961  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unprecedented political raid on Trump/Redacted affidavit/etc. on: August 30, 2022, 01:00:46 AM
I think Trump stole a bunch of documents that belonged to the federal government on his way out of office.

Eventually he gave back 15 boxes to the National archives.

The National Archives found classified documents in those 15 boxes, and noticed there were some missing, so they told the DOJ.

The DOJ subpoenaed Trump to give the rest back.

After returning more boxes his lawyer swore to the FBI that was all of them.  Then, some witnesses came forward and told the FBI that Trump had more boxes of classified documents in his basement and office.  Some of these documents contained information that would put the lives of US assets at risk.

At this point, I don't see any other option AG Garland had but to go and secure the documents via a search warrant.  The search warrant was executed and, surprise surprise, they found exactly what they said they would.

Trump could have returned all the documents when he was asked the first time, or subpoenaed and avoided all of this.  He could have just not stolen any documents.  But he didn't. 100% of the blame lies with Trump and he should be held accountable for his actions.  Trump was not King, and he is not King now.  Stop treating him like he is.  Or even better, ask yourself if you would be making the same argument for Biden if Trump wins in 2024 and Biden steals a bunch of government documents and then refuses to give them back.  Would you be outraged if the FBI raided his Delaware basement to retrieve documents that Biden stole?

No.  You wouldn't.  And I wouldn't either.  That's because I'm able to look at this kind of situation objectively without influence from political opinions or emotions.
962  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Roobet Scammed me for $2,000+ on: August 30, 2022, 12:51:01 AM
So, let's begin with the intro

Well, I've been doing Sports betting on different websites (Stake, Sportsbet.io, Roobet) But roobet is my most recent one

Firstly, I had a big issue with them over a Tennis VOIDING of bet (Retired/Injury match leading into VOID of bet but they rather made it lose so I had to go through a long trouble to have my bet settled correctly)

Now

after that
I won 2 bets and immediately when I tried to withdraw my funds, I got error for "Verify 2-Level" (Even though I have withdrawn funds before, but not above 1k, so now when they saw me winning over 1k for the first time, they blocked my account)

So I immediately Verified 2 Level
And even though 3rd level wasn't required but I did that too as additional verification

So, after that, I was bursting out with tears and frustrations, I never cry on losing bets, but this scam when they do and make you feel powerless, it's hard to digest

So, they still didn't allow me to withdraw my money even after verifying
Then support said they will check into this and it will take 2-3 days

So why on earth do they have the right to torture their users?
When I said I wanna kill myself for the torture they making me go through
They took it differently, and immediately blocked the access to my roobet account too

Now I have $2,000+ in my roobet account, it's locked and I don't see any replies from them

If this is the fair way of business, then what's the scamming and unfair way? I really like to know

If there's someone from Roobet team here, Message me, so I can send you my username/email address in private inbox

I need an urgent solution

Why should I suffer so much? Why?

Has it been 2-3 days yet?

@twitchyseal have you heard about the term "Value Bets "
You shoukd google it and it's not illegal. That's what the OP were using .
there is third party softwares that provide this services
If im correct the only thibg the OP is wrojg about is trying to by pass the limits of the bookie.

Yes, I've heard of the term.  It just means a bet that has value and isn't an indicator of whether or not it's against the rules.  Some value bets are perfectly fine, some violate terms.

And yes, it appears OP tried to bypass the limits by using many accounts to make the same value bets.

What's your point?
Point is simple its a correction tobyour quotes . There is notbing as fast or slow feedin Majorbeventd that broadcasted worldwide  .uts just not smart to even a staff for a biokie bring such a thibg and you keep quoting  . Its wrong

They're using multiple accounts to evade the limits.  That's the problem.

You should try typing with your hands instead of your feet.  If that's not possible due to a disability, google voice to text.  Lots of great options out there.

