I also want to ask this question from you, what the fuck with you? it is noted that you are a scam so you will not be given any bounty
Fuck you and your bounty. I'm not the one trying to steal names from top coins and launch shitty ERC tokens with them. Good luck scamming idiots.

I have done a long, deep and intensive research over days and weeks just in case to diversify a small part of my investments into potential interesting projects/coins. Beside ETH (which wont make any really big gains any more) and XMR I only could find IOTA interesting, while still very experimental. Everything else is damn useless bullshit I would never put a cent in. Even BTC is a bad joke from fork to fork it is becoming just an expensive, overvalued and slow altcoin with no special features.
Simply happy to be invested in XMR.
I did the same research and came to exactly the same conclusion. BTC, XMR, ETH and IOTA are the only ones that are interesting and XMR and IOTA are the only two that I currently have skin in. Although I do have my eye on a future project as well https://www.metronome.io/ Blockchain agnostic, worlds first 1000 year crypto currency. It's got a good "story". It's a catchy pitch. Brief look at MTN and looks like a bad joke to me. From the "owner's manual": Some cryptocurrencies' mintage is either static or goes to zero over time – like Bitcoin1 and Litecoin2 – raising questions with economists about their long term viability. Other cryptocurrencies’ token supply is hand-stitched together in pre-ICO deals that award certain parties a vast amount of supply, resulting in those parties controlling the majority of tokens.3 Some cryptocurrencies sell out to certain parties in a pre-sale, leaving very little to the general public. Metronome attempts to fix those problems with daily auctions that provide an on-going token supply mintage, ad infinitum. An ongoing token supply mintage is theorized to provide sustainability versus other cryptocurrencies whose mintage either is or goes to zero. They're taking a 20% premine and lord knows how many of their own ICO tokens their going to "buy" up in the presale. From the table at the end: BTC is famous for its contentious forks and deflationary nature. Token supply and issuance is stable, but infinite. Garzik is a key character pushing the latest and most contentious fork. And how the fuck is MTN supposed to magically be above contentious changes to the code? Code is law? How did that work out for Ethereum. Sorry, but I just don't see it. Looks like shit token that Garzik is trying to hype by leveraging the chaos that he has a hand elbow-deep in wrt Bitcoin.

JW, just a reminder to set your lineup. Glad I'm not facing Gurley this week! Thanks Hueristic, I didn't even click on this thread, but I saw it popup on my unread list and I was like, "Fuck, I need to set my lineup!" Finally switched it up a bit and picked up a couple Iggles, go Birds!

What the fuck is wrong with you? And I told you last time that scammers should use a self-moderated thread.

Why does ANN post say circulating supply is 24M, max and initial supply are 98M, and then if you click on the link to get current amount it says 90M? And coinmarketcap says 24M...

That would have been a big ass temporary split.
Has anyone contacted cryptopia to ask them to upgrade?
Temporary as in the nodes banned each other. But now we are on the same chain again. I had attempted to email and webform cryptopia. More folks doing the same would be helpful. Opened support ticket with them. If anyone knows who large Sha and scrypt miners are and could ask them to upgrade too that would be good.

Somebody on Bittrex just fat-fingered the price up to 0.021: Either that or they just couldn't wait to get their hands on $100k worth of romeros.

When I tried to send to an integrated monero address from Monerujo mobile android wallet, monerujo doesn't recognize the address as valid. Does Monerujo not have integrated address use enabled? Is the use of integrated addresses in Monerujo under development?
You would probably do better posting this as an issue on the github, as the dev would get an email notification. In fact, it seems like this issue has come up already: https://github.com/m2049r/xmrwallet/issues/69

Anyone know what the tie breaker is for playoff entry if two people are tied for worst record? Person with more total points goes to playoffs?
According to the League Settings page, it's Total Points. PLAYOFF BRACKET SETUP Playoff Seeding Tie Breaker Total Points For Thanks. I just noticed two teams tied at 2-3 and thought about it, without thinking to go check where I probably could have found it quicker than posting here

...
Slightly OFF topic again, LOL, but what kind of % weight do you guys give to the concept there could be a BCH/BCC vs BTC "flippening" ... AFTER all this Fork Noise subsides, soon, and AFTER we start to see what the two versions (Satoshi Design vs SegWit Design) really can deliver to the market vis-a-vis their *actual* miner fee transaction costs and their *actual* confirmation times...?
...
~5% or less, and that's just based on the price, which I think is being propped up by Ver and maybe some certain miners atm. Honestly think it's more like 1% and price will reflect that when Coinbase unleashes the gates in January.

... Can somebody, an expert, explain to me clearly and honestly why Monero does not go with the big block strategy?[/b]
Monero has a dynamic block size. Blocks will increase in maximum capacity automagically as more transactions are included on a consistent basis. Of course, on chain scaling has limitations, so off-chain stuff like some kind of lightning implementation are being looked at as well I think.

Article on North Korea cyber capabilities mentions them hacking crypto exchanges and converting BTC to XMR: https://www.boston.com/news/world-news/2017/10/16/the-world-once-laughed-at-north-korean-cyber-power-no-moreMore recently, North Koreans seemed to have changed tack once again. North Korean hackers’ fingerprints showed up in a series of attempted attacks on cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea, and were successful in at least one case, according to researchers at FireEye.
The attacks on Bitcoin exchanges, which see hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Bitcoin exchanged a day, offered Pyongyang a potentially very lucrative source of new funds. And, researchers say, there is evidence they have been exchanging Bitcoin gathered from their heists for Monero, a highly anonymous version of cryptocurrency that is far harder for global authorities to trace.

. . Can't I use any other Crypto Currency on the Tor browser and make all my Crypto transactions untraceable? . . Isn't that What Tor Browser is for?
short answer, no. our electrum wallets are connecting to hidden services, not clearnet nodes. same for our android wallet. wraith will have much more than just tor though. not sure if you read the paper or not. Tor services have been available for Bitcoin Electrum since at least 2012: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=113116.0You can generally run any Bitcoin clone over Tor in the core GUI wallet: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=113116.0Bitcoin can run easily on the Tor network. Stealth addresses are a wallet feature (not a protocol one) that have been available to use on Bitcoin and clones since at least 2013: http://sx.dyne.org/stealth.htmlhttps://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/dark-wallet-walkthrough-1414730735/https://www.darkwallet.is/None of this is fear-mongering, uncertain, or doubtful. What is doubtful is whether Verge offers any additional privacy over Bitcoin. I'd say probably not just based on the sheer volume of transactions within the Bitcoin network and the lack of any transactions on the Verge network - the majority of Verge blocks only have one tx (the coinbase), and most with more only have one additional tx, while Bitcoin is averaging around 1800 txs per block.

So REALLY it's ME here SMOOTH or another mod/admin: can anything be done to help me get my account back? ? Thanks in advance for any help Someone else told me their account got hacked too, they thought maybe due to db breach in 2014 or 2015, cause they never reset their pw afterwards.

I have had huc sitting in a wallet.dat file for over 2 years. I'm hoping to sync the wallet to claim chimera when the project launches. I haven't been able to sync the wallet in the past using the old wallet dl link. Is there another option?
You don't even really need to sync. Just dump your private keys, which can be done from the console without syncing.
