even those beleiving in god.
yes the invention of god was done to have something to shift blame towards so that people can obsolve their own guilt and not be as stressed with things in their life.
yes part of it is to not worry about things you cant change because you just pass it onto 'god' to do the worrying.
..but to later seek out his wisdom/action for solutions. will just leave you waiting. he is a silent entity afterall

dont rely on others to solve your problems for you.
find your own solutions
9322  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NYC renters owe landlords owe more then $1 Billion in unpaid rent on: January 19, 2021, 07:42:49 AM
It’d be a lot easier to ignore a big management company with hundreds of apartments and tell them to pound sand. But not as easy to ignore the retired guy who you know relies on this money.

morally yes.. but practically..no
legally the management companies have policies and processes in place to find many ways to get rid of tenants or atleast file claims to get direct payments from benefits/employer.
where as a single private landlord would have more costs involved to start filing claims against a tenant and a lengthier process.

this is why organisational renting actually do evict people in normal times within 3 months. yet single landlords usually try to file claims after the 5-9th month.

organised landlords have processes and are not sympathetic to circumstances. but single landlordsa become more sympathetic and give the benefit of doubt to their tenants.

in the UK an local housing association/real estate management company/council would have filed a claim for under £50 to get direct payments from benefits/employer and thus now happily getting rent.
yep UK council house tenants are paying rent direct or indirectly.
but single private landlords are left waiting months where they just wait until the debt becomes too big to foresee it getting paid before they start the claims process for eviction. which is now delayed

so what tvbcof is basically saying is he hates china but will get one of their vaccines even with all the adjuvents if its the inactivated virus form....
what he means is he is happy to take the british inactivated virus(oxford AZ) vaccine

so. there we have it. drama over

55 people died after receiving the covid vaccine in the US.

11.3 per mil severe adverse reaction rate 0.00113%
5.5 per mil died 0.00055%
^based in your post

covid death rate over 1%
meaning vaccine is 2000x safer from risk of death than covid

10mill had vaccine and only 55 deaths you say
well out o 10mill covid cases there is way more than 55 deaths
9325  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tech Giants are setting dangerous precedents, and society is at risk. on: January 18, 2021, 09:03:17 PM
its sounding more like
Not enough for the court to convict. The laws, precedents and the like are pretty specific and in fact when it comes to political speech it's very forgiving. You can be all emotional about it, view it based on the outcome as opposed to what it was, a political speech full of rhetoric etc. You can wish it were so because you hate the guy, but it's not.

but again. social media is not a public service owned by government. its a private business
a business can set its own policies as their private service is not a fundemental right.

in short it does not need a court case to judge the validity of a ban. if they want to ban. they can

including amnesty to illegal immigrants

america. the country of descendants of migrants.. that seem to hate migrants.
hey if you dont want people coming into america. then lock yourself in and have no escape. because if other countries had american attitudes about america then america would become a prison camp.

seems trumpettes dont believe in freedom and liberty

"you cant control the uncontrollable"
"dont obsess about the things you cant change"
"stop worrying about the problem, solve the solution"
"if you dont try, you will always fail.. so just try"
9328  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tech Giants are setting dangerous precedents, and society is at risk. on: January 18, 2021, 03:25:12 AM
its simple. if their message can cause other people harm, breaks of the law

EG. 1. badecker: 'dont try this yourself, but i just drank bleach'
EG. 2: badecker: 'i just drank bleach, you should try it too'

number 1 is just proving he is an idiot
number 2 is the obvious comment that can lead to harming others... thus ban

for me it doesnt need a psychiartists evaluation.. i dont deem everyone that says silly things as an idiot. but you can easily spot the real idiots that say really harmful idiotic things just by reading their comment and using common sense. so i declare the real obvious idiots as idiots.

the other posts that just say silly non harmful things. i have other names for them

9330  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 25th Amendment after Trump supporters riot in the Capital on: January 18, 2021, 02:48:12 AM
^^^ And not only that. But there are 30,000 troops surrounding the capitol to protect Biden from Trump patriots. But Biden wants them to be disarmed, because he is afraid they will assassinate him on behalf of Trump. Take their guns away so that a million Trump supporters can run them over and squash Biden?

Who ever heard of 30,000 troops being stationed at the capitol for an inauguration? Did something like this happen anywhere from 1900 to the present? There's something else going on. Disarming troops wouldn't prevent them from assassinating Biden if that's what they wanted to do.

Is Biden afraid that they might not let his Antifa and BLM troops stop his arrest by MPs for - get this - breaking his oath of office by swearing it? How could he break it by swearing it? Because his (and Obama's) foreign money transactions don't allow him to hold Federal office, according to Title 15, for enriching family members (Hunter) through foreign transactions, as well as bribing foreign governments by threatening to withhold money unless demands were met. http://themillenniumreport.com/2020/08/united-states-code-joe-biden-is-permanently-disqualified-from-holding-any-public-office-in-the-u-s-federal-government/

So you see? Legally Biden absolutely can't hold federal office of any sort. I wonder if that includes Federal dog catcher, or Federal garbage collector?

