C'est un peu ca le problème. Certes certains veulent pouvoir l'utiliser de façon (pseudo) anonyme (moi y compris) mais c'est pas le cas de tout le monde. Faut pas se leurrer, la majorité ne font que spéculer et considèrent la crypto-monnaie comme un investissement. Le jour ou Bitcoin descendra à 1€, ils en auront rien à faire. Ils auront quitté le marché bien avant et retourneront à leur Assurance Vie, les PEA, et autres leviers. Et peut être que dans 10 ans, ils auront complètement oublié ce que c'était que Bitcoin.
Chaque loi qui sort voulant réguler la crypto, est accueillie les bras ouvert et applaudie par la masse. "C'est super pour aider l'adoption" "Youpi!, on cherche à nous fliquer" "Houra, vouloir nos imposer! c'est trop cool, ca donne de la légitimité à la crypto!"

En plus, faut se rappeler qu'au début, ca leur passait même par la tête de vouloir interdire les cryptos. Mais par contre, lorsqu'il s'agit de collecter des impôts, finalement la crypto c'est bien! On va réguler tout ca!.

( 3 hours ago) One hour later, they add that someone else has restored the domain and has control of the website to scam people. The whois details haven't changed since 2021-10-15. Either the person has access to Mixersafer's account on Namecheap or something else, but if that's not, then Mixsafer could easily shut down the website by pointing the domain to another IP server. 1) C'est ce que l'on appelle une "change adress' (adresse de changement).
Pour faire une comparaison et mieux comprendre, c'est comme si tu allais au supermarché faire tes courses. A la caisse, tu en as pour 70€, tu donnes à la caissière un billet de 100€ parce que tu n'as que ca, et elle te rend la monnaie (30€). Ces 30€ représentent cette 'change adress', ou plutôt ce rendu de monnaie est rendu via cette adresse de changement.
Autrement dit après avoir effectué une transaction, au lieu de renvoyer les bitcoins restants à la même adresse, c'est envoyé automatiquement à une autre adresse de changement qui fait également partie de ton portefeuille Bitcoin. La monnaie restante ne quitte jamais ton wallet, mais elle se déplace vers une adresse différente.
2) Tu as effectué la transaction il y a ~3 heures, au vu de la mempool il faut au moins 14 sat/vB pour que la transaction soit confirmée sous ~6 heures au max. Ta transaction va l'être durant l'après midi (si ce n'est pas déjà fait).
3) Je n'utilise pas Trezor, mais tu devrais avoir une option RBF (Replace-by-fee), tout les wallets décents ont cette option (je pense). Ca te permet de remplacer une transaction non confirmée par une version différente qui paie des frais de transaction + élevés

On a beau dire que le marché BTC est cyclique, rappelez vous de 2018 avec la chute de +80%, il a fallu ensuite pas mal de mois pour se remettre, plus d'un an. Government simply could use service offered by those blockchain forensic companies though. It's more effective (and might be cheaper) than creating their own forensic from nothing.
I don't want to be a politician but a government shouldn't use a 3rd party to run government activity because that's something that can become harmful to the country's interests. It's not specific to the crypto sphere but for almost anything. We can see the result in The U.S. with the health system or more recently with the war in Ukraine (yes I take examples that are extreme)... Or European data sent to US servers and fuck people's privacy... Being too dependent on someone (person/company/country) can be detrimental to you and can even prevent your development. On the other side, I do agree with your point about the cost. It's surely cheaper to outside the job but developing your own infrastructure from scratch and exactly tailored to your need in the long term can be more rewarding. They have rather chosen this approach in our country and started 2 years ago by recruiting all kinds of specialists. People with real crypto expertise are so rare and in-demand that as you can imagine, they are extremely well paid. You have zero privacy when you use a CEX. Everyone knows that.

3 hops for something like an exchange, and 5 hops for something like a government (since a government has more resources) That's what is supposed to be but generally, it's the opposite. Most governments have fewer resources than companies using blockchain forensic companies. The number of hops was something Andreas was talking about in a video long ago, and he argumented. I'm too lazy to look what's the exact video but it should be a video about coinjoin or mixers As for blender.io, I was smelling something like this the last month but since the proof is only what matters and I didn't have... It won't be the last for sure but the persons running such service should anticipate before. It's all about being pro-active
That being said, I made once stupid mistake of sending coins mixed through CM directly to Bitstamp the mother and father of all KYC, nothing has happened yet, deposit and SEPA without a hiccup, so probably it's not yet such a big deal.
I did it so many times before with ChipMixer and Kraken and never got a single problem (but yeah I admit bitstamp is the whore of the KYC). I have probably never used the Kraken account for something else other than CM. Account 100% chipmixed and kraken were happy with me  |

Il faut acheter des bitcoins avec ton compte bancaire à quelqu'un qui est déjà vérifié. Ca peut ne pas marché si c'est une offre que tu as créée toi même étant donné que ca ne stop pas un compte non-vérifié de prendre ton offre. Il vaut mieux prendre une offre que dans créer une. De même tu peux etre verifié pour de l'EUR mais pas pour une autre devise (à chaque devise sa confirmation) |