No, it's you that just don't get it. Your blab is simple hearsay and slander. There are videos of the Capitol cops ushering the rioters into the Capitol. There are videos of Trump stating that everything must be done peacefully. You simply slander because you can't find anything bad that Trump has done. But I showed you the dozens or hundreds of good things he did.

Time to get Biden and the Dems out of government. Look at the mess people are living in because of them... and the war.

Cool

There are videos of rioters beating the shit out of Capital Police at the security perimeter.  Which is why you see cops standing down once the perimeter was overwhelmed.  The "police were waiving them in" argument is a favorite among the lowest IQ Trump supporters (very low).  Most of them don't even have a point after "Police were waiving them in".  It just ends there.

https://i.gyazo.com/5753717ab31f976233fd3fe9b8706e9a.jpg

There aren't any videos or any other kind of info that shows that Trump had anything to do with the Jan. 6 riots. But there are videos and info that show that the peaceful gatherings were crashed by Soros paid professional rioters.

Cool

Yeah...there are.  There's been a bipartisan investigation going on all year.  Tons of evidence.

I've lost access to my first account due to incorrect email address.

I guess you have a case sort of.  Im having a hard time buying your new story though.  You were pretty explicit in your first version of events:

I just added one more precision to my story. The order of events presented was correct and hasn't changed, and I am not lying.

They should be the ones telling you this, not me.  So it sucks they're just blowing you off, but there is no issue, the bet was clearly rejected before the outcome was determined.

What happened:
1-I deposited 0.08925405 BTC on Stake on the 2nd of august 2022, first confirmation of the transaction at 9h30 am UTC
2-I saw my balance showing 1980 euros, so I bet on Hippodrome Live roulette, at 9h31:18 UTC on multiple numbers, about all of my balance, and I had 300 euros on number 32
3- Edit: 08-09-22 (to assess that the bets were not rejected immediately) I see my bet debited from my balance, the chips taken into account on the table after bets were closed, and the ball make a few rounds
4-I see a message saying "your bet has been rejected"
5-I see the ball make about 2 to 3 rounds before landing on number 32 (this is probably why I didn't post this in the scam accusation section, as I thought they might not have cancelled my bet because of the result)
6-I make another 1980 euros bet at 9h33:03 UTC, and it also gets rejected, but this time the bet would have lost
7-I go to another live roulette, make the same bet, bets accepted, and lose.

Since Stake did not want to address this issue, I am burning my Saturday boost bonuses into the genesis address. I have done so last week and this week and here are the transaction hashes:
d00eef8e87298a65d668ad2cfe0563f7304fd300ab790319e4694cd0929ed05e

abe2d3661649ca6fe5a75e1dabd1aab6145f9a59d149cf8d9d15b02b8c7f9b01

So they might want to close my account rather than waste this money.

I don't think they will care that you sent $5 to an unusable address.

You gotta pick your battles.  You picked a bad one.
969  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump for prison. on: August 28, 2022, 06:34:03 AM
Could somebody please list the bad things that Trump did? Please don't list opinions. Rather, list the real bad things he did. Also, mention whether or not Biden has done the same, and if Biden did it worse or not....

You don't get it. This is not about "good" and "bad", is about "legal" or "illegal". For example: Trying to press a governor to change the results of the elections: Illegal. Sending a mob to the Capitol: Illegal. And that is just the most evident an notorious because is public and has been investigated publicly, there must be piles of illegal doings just waiting to be uncovered once the guy looses the grip on the RP.

No, it's you that just don't get it. Your blab is simple hearsay and slander. There are videos of the Capitol cops ushering the rioters into the Capitol. There is not a single president in this world who is clean, everyone has their own sins. So when the government wants to imprison Trump because of his sin it doesn't make sense, even though he did a lot of controversy but still he is a former President and has done his duty as President in defending America's economy and constitution. And do you think that Bush or Biden is clean compared to Trump?

He stole a ton of classified documents and then refused to give them back.

He organized a violent insurrection to try and stay in power after losing the election.

