9941  Other / Serious discussion / Re: as idiots cry about 5G.. china is testing 6G on: November 16, 2020, 02:04:22 PM
they say 6g will be 95ghz-3thz

what i find funny is elons 'starlink' is only limited to 2ghz-30ghz. so its not future proof.
im not worried about the radio signals. as science and common sense deem it safe. but the real concern is the wasted amount of metal floating in space that will be defunct in 10-15 years

elon should have added extra tech to the starlink to future proof it.
atleast it might be a good light show when he takes them out of commission to burn up in the atmosphere. hope he does it in one day to make it a nice light show in 2035

to answer tvbcof..
dont know why your asking me. google has answers. try it. its how i find things out. i do the research
anyway:

why -90oF
when dealing with elements/substances at the nano level. they can be interfered with and break down very easily from simple things like light and room temperatire
so freezing them is kinda 'noise cancelling' out normal room temperature/light interference

the thing is. they knew of these temperature requirements in may-july. they had 6 months to do something
the other thing is for example the main governments take UK example they sidelined enough funds for 360mill doses for the 8 main candidates (8x40mill)
this again was public knowledge in july
the idea was to before any results were in. to have stockpiles ready.
but its november.. and no stockpile. no storage facility.

their hope now is to skip storage and just fit refrigerated trucks that pick up daily production and take it straight to doctors practices within 48 hours. and repeat repeat repeat. basically only allowing each practice to administer only so many a day where practices will have to fight over demand.

no vaccine for common cold
there are vaccines for common flu. and thats the seasonal flu jab
but the common cold attacks the body in a different way and is so varied they cant create a identifier safe pathogen that will help trigger your immune systems response long term

its kind of like having road rules for cars but then saying 'well cyclists dont have these rules so cars shouldnt have rules'
sorry they are two different things and cyclists dont have licence plates to easily identify a bad rider to then punish them

it becomes common after multiple seasons where it has varied so much that its hard to identify any single varient that is spreading
you can usually spot the difference because a common cold has been around so long that the bodies first defense in the nose and mouth are triggered (runny nose and flemmy mouth coughs)
new viruses are soo new the bodies first defense doesnt recognise it. so no runny nose. thus less removeal at the entrance to the body.

technocrisy
i dont fear technology. i dont fear science..i dont fear vaccines. but when private capitalist companies exagerate science to make:
people have hope 6 months before theres a chance.
claims that affect share prices before actually helping a single person

i dont fear calling out media stories if they are exagerating things. but i also call out idiots making conspiracy
i try to stick to the facts no matter what side they lean

darwins law
i understand you think people should die naturally. but my opinion is if there is ways to improve peoples lives and let them live happily and longer by not being killed off by bad luck.
EG if 100people are 90yo. and 3 dies due to bad luck of getting covid. thats got nothing to do with 'oh well their 90 they should die' its 'they could have lived along with the other people of their age if covid was not involved.

100 years ago the average life expectancy was 45..
so when you reach 45.. should you suicide yourself because you expired passed the 'natural' un healthcare life expectancy? i know sarcastically you will say you would volunteer to kill yourself. but deep down your happy to expect to live to 85+

9943  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Covid vaccine: First 'milestone' vaccine offers 90% protection on: November 16, 2020, 12:13:01 PM
the pfizer/biontech vaccine wanted to release results with only 94 exposures .. mhm 94 out of 44000
moderna just releast results at 54 exposures.. mhm 54 of 30000

but here is the funny. in as early as july america/UK said that they will be paying out money upfront to mass produce many millions of each candidate vaccine 'just incase' one passes tests to then have stocks ready an waiting to then give to people when its ready to give to people

well in both cases no mass doses are stockpiled.
pfizer is saying 1month just to have a few million of the 40mill the UK ordered
if i ordered 40mill in july.. i would want them to be produced already. and jsut waiting in refrigerators
yet as of this week they are saying they dont even have the refrigerators let alone the stockpiles

..
but anyways these preliminary results are small scale initial findings. and not what any science would call final victory results worthy of enabling a safety certificate for mass population injecting

they can be used to atleast get the ball rolling to show its worthy of mass producing thus accepting government money to mass produce and thus start the profit train of share prices. but dont expect things to be back to normal and herd vaccinated before summer 2021

i am provaccine. but these results are just too small scale to even think of telling my elderly parents they should rush to get first in line. for now im prefering to tell them to hold off a lil longer and wait for more results in spring-summer results before deciding

"Big Gretch" is trending by a bunch of brain dead twitter leftist because apparently, they think it is empowering and courageous to implement state wide lockdowns. Read through some of these tweets under the hashtag if you want to lose brain cells. Leftist are praising the Governor of Michigan because she is closing down high schools/colleges, gyms, in door dining, ect.