Cool

threatening an international organisation with not paying them unless they up their game.. is a crime??
well trump threatening WHO with not paying them unless them unless they up their game, must make trump a criminal
9331  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you guys think about MOVIE-TV politics?? on: January 18, 2021, 02:15:27 AM
i got no issues with couples making out whether they are same sex or not.
my issues are if the sci-fi TV show is 43minutes per episode but every episode of a category of action/sci-fi, is in the ratio of:
30minutes of relationship highlighting their sexuality and existential crises of their sexuality.
13 minutes of sci-fi action

then they should atleast re categorise is as sci-fi drama/sci-fi romcom/sci-fi romance
9332  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are they above the Law ? on: January 18, 2021, 02:05:33 AM
Here's why they appear to be above the law >>> They haven't been accused of wrongdoing according to law that is effective for adjudicating them guilty.

Nobody has accused them of wrongdoing by the ways that can get them, and they are careful to not place themselves into a position where they do any of the wrong.

Sure, we can all see that they talk a bunch of bad things, but if they don't threaten anybody directly... freedom of speech without litigation for it. This is the way it is for all of us. How many times have we said things to friends, or at the bar, or at church, or at political meetings, or in small outings, that were negative about somebody, maybe a public figure? Yet we weren't prosecuted, because of freedom of speech, and because we could not be connected to doing anything wrong or bad ot illegal against anybody.

Same with those jokers in government. Everything they do is legal in ways that we can't hold them liable for. But if they are acting illegally against any one of us, why are we not taking them to court on it? The way to take them to court is according to the law.

and there we have it
first badecker admits other presidents are smarter then trump

but then badecker admits if a president is caught where his words cause a negative action. then they should be impeached.

and so whenjust hours before something bad happened. trump was saying things that would cause it to happen.
other presidents say things but hours later things dont occur. so no crime.

take trumps 'liberate your state' last year. and hours later riots occured and national guard had to be called in. a clear sign of trump ordering the riot because the riot happened in his name due to him asking his supporters to do it.

take trumps 'stop the steal' 'fight' 'we are strong' 'lets descend onto capital hill' then hours later the capital hill chaos. again direct link.

so thank you badecker you have just said you want trump impeached
9333  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 25th Amendment after Trump supporters riot in the Capital on: January 17, 2021, 09:16:20 PM
apart from the fact that those identified are trumpettes.
even the woman who died trying to break through the door was a trumpette

however. trump has now dis-associated himself from his trumpettes and so that does not make them now leftists.. it makes them limboists. they are in limbo without an influencer. they are stuck in the realm of having no leader to support and idolise

trump wants trouble he wants drama he wants chaos but wont take responsibility for it
lesson learned last year during his 'liberate your state' which he then called the national guard in against his own trumpettes.
they should have learned then. they should learn now. following him is not a good idea
9334  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: January 17, 2021, 07:40:00 PM
Just to change the subject here.

Has anyone read this news lately? - https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-01-16/norway-vaccine-fatalities-among-people-75-and-older-rise-to-29

Guess, not all people can really accept the covid vaccine shot. It depends on your body. Elderly people are vulnerable especially those with already underlying health conditions. Considering that is already Pfizer. So for me, not gonna get this shot for as long as I can. Will wait for more feedbacks about these vaccines.

again. public information has been around for ages that certain groups of very frail and also those with certain conditions(allergies, anticuagulation issues, immuno surpressed, etc) should not have the vaccine.

in norway they done 20,000 vaccinations and some of those were already terminally ill.
usually i would have thought of the balance of risk/benefit where someone that only has 6-12 months to live anyway wont be on balance a benefit to be vaccinated. kind of a waste of a dose if i put morals aside..

but it seems norway still offered it and families acceptance to have their frail relative to take it was given.
they obviously dont want to make it sound like the families didnt make good judgement calls so its not presented as such. instead they just mention the frailty of those that died

it must be said that the life expectancy of those 80+ is under 99% per year. meaning more then 1% of those over 80 will die that year

if you average a 700k population per 10year age group(pretty stable up to 69)
its down to 480k by 70-80 and 230k for 80+
meaning that (700-480)220k die in their 70's(31%(3.1% a year)
then in 80+ the (480k-220) 250k die
this means over 52% of that age bracket die in their 80's meaning 5.2% death rate per year
(25k deaths a year in the 80's:-480 per week)

ye they actually mentioned the 'around 400 die a week anyway' part. so thought its worth mentioning in more detail

knowing there is a 5.2% risk of death per year in this age group. or 0.1% (1per 1k) each week
then having 20k vaccinations would see separately 20deaths due to their natural frailty who would have died anyway based on stats.