He scammed his supporters for 10s of millions of dollars raising money for a foundation that didn't exist to stop the steal of an election he knew wasn't stolen.

He makes Richard Nixon look like a choir boy if you must compare him to other presidents lol

And because of that he went to jail? how about Bush who killed millions of Iraqis? why hasn't he been tried? After all, every President has his own sins, don't think Trump is worse than other Presidents, they are all the same. If you want Trump to go to jail, then all American Presidents should go to jail too.

No, they aren't all the same.  Each one is actually different.  Some are worse than others, some are actually not bad at all.  It's a fair argument to make that Bush should be tried for war crimes.  But, that has nothing to do with Trumps domestic crimes.  He literally tried to overthrow the government.  He stole classified documents putting American assets at risk, kept them in an unsecured basement and various other places at his country club, refused to give them back for months until finally giving some back and lying about not having any more.

Even if you were right about all Presidents committing equal crimes (you're obviously not) - are you saying that's a good thing and how it should be?

If he is registereg before nov 2021, he can have as many if he wants no matter the change of their TOS based on the law of curacao. Not saying this is the case, but just letting people know.

Yeah, even after Nov 2021, simply having multiple accounts wouldn't justify taking player funds. It's just weird how op is attempting to defend themselves - they aren't actually denying any of the actual accusations.  If anything they're only adding credit to Stunnas claims.

Primarily having access to a faster feed on the french open and cashing out at points of value right before an odd swing was a great strategy for you . When placing that same bet across 15+ accounts you were able to make these "value bets" very profitable as it was a positive expected value initiative for you, you even offered to sell these bets given how confident you were in them. We have a right to refuse action from players like you which we did, you were able to get your money out on your initial accounts. Then you continued to buy and make accounts and we continued to limit but you kept buying or farming more accounts. On just Palamar (OP's account) you earned profit of $53k using "value bets".  If we did not take such strong action you would be continuing to buy accounts with high limits to try and keep betting against us.

P.S. for people who want to beat these scammers, US Open starts on the 29th, write in private.

This is a dangerous game to be playing.  You think when Biden leaves the white house he'll have any clue what boxes of what information are going where?  The idea he would have anything to do with these types of decisions is hilarious to me.  I can't wait to hear all the liberals talking about how senile Biden is and how he was too weak and incompetent to possibly steal boxes of information from the White House when the time comes.  Democrats are hell bent on turning everything in this country into slippery slopes thinking they won't slide down them.

Wait are you saying former presidents shouldn't get in trouble for having boxes of classified documents that belong to the federal government in their basement (and closet apparently) years after leaving office because it might be an accident?

Don't you think the more slippery slope would be not holding someone responsible for the classified documents found in their basement?

If Trump wins in 2024 and then a bunch of classified documents are found in Bidens basement in 2026 ....your hair would be on fire.  And I would agree with you, he should be held responsible.

Literally doesn't matter if he declassified any of it.  Read the espionage act.

The Espionage Act applies to everybody. Trump, upon having the election stolen from him, declassified and took the documents to find the names of the deep state people who were engaged in espionage. He couldn't search while in office. So, he took them.

Sure, it was risky. And none of us know what he found. But Trump is very confident that he found enough to destroy the workings of the deep state.

Trump has the info. If the Dems use tactics like a crime of espionage against him, he will use it right back against them, along with all kinds of other things they are doing illegally and unconscionably.

Cool

According to the law, whether or not the documents are classified doesn't matter, it only matters if they contain  "information relating to the national defense".

Declassifying a document relating to national defense doesn't make it not related to national defense anymore.

And most likely he's full of shit when he says they were declassified, at least according to people who would know.