There isn't any significant scientific evidence that COVID-19 spread is going on at schools, yet this useless Governor is halting in class learning. She is shutting down colleges as well, despite the college aged crowd having a mortality rate of <.1%

reduce the spread now in november. or suffer even more in december.
by this i mean even stronger restrictions in december = cancel christmas if nothing done now

gyfts you say there isnt any evidence
https://www.michigan.gov/coronavirus/0,9753,7-406-98163_98173_102480---,00.html
ill summerise it, as it seems your afraid to click links and check sites
as of 9th november 49 schools have an outbreak(there is a table listing them as 'new outbreaks')
in the last few weeks prior there is more(i cant be assed to count them)
but the point is. yep schools are spreaders

by this it shows every week there have been outbreaks affecting many schools

i know your an adult but ill pretend that your concerned emotionally about schools because you have kids.
so you must know even if kids dont die. they are still runny nosed snotty coughing cesspits of bugs and nasties. every parent always has spare tissues handy to clean up their kids

so if you think that kids need to die to be spreaders. maybe you need to re-assess your 'science'
kids care less about hygiene. teenagers bathrooms and bedrooms are evidence of that.
they dont even do their own laundry. so just think of the lack of respect they have for hygiene

you will realise shutting down schools and gyms for 3 weeks now my help get infection numbers down. (nothing to do with death) but getting infection rate down. thus less spread to pass onto weak immune people in december. meaning less need to shut down in december. meaning happy christmas

i think it's just the same crap we heard multiple times from Russia and the US, but it's still better than the drug they tried in Brazil that resulted in
a death of a volunteer, let's just hope for the best, we can't do anything about it, it's in their hands.

But Pfizer and biontech are both listed companies, both of them need to accept other forms of supervision than the Russian government. I don't think it's possible to say you have a vaccine which doesn't actually work. Just look at the large number of investors in the companies. The stock prices made insane jumps. Imagine it's just a hoax, they could be sued for billions probably by investors. And Pfizer is such a huge company with so many different divisions.

they have stated facts. that out of 95 that got infected 90% are in placebo group and 10% in vaccine group . so them saying they seen a 90% better result in the vaccine group. is accurate

however its only 95 people being exposed to covid out of 44000. so its too early to tell

its like funding 2 groups of students totalling 44000 student to have scholarships
only 95 people have had midterm exams. where its 85fail rate in one group and 9 in another group

far to soon to be saying 'every scholorship will have 90% better results than other group at final exams'

id prefer to wait for a few thousand in each group to have been exposed to covid.
and not base 44k on just 95 results

they do say 'preliminary.intermediary results' so legally they are covered. but the way media and press grab it and exagerate it as a final exams instead of just midterms. just means media are not stating the facts

media is also saying people will get vaccines in december
but the pfizer/biontech guys are saying if people get the vaccine to any high herd amount then things might start getting back to normal by winter 2021. but wont be any noticable change in spring-summer 2021
9946  Other / Politics & Society / Re: CorronavirusVaccine rumours debunked: vaccine 'Altered DNA' claims on: November 15, 2020, 03:37:20 PM
it does not tamper with DNA
its not even DNA
its not even the RNA from the nucleus of the virus(the replication element of a virus)
its the protein from the outer shell (the spike protein)

the virus:
imagine your cell like a door that opens to facial recognition of a ginger female. where a house-theif is a ginger female that wants to break in to give birth on your nice rug.. to triplet ginger babies
usually the security will eventually detect its not the house owner and call the police in. but its too late their doing damage before the cops call. now theres 4 unwanted guests in the house and your rug is ruined

the vaccine
is not a different ginger that can rebuild the house in a diferent design. nor do any damage. nor not pregnant. its instead just a photocopy of a face with ginger hair. yep paper cant do damage. so your body learns that face print. and next time it sees the face print it doesnt let them in. and calls the cops while the unwanted guest is still at the door

it does not redesign dna
it instead adds to the database of whats allowed/not allowed. so that next time it can ban/remove unwanted visitors faster, much faster than learning the hard way via the virus intrusion
9947  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Covid vaccine: First 'milestone' vaccine offers 90% protection on: November 15, 2020, 03:19:27 PM
Since the PCR test suggests that cases are going up, up, up... but since the deaths are going down, down, down... the PCR test is shown to be the wrong thing, or else Covid isn't all that dangerous.

end of september-start of october had ~700 deaths a day
mid-late october seen 900
start of november seen 1000
mid november is at 1400

here is the thing there is a 2-4 week delay from someone getting covid vs when they die
so while october had only ~60k infection test results. november had 180k
meaning deaths will surpass 1.8k a day.

