also i'd suggest trimming dead coins as they die,( you can keep your Advert that way)  it looks kind of like that's what's happening with CNC at least price wise.

i'd suggest dropping the dead SHA-256 coins ASICS doom all but the meaningful ones.

This is not one of those pushpools where people can change payout addresses or not pay out. It's all done automatically by the p2pool network.

It will be, but the FRC protocol needs to be modified (hardfork) for that. That will happen when FRC hashrate is high enough on its own, so that BTC miners that don't like it can't use merged mining to attack it.