"Nothing approaching an order that foolish was ever given. And I can't imagine anyone that worked at the White House after me that would have simply shrugged their shoulders and allowed that order to go forward without dying in the ditch trying to stop it"
John Kelly, chief of staff, Sec of Homeland Security, 3 star general

"a standing order to declassify documents taken to Mar-a-Lago did not exist"
"You don't just sort of get to say off the top of your head, 'oh, everything that I see today'"
Mick Mulvaney, chief of staff

"I was never briefed on any such order, procedure, policy when I came in.  If he were to say something like that, you would have to memorialize that, so that people would know it existed."
"When somebody begins to concoct lies like this, it shows a real level of desperation,"

John Bolton, chief of staff

The President has the unilateral authority to determine which records are those related to his administration, and these decisions are not subject to court oversight. Before you respond with some hyperbole, I would preemptively respond that this is the law, as ruled by appelette courts. If you don't like this, you should petition Congress to change the law.

Irrelevant.  Nobody is arguing about whether or not the documents are related to his administration.  Why even bring that up?  You don't think that being related to his administration equates to he gets to take them home with him after losing an election, do you?
The documents in question are related to his administration. This is a document and dispute between the former Trump administration and the national archives. The national archives says it believes that Trump took some documents that are part of his administration and should be in the national archives.

We don't know what the documents in question are related to.  I guess anything he touched while in office could arguably be considered related to his administration.  I'm not sure I'm following your point though, I mean obviously you're trying to say that you think it's ok and legal for Trump to have boxes of documents marked classified/top secret/csi in his basement almost 2 years after he left office....are you really convinced that the President has and should have that authority?  To take government property with him on the way out of office?  Including documents that could contain national secrets?  Do you see how stupid that would be for the country if it were true?

979  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Trump audit should prohibit him from running in 2024. on: August 21, 2022, 08:02:27 AM

Similarly, the President has the unilateral authority to decide that any document is not classified. As the Commander and Chief, the President has the final authority to declassify any arbitrary document. Further, there are many documents marked at various classification levels that are in the public domain, including newspaper articles by major news outlets.

False and also irrelevant.

False because The Atomic Energy Acts of 1946 and 1954 make anything related to the production of Nuclear Weapons inherently classified, which means they can't be declassified, even by Donald J Trump.

But let's not derail this conversation with that because the entire argument is irrelevant, as I've already explained to you in another thread (and accurately predicted you would keep coming back to this silly point):

Trump had the ultimate authority to declassify the documents in question. It would be stupid for Trump to not declassify a document he intended to bring to his home -- it is trivial for him to declassify a document.

Yes he did have that authority.  But he did not have the authority to steal them and keep them in his basement after he left office.  Also, none of the laws cited in the search warrant, like the espionage act for example, are dependent on whether or not the documents were classified.

Of course, Trump will continue to pretend like this whole case is about whether or not he declassified the documents he stole and kept in his basement, and then you will continue to repeat what he says, and I will continue to remind you that by repeating Trumps nonsense you're arguing that a President has the power to take any document he wants from any of the intelligence agencies and keep it for himself as a civilian - which is obviously a really freaking stupid argument.
980  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Trump audit should prohibit him from running in 2024. on: August 17, 2022, 05:48:33 PM

Somehow you think that a President suddenly acts illegally, when all the while he is surrounded by some of the best lawyers and others who know the law. I would like to make excuses for you. Trump doesn't need any.

Excellent point.  He has the best lawyers and others who know the law.  Why hadn't I thought of that?

The excuses for you are that you didn't look at the legality point I mentioned above, and that Trump would have declassified any docs that needed it. This is only standard, for his own protection.

So, maybe Biden reclassified them. But all we need is proof that Trump declassified them... or not. Since this proof has not been presented one way or the other, and a person is innocent until proven guilty, so far Trump is innocent.

Or do you have the proof? Like the FBI and the Dems, all there seems to be so far is talk that he is guilty. So far, at best, there might be only unproven circumstantial evidence, but all the talk is hearsay.

However, the Biden regime and the FBI have done things that are illegal, no matter what the outcome for Trump may be.

Cool

Literally doesn't matter if he declassified any of it.  Read the espionage act.