..
before writing this post and doing the maths. i was sceptical about the asscertains too. but i ran the math and used stats of the population demography of norway. and the numbers add up

yep 1in 1k die per week anyways whether vaccinated or not
9335  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tech Giants are setting dangerous precedents, and society is at risk. on: January 17, 2021, 06:25:39 PM
As for the whole narrative that Trump incited the riots. Given the actual law when it comes to free speech, the precedent, what he actually said in the entire speech like 1/3 of the way through saying they were going to walk over there and peacefully protest (which the left media does not play in their outrage clips), and his tweets during it, I'm pretty confident the courts would ultimately find him not guilty. Watched a video from a left wing lawyer who really has nothing good to say about Trump, but he tends to agree as well so take it for what it is.

if i waffle for 15minutes and then say lets go to a bar for a casual beer and just be calm. .. and then spend the next 45 minutes raising the tension that i have a point which i will not back down from. a point i 'will not concede' and i will 'fight' for my point. saying 'we are strong and they are weak' and that i will be so addiment about my point that i will will 'stop the steal' of my beer in any way i can.

oh and also if i hired a guy to also tell people to fight multiple times.. and as part of the 1 hour waffle im saying im proud of my speaker for being brave to have spoke about fighting..

suddenly its no longer a peaceful meetup. its sounding more like a threat that theres going to be a fight at the bar
9336  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: January 17, 2021, 09:57:13 AM
Base on my understanding regarding the results and findings of Covid's effect, Covid is never been deadly, yet it weakens the immune system. As the immune system weakens, any kind of disease or virus the patient already has will be strengthened, thus results in deaths or complications. You are very off, if you misunderstood every finding you can see in the surface of the web.

covid is deadly. it causes pneumonia that suffocates you. it causes your immune reponse to trigger in a big battle against the virus so  much so if your body is less than perfect it will put excess strain on your body..

for instance people dying due to gunshot actually die due to shock/loss of blood or brain damage. so although the bullet triggered the chaos of symptoms after, the final symptom of death is never 'bullet' but instead things like heart failure, blood lose, etc.
badecker would denie bullets kill and instead that going to hospital kills because thats where gunshot victims end up before death and his illogic only sees the hospital as the causal link. not the bullet
but if you look at what triggered the symptoms the causal link is the bullet/covid
meaning if they were not shot they would not have died
meaning if they dint get covid they would not have died

same goes for the woman that followed trumps advice to go to capitol hill and enter it. if she didnt go she would not have been shot. thus trump was part of the cause that led to her death by gunshot

Chinese troops stationed on the border of the USA? How's the chemtrails on North border States? In AZ, they are bad again.

There are no chemtrails on the China-US border.

dont worry about badecker. he thinks arizona is a separate state away from mainland america.
one day he will realise that he is not in hawaii and instead closer to being a mid state in the no mans land between socialist california and capitalist newyork

if you seen how much effort was put in to making the euro-tunnel which is only 20 miles long and under shallow waters..(<60m)
to tunnel under the great depths of the atlantic to get from NY to london is a massive bigger(>700m) problem that has not been solved yet.

yes in the future LA to NYC might have a tunnel underground that can allow high speed transport in under half an hour. but thats still a future plan. and thats underground not under ocean

elon musks 'boring company' is in plans for long distance cheap tunnelling. but there is no current 'labrinth' of tunnels and there is no hollow earth.

maybe you need to learn words such as lava/magma. that prevent tunnelling antipodes of the world..
EG from madrid to new zealand will cause magma burns that no drilling can survive
9340  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Covid lessons learned on: January 17, 2021, 01:38:17 AM
A politician will never consider adverse affects of a lockdown because their solution to COVID is one dimensional. Plus, I imagine they don't want the political baggage of being the politician to not lockdown with a rising number of deaths.

politicians dont want lockdowns. they want economic growth.. its how they get paid.
its why trump/boris/merkle delayed action until march
the issue is that they have legal responsibility of their citizens. and when they have 3 groups of people advising them.. health, business, treasury

its the business/treasury that cause lockdowns to be implemented half-assed. thus causing lockdowns to last 3-5 months instead of 4 weeks.
and then relaxing the lockdowns too fast from half-assed to no-assed to stimulate the business/treasury desires even more causes the health advisers to call in new lockdowns when hospital attendances start rising quick again

its the difference of the health advisers being the bathtub drain.but the treasury/business advisers being the plug
instead of emptying the tub and getting rid of the water. they wanted to keep some amount of water in the tub to create waves.
..
if trump/boris/merkle reacted in january and just stopped all flights. didnt do any repatriation flights. no domestic no international flights. and just paid out everyone for a proper stay where you are 3 month lockdown. this could have got the cases right down.

Australasian countries done a better job the western countries

..
if there is ever a pandemic next time. its better to pay people stimulus of 3x for 2 months.where people can enjoy staying home

than to pay 0.5x for 12 months where people avoid staying home because 0.5x a month just aint enough to survive on
