Great thanks for the speedy response Cassius. I really like this project, i think it has great potential and clearly a good team behind it. I will get behind this project.
Thanks. We are very excited about this

Oh finally the 10k per BTC offer... will this run until 11:59 pm GMT on the 4th?
Sorry, forgot this one! Yes, that's correct. If you need to be sure in your timezone, just take a look at the countdown to the next price rise within your ICO login area. It's currently reading 1 day, 8 hours, 34 minutes.

This is a scam. The only way to invest in Incent is through the ICO page and the bounty programmes you will find in this thread. I'm afraid every ICO brings out these scammers. If it's not from the Incent team, ignore/report it. If you're in any doubt, check with one of the team here on on the Incent Slack.

I've got a few questions around implementation.
You say there is no fee but surly there will be work involved with incorporating this into current POS systems.
Would it be a big job say incorporating Incent into a physical POS? Will this effect retail uptake? Will you do this for free or will the retail owner have to pay to implement Incent?
Also, do you plan to develop plugins for e-commerce systems such a woocommerce, virtuamart, magento, opencart, shopify etc....
Oh finally the 10k per BTC offer... will this run until 11:59 pm GMT on the 4th?
It's designed to be low friction, so we've made sure it will be as easy to incorporate as possible. Naturally there will be some costs to integration, particularly at first, hence the ICO. Essentially we're crowdfunding this money to speed up implementation and marketing, since the software itself is almost there (you can test it on incentloyalty.com). The fact that this is software and requires no extra hardware helps a lot. We really don't want to be asking anything more of merchants than we have to. Just like with the ICO, we get that ANY friction puts people off. And yes: it's absolutely part of the plan to have plug-ins for woocommerce etc. That's a no-brainer. Once the plug-in is created, anyone can use it and participate in the Incent ecosystem, thereby benefitting their own business, Incent and Waves.

Am I the only one who thinks the logo looks like a carrot? Hello Farl... the logo is SUPPOSED to look like a carrot! This is an Incent-ives programme. A digital carrot. I suppose I should be encouraged that you got it, albeit accidentally!

INCENT - name fro the german company incent - your name
that is the description of what they are doing. and i am sorry to say this, this sounds very very similiar to what your are planning to do - just in the world of crpyto.
"Innovative Vorteilsprogramme
my english is not good enough to translate this. but they are talking about rewards, discounts for over 200 premium offers, motivation for employees, customer loyality, loyalityprogramms etc.
i am invested in your ico and i hopre you wont get any problems with the german company.
Google translate: Incent provides your company an individual benefit platform with exclusive discounts at over 200 premium suppliers. With its unique shopping world you efficiently increase employee motivation or loyalty: Fast and uncomplicated solutions with great effect. With our user-friendly and innovative portal solutions we support since 2012 more than 100 satisfied customers - from medium-sized companies to DAX companies. Benefit from our innovative customer loyalty and employee benefit programs or will offer partners. These guys appear to offer rewards to businesses with specific suppliers, albeit 200 of them. It's a variation of the classic 'walled garden' strategy of ensuring rewards stay in the same limited system, whether that's one business or hundreds. Our Incent obviously works in the same broad (loyalty-rewards) space, but the model is very different. Transferrability on the blockchain changes the economics of loyalty out of all recognition from how the traditional loyalty sector works.

Interesting $ 5 Millions project with same name and features offer. Is there any relationship with this real company http://incent.de/ Nope! We're not them. And mein Deutsche is nicht sehr gut, but I'm pretty sure our features and USPs are not the same

im thinkin if this is true we may well read about it in the papers unless he's smart and keeps his mouth shut. im sure mr tax man would be very interested indeed.
I would think if he's smart he'd declare it in his tax return, otherwise he's going to incur some difficulty in actually trying to spend that money, if indeed the deposit of a million pounds into his bank account doesn't automatically flag it to HMRC (it'll certainly get flagged under AML). Yep, but it's not income. It's capital gains Much easier on the wallet when you're dealing with $$ millions

For current funding, it will take whole 2 months, 5 million won't be raised shorter than 2 months. So it means we have more potentiality to grow bigger, because the market cap will be less than 5 million.
Great point but one I want to leverage to be absolutely crystal clear with everyone about where we stand. Here we go: 1. We already have sufficient funding to have a red hot crack at the opportunity - particularly given the advanced state of our code base and the strength of commercial demand. 2. Our funding target is USD1million because this would allow us to get to market in very good order. 3. The funding cap of USD5million was put in place because we want to preserve a strong secondary market for the sake of those who have supported us. Make no mistake, this project is going to happen and we are highly confident of success - and quickly. RW. Cheers Rob - I believe in you and your team 100%. Just put more in the pot. Go............ So you did, thank you! Funding is building nicely.

how much is the start of the tokens dependent of the waves platform? I hear they are having troubles running a blockchain.
Are you going to switch to other blockchain like ethereum or counterparty if waves are not running a blockchain until end of year?
you have a plan B or insurance?
Full Node development is looking great over at Waves and we can soon expect a first release. Custom token feature is also far in its development why we are absolutely committed to start our project on Waves and grow together. Asset testing is also being released on testnet on Monday. Testing will occur in parallel and they will be released together. Assets, of course, are necessary for Incent as it will be a Waves token. Creation, transfer and attachments will be released, so that it will be possible to set up payment instructions on websites, etc.

Okay, now I see it. It seems there was a delay or probably it was because of browser cookies. After I closed my browser, cleaned my browser data and reopened the ICO site, everything was shown right. How long does it need to see the deposited BTCs on the account? I send around two hours ago and transcation was confirmed seven times. But it still not shows up on my Incent ICO account.
Ok, that's odd. Could be a block explorer issue... Are you on Slack? Great! Glad it's all sorted.

If my calculations are correct Incent will retain 50-62% of the created tokens, right? Source: https://www.incentloyalty.com/media/IncentICO-InformationPack.pdf Escrow When the ICO completes, the Incent token will be mined into existence, with a total circulation fixed at 2 x the amount of tokens presold at ICO. Fifty percent of these tokens will be distributed to ICO investors. The remaining fifty percent will be moved to cold storage and held in reserve to facilitate commercial operation of the product once live. What % of premine is retained by the Incent team?
A maximum of 12% on top of the tokens created after is retained. In addition, there is a reserve equal to the amount created - but this is not spent or run down, it is simply used to maintain liquidity and pay customers promptly, since fiat transfers take a while to turn up but we need to transfer Incent immediately at point-of-sale. So it will have little effect except to smooth the market. Yes, although the Reserve cannot be considered in the same category as the rest because it does not get spent over time. It's simply to maintain liquidity in the short term.

Any roadmap available? Also are there any partnerships already in the making?
Roadmap is pretty straightforward. Token distribution at end of ico, integration with merchants and go-live at the start of 2017.
