitcoin for those users/new users that don't want to deal with going to an exchange to buy Vidioshare coins)
  • What will the payment structure look like for users who provide content?
  • Why should a consumer go to Vidioshare.com vs a site like Watchmybit?
  • Can the option to allow split earnings for co-creators of a video be setup on Vidioshare as mentioned by Doug for WatchMyBit?

Actually, I would also recommend listening to the Let's Talk Bitcoin podcast in general.)

WatchmyBit.com Site: http://www.watchmybit.com/

WatchmyBit.com Beta Site: http://beta.watchmybit.com//

For some more motivational push - BitShareMusic (http://www.bitsharesmusicfoundation.org/) seems like they will have a video sharing site that should be available some time in 2015. Vidioshare was mentioned in the interview as starting off a possible scamcoin so I ask the Vidioshare team, how will you step up to the coming competition?

Thanking everyone for their hard work and contributions thus far.

Here is my Vidio tip address if you found this to be useful: VBebuQrDaXa4iEwJbzz3ztLyZpScGvK48J

This is a very good analisis and i hope that using vidiocoin in this plataform instead of bitcoin has some advantages, because if not, we could meet some big troubles.

I hope the people and the devs come up with ideas so that using vidiocoin results more useful that using bitcoin in this plataform.

Answer to competition question is to join SuperNET. If VidioShare stays on its own road is tough, if VDO joins SuperNET then its like getting the best location inside the most popular shopping Mall.

Remember what the real estate guys always say -'location, location location' - if VDO joins SuperNET, lots of traffic, AND ease of use. People can exchange any coin for VDO inside SuperNET wallet (maybe), so VidioShare users could use the site without having any VDO, just exchange through the wallet.

@nerio, reach out to jl777 dude!!

Renaming the coin is a decent idea.

What happens to the coins in a block if the block reaches max age of 30 days? Do those coins automatically 'refresh', or does the user have to manually send them to themselves again to reset the age back to '0'?

anyone? I've got a couple of blocks with age '23', just wondering what will happen when they get to 30

Last week this time it was pushing 300+ BTC/24hr by itself and has been clearly the top traded coin for a while.

Now it appears to be slowing down drastically.

Looks like XCP is stomping it and BBR is gaining for sure.

How much more does anyone think it will fall before you can't dump your coins any longer?

~BCX~

Dumpers have already dumped so those holding now have made a conscious decision to hold. price could go lower but those holding now probably won't bother selling so that explains lower volume

I haven't followed this thread that closely, but if it's a real project, and the source code is still there, are you saying this project is still alive? There are many skilled C++ programmers on this forum, but I am not sure how many will want to pickup this project without major incentive.

How about asking CIYAM?  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=44572

I thought CIYAM was working on NXT autonomous transaction development, then left before delivering the product. He issued an AT related asset, and collected a good amount of NXT too. I might be wrong that he stopped working on NXT, but he doesn't communicate on nxtforum.org any more, so it's hard to tell?? This would need to be clarified before asking CIYAM for help IMO

I announced yesterday that the developement continues, with a new dev, but understand that I can't stand against these false accusations. Only today the community invented at least 10 different ways of how could we scam you. Nor of these are having any coincidence with the reality.

Try and ignore negativity!! Just focus on releasing the wallet asap, even if it has a few bugs, release as beta.

Reality is, many many scams in crypto, so we all have to accept that when things don't go to plan, some people call scam. Just ignore it!! As soon as people see 'evidence' that ReserveShare is real people will get positive again.

Until wallet is released many will still support you based on gut instincts. Once you release the wallet, or even more evidence it exists, majority support you too. If you can't release more evidence that wallet dev is ongoing, ignore all negativity, and spend 100% of your time working towards releasing the wallet.

Engaging trolls will not benefit your project. You can't win doing that, only releasing wallet can do that.

...
The reason we discuss and debate is not to win arguments but to be open to having our minds changed about something and also try to change the mind of someone else.

chuckled out loud IRL when reading this coming from you XD

rabbiter doesn't understand what's going on, that's obvious now. put him on ignore and focus on the asset exchange. he doesn't even know that SuperNET is running on NXT network. I'm convinced he's not really a troll, just a very bored, apathetic, lazy person who thinks posting about qora makes him sound important. it would be great if he left, but he never will. not even being shown up so blatantly as someone who hasn't a clue what's going on will make him leave, despite his various promises to leave.

do as I do, use rabbiter to realise how lucky you are to have a working brain, and use it to make money from all the low hanging fruit.

I had a good laugh over this one too!

+1 for James

I hope there will be a solution and James won't leave. He's not someone you can just replace.
I am not threatening to leave, I will still develop for NXT, but I might be forced to select some other 2.0 crypto platform for the supernetwork. I cannot put my reputation on the line to convince a top 50 coin to put Nxt Inside and then have it break monthly. That is DOA, no go, cant do it. I can put up with this nonsense for my own projects, but I cannot subject other top coins to it.

So, if NXT does not separate the release approval and timing of these hardforks breaking of existing software to the NXT businesses (or any other NXT constituency), then I will not be able to use NXT for the supernetwork, you know the NxtInside possibly dozens of coins. It will end up being TBDInside.

It is standard for the release approval to be done by a different group than the one that develops it. Only when a project is small and there is really no other independent group do you do things the way NXT is doing. NXT now has this vested independent group called the NXT businesses. The dont have the big NXT stakes, but they have invested time, money, skills, creativity into creating a NXT based business. It is my opinion that these NXT businesses should have the authority to declare what is and isnt the official Stable release. Now if the devs can make releases that dont break any existing NXT API and doesnt hardfork, then they can keep making release after release like they have been.

Time for someone to woo jl777.

why would we chase the crumbs from NXT, we aren't a clone, we have no relation to NXT!!!

Please OS so people can stop the NXT comparisons.

you're either very stupid or you're deliberately setting out to destroy Qora. either way your irrelevant now

it's obvious what the opportunity might be for Qora to anyone who's following BTCD & teleporting. Qora is another viable P2P network that jl777 could use to build his teleporting privacy network.

Qora decides development decisions and if anyone should be 'Wooed' it's Qora not some NXT clown.

Whatever you might think of Qora dev, the guy who coded the first (almost) decentralised crypto exchange in the world (i.e the multigateway) is obviously not a clown. Your use of that term in reference to jl777 condemns you as a fool, and it's obvious you're not really interested in Qora either. Your motivation for posting so much on Qora is of little interest to me, but if I had to make a guess I'd say you're bored with being a small person in a big world, so you want to be a big fish in a small pond. Everything you say lacks sincerity, and relevance. You're still small in this small pond too.