yep death stats are on the rise
but the sudden covid positive 3x in the last 2weeks means a 3x expectation of deaths in december
emphasis december.. because people dont die instantly

funny how you think deaths are going down..
maybe your stuck reading conspiracy propaganda from May

wake up its november
9948  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Covid vaccine: First 'milestone' vaccine offers 90% protection on: November 14, 2020, 09:19:02 PM
The test on which this was based was some 43,000 people. The results were based on only 94 people. And these people could have been located anywhere in the world since Pfizer has tests going in about 150 countries. This means that nobody knows if the results of 94 people might match YOU or not. In addition, there are no long-term results.

The test is a big scam. 94 people matching billions of people in the world? No long-term results? What a joke! But you are convinced, right? Cheesy

Cool

you have no clue. there is no 'might match you'

its 44k with 22k having vaccine and 22k having a placebo
out of the whole group so far only 94 people have been exposed to covid. where 85 are the placebo group

it simply means the HOPE that the vaccine group is better because they only had 9 exposures. meaning the HOPE is that there were more but the vaccine dealt with it quick and easy

but this is not 100% science of knowing ~95 on each side had it or purposefully exposed

it can simply be that out of the 2 groups. the placebo group took more risks and gathered more and loitered more to have more people get covid.

its still too early
personally id rather see 11k+ of each 22k put into high risk proximity of sick people. and have them get it and see that a vaccine has a nice high % of asymptomatics in the vaccine group far higher then the placebo group

9949  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Covid vaccine: First 'milestone' vaccine offers 90% protection on: November 14, 2020, 08:08:04 PM
badecker. you fully know there are area's full of idiots that ignore the small advisory things.
then more cases happen due to the ignorance.
then the advisories end up having to get stronger. and some still ignore it
then people get peed off with following it for so long and not see it getting better so they take risks

it then gets to a point where something really has to be done to try to get people to not loiter around others, not gather when they are infected.

the PCR test is more accurate and can pick up covid by day 2. but people are only able to take the test when they have symptoms or been told they been in contact within 5 days. and they dont take the test until the following day and dont get results until the day after that.

this means if someone is infected on day 0 and starts getting symptoms on day 5 they wont be told to stay home until day 7 meaning with it being infectious to other people on day 3. means thats 4 days of people still gathering and loitering

the 'quick'/rapid test. will pick up the virus on day 3,, an tell peopel results same day meaning there is only a 1 day risk of them passing it on.. far better than 4day risk of other slower test

however it only really works great if people have a rapid test 2 times a week. every week so they can be isolated quickly to reduce the risk of passing it on

if this works. then they can cut the infection spread down dramatically within days/weeks rather then months
and by getting the spread down. then the restrictions can be relaxec

so here is the point for once actually think about following the rules and get people you know to follow the rules too. and you will find the combined effort of you and others limiting the spread risk. you wil find the restriction rules being relaxed sooner

the more your community ignore the rules and protests the rules. the longer the rules will be in force
9950  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Latest allegations against Trump seems to be false in my opinion. on: November 12, 2020, 07:47:06 PM
trump knows many people in the military are abroad so could not vote in person. so by trump trying to get the mail-in/absentee votes declared as void/fraud. he is literally saying he does not care about military votes.

the mail in votes from instate people (disabled) arrive through the post within 2 days. so they got counted although trump half assed tried to get them excluded also.
but trump is really pushing for ones that arrive after 3-14 days after election day.. but these are held up in the mail system due to them coming from other countries. meaning they are military personnel..

so he is directly trying to get laws to get military votes disposed of

ok lets clear up the inaccuracies

1. the pfizer vaccine is not taking the rna of the neucleus(central part that tells a cell what to replicate)
2. the pfizer vaccine is taking rna from the spikey shell that 'knocks on door' of a cell asking to be let in
3. the 90% is not 90% of all 22k vaccine participants

the 90% is based on this
44k total participants .. 22k had the vaccine 22k had a placeblo
out of all 44k so far only ~95 people then got covid. where ~85 were in the placebo group and 9 were in the vaccine group
Do you mean 100 were initially for sure exposed to covid in sufficient dose to certainly infect non vaccinated people?
Maybe better to have dosed the entire sample with covid and see the difference?

pfizer/biontech were not giving people the vaccine/placebo. and then later giving people covid
instead they give the vaccine/placebo and tell the participants to go away and do normal life stuff and if the participants then get covid in their normal lives. tell the trial about it.
so far only 94 people have been exposed to covid in their normal lives and when biontech look at which groups those 94 fall into they found 9 in the vaccine group and 85 in the placebo group

meaning 21.9k from each group have yet to be exposed.
meaning less than 0.05% exposure rate
meaning to soon to be of an international indicator for advocating its good for billions of people to take

..
im all for vaccines. but so far its too soon to call it

but these numbers are based on only 100 of the 44k being exposed to covid. meaning its too early to actually know

awww isnt it cute. when you see someone on a bitcoin forum that is crying about fiat.

when the day comes that the op realises that governments can make a law to freeze interest rates and lower the inflation rate % and then just print more fiat at no cost to spin themselves out of debt.

when the day comes that the op realises that governments can make a law to just write off their debt

when the day comes that the op realises that governments can make a law to devalue government bank account fiat, while having the laws clause that it doesnt devalue consumer fiat.

then and only then will he realise that national debt is of meaningless numbers.

imagine you print your own monopoly money.you invite neighbours into YOUR GAME. you can change the rules of the game. and if they dont like it. well tell them you may not have $500 monopoly money. but if you give them a coupon for mcdonalds will they write off the debt

i have younger relatives, they never played monopoly before so they didnt know the rules. and the fun thing was. when they got in debt. they were doing soo many surprising things. swapping lego, pledging to do each others chores.
once you realise fiat is the governments game and the government can change the rules for their own game. you stop caring about fiat government debt

how about accept defeat. especially when its defeat within your own initial rules

spendulus. can you put your trump loyalist hat to the side. and actual just go on a reality check mission for 10 minutes

only trump has been trying to interfere with counts
1. trying to get random fangirls to be allowed inside the building even if they are not the official observers.
2. pretending ther were no official observers inside.. but later having trumps lawyers have to admit that official observers were in the building
3. trying to get some state not to count some votes
4. trying to get some state not to count votes before a certain time or after a certain time
5. trump was first to claim he won. way before the main majority of counts were in
6. trump seen some states were in bidens favour and trump claimed them as a win for him

biden however told people to be patient
the only reason why the 'projections' are now default wins are when say biden is 40k votes ahead and there are only say 20k ballots left to count. by which even if all 20k had trump vote. its still wont change the totals
as even if they wait till the end trump would be 20k behind still at minimum

i know you wanted trump to win. but its obvious he wont win. so just chill out on any claims that trump has won, will win.. and accept its over. time to accept the reality.
9958  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Retirement! on: November 09, 2020, 02:14:09 PM
30 years before retirement. plan what expenses you want to have at retirement and review it every 5 years.. your desires might change. but still best to plan early
if your the adventurous type thats want monthly vacations(cruises)/tours/hikes then plan that in. if your just a gardener and just want to pay the bills thats fine too. but plan for it

make sure you have atleast 25 years of free life living costs available
you may think you retire at 65. and governments think average life expectancy is 75. but dont expect only 10 years of life at retirement plan for more.if you have 25 years of spending but only expect to live 10. then thats a very nice 2.5x lifestyle you can squeeze in. but if you plan on 10 years spending but live 25 years. well your gonna have a miserable penny pinching life for 15 years.

if your in a country where you have to pay for healthcare(capitalist greed) then get on a healthcare plan that covers ALL incidentals. you dont want retirement to be a fight between choosing to eat or get medication.

..
in the final 5 years of work start thinking of what kind of life you want.
many people live near their work place. but at retirement you might want to ive near family or live near a good scenary or close to shops that have easy access.

yes farmers might want to live hundreds of miles away from civilisation. but if your frail and old and need daily care you might want to live closer to a town with medical care but still has good scenary.

never trust/hope you can afford a nice life at retirement. actually look/check/plan for it.
9959  Other / Politics & Society / the pfizer + german vaccine interime results on: November 09, 2020, 01:36:30 PM
it says so far passed the safety tests.
it says so far 90% effective

lets explain

out of 44k people on trial 22k are ones with vaccine and 22k are placebo
at this mile stone they had 94 infections noted.
but ~85 were in the placebo group and ~9 were in the vaccinated group
so they say its 90% effective because of the ratio of vaccine:placebo infection rate

its still too early to say that the other 21,990 are actually protected by the vaccine. or just been lucky enough to have not been near weird face lickers who were sick and pass it to them

they want to start a trial in january+ where people are actually put in proximity of sick people/given the active virus to see if the vaccine does protect the other 21.9k

emphasis: so far results are still not clear if its actually working or if people just are not hanging around sick people
all they can establish is so far of the numbers getting sick in the placebo group from normal life and coming into contact.. the vaccine group have had 90% less sickness

but yea only 94 infections in both groups out of 44k participants in both groups.. is just too early to be definitive
