You do not catch a disease.

you catch a pathogen (virus) that causes/triggers a disease(symptoms)

seems your trying to use grammar to pretend there is no virus or no disease.. truth is your word play cant make reality disappear. it just makes your thoughts look stupid
9102  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Valentine’s Day love feast and what it means to you?! on: February 15, 2021, 01:18:09 AM
Cute lil corporate holiday that Hallmark pushed to sell more cards and it stuck.

Not really sure how some people think of this as a holiday to go crazy overboard for, but it is still a nice way to show your love and appreciation for your significant other.

Doesn’t take away from the fact that the origins of Valentines day was a way for a company to make a ton of money, but that also does not take away from the genuine love that is shown during this day. Hope yall have a happy Valentines Day!

yep hallmark wants year round events to get people en-masse to buy more things. they cant just rely on random birthdays which cant really predict how much bulk they will need month to month. so they instead want to concentrate on making certain events super special to get bulk sales, far beyond the scales birthdays can offer

every 6-8 weeks is a new special occassion.
newyear...  valentines... easter.. mother day(us) independance day.. labour day.. thanks giving

this allows them to have 6-8 weeks to manufacture and prepare the next bi-monthly celebration
there are some other more minor celebrations they are trying to push. but they are not putting in the effort as they like the 6-8 week gapped events to prepare.

that said they didnt invent these events. they just promoted them to the extremes to raise their importance for profit reasons

EG in the Uk . if it wasnt for consumerism. bonfire night would not be a big deal, same for halloween.

..
so forget the consumerist promotion stuff
valentines is for single people to find a partner with less consequences that day
if you already have a partner. love them all year round

badecker seems to be on his 'court' rant by using court buzzwords and freeman court games. without understanding a single thing.

but badecker also uses his god 'papers' when his conspiracy and court rants fail him.
and so breaking an oath under god only results in punishment of feeding 10 people
they are not making an oath under court rules. their promise is not to a judge. its to a bible

yep oaths of office are not done in a courtroom, and the requested witness to the oath is not a court judge
so while badecker thinks a oath of office is a court based oath. its not.

anyway sticking with the topic
seems the representatives of government can make new rules personally and collectively. but the push the blame/responsibility to a empty entity they represent. and if anyone tried to hold a representative in office accountable those representatives have many loopholes.

however if you want a new law. dont push it to the entity. push it to the representatives, they may ignore it and say its not their responsibility. but atleast you will get an answer.

its like if you are religious, but homeless.
praying to god wont get you shelter. instead going to the church and praying to the representative(priest, vicar, pastor) to find you shelter.will result in them giving you shelter 'in gods name'

badecker wants people to believe the only way to get action is to seek the empty entity and demand the empty entity makes an appearance..
badecker does not know how the real world works

so if you want change. speak to the representatives as they have the power and office and ability to do the changes. even if they dont want to admit it.

Good luck for we are free from coronavirus a lot of part. Now maximum people have to get ride from this virus so bless to God.But we should be aware of this too.May be it’s the biggest challenge to Against Corona and luckily we can get ride of this.
We are not free from corona virus until 70% people take vaccine. We might be free from corona virus when 70% people will take vaccine for 2nd time. And I think it is long farr. It may take about or more than a year. So, we are still on too much risk for corona virus.

We won't be free from Covid by taking a vaccine. Why not? Vaccines weaken our immune systems. Covid will only get worse, even if it is in a different way. And we will become susceptible to all kinds of other things and viruses.

Simplest way to beat Covid is to take larger amounts of Vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc.

Cool

the hydroxychloroquine and budesonide that YOU advertise weakens the immune system. they dampen the immune response as part of their known feature

a vaccine in an arm muscles does not dampen the immune response. it actually trigger the immune response

seems they voted against impeachment under the presumption that he cant be impeached because he is not a sitting officer.

Whatever reasons were given are irrelevant. Beneath it all, this was simply the usual voting along party lines. Predictable and depressing.

it shows republicans fear their own bosses more than the citizens. it shows republicans are not interested in the health and safety and wishes of citizens. and only puppet what their leaders want.

im stil shocked trump even has loyalists still. even when it has been shown time and time again after he has used his puppets. when they get in trouble for following him. he just steps back and denounces any association to them. leaving them alone to take the flack for his wishes
9106  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: February 14, 2021, 01:19:36 PM
DNR patients should be treated unless they are in need to be resuscitate, it is in the medical books and should be followed by any practitioners. Disregarding this medical laws can lead to the banishment of their license, so probably they were treated, just that it is not enough to make the patients alive factoring their age as a major concern.

without knowing the specifics of each residents bespoke personal care plan. we cant judge.
yes im too of the belief that if all thats signed is a DNR then other medical interventions should be used.
but it could be a case of care plans noting:
only provide pain relief and no oxygen therapy.
only treatments available to residential care(avoid hospital treatment and only offer palliative care)

or the situation is of gross misconduct in residents care of those having reactions..

but speaking about prior to vacinations:
residential homes should know all about their residents ailments and allergies and should have listed which residents should not receive the vaccine.

i know on the balance of risks it is a complicated decision about the risks of getting covid due to no vaccine or getting adverse reaction due to vaccine for the certain few that are allergic to things.
but decisions should be made. or atleast have reports show that the decision to give it to a frail person was on the bases of risk management of vaccine less harmful than covid. where the result was just bad luck of the odds.. and not some gross misconduct situation of just jabbing everyone without concern
9107  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: February 14, 2021, 12:38:28 PM
This incident, according to article, is pretty much not a consented vaccination done to the elderlies. "no detailed information about the novelty of this mRNA vaccine which has only conditionally been certified in the European Union have been provided." therefore this is some kind of unlawful incident that results to deaths, and should be dealt with by the police, though it seem that military was involve in this incident.

comirnarty is the brand name of the pfizer/biontech vaccine.
calling the vaccine BNT162b2 just doesnt roll off the tongue

from my reading of the article.
it suggests the elderly that did have adverse reactions were monitored but not given any medical intervention to help treat the adverse symptoms.

i guess this is another flaw in:
giving vaccines to people at risk of reactions
not giving medical care to those on DNR and just letting them fade away

in the UK they seem to be doing a good job of actually refusing to give it to patients where the vaccine would have adverse effect. EG known allergies.
guess germany needs to be more cautious of who they give it to. EG people with known allergies
and also get residential homes to actually intervene more medically if frail people get more frail. and not let them just 'come to terms with their impending death' even if they are on DNR. atleast treat the symptoms that are causing pain/strain/rashes

9109  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Valentine’s Day love fist and what it means to you?! on: February 14, 2021, 11:02:52 AM
some culture see valentines day as not a forced celebration of love.
but as
a day of opening up a discussion of love.
a day non-partners to find partners

put it this way. cultures are moving into a era where admitting you find a female attractive is seen as sexual harassment even with just a single hint/conversation.
however on valentines day it gives ugly people a one day pass and the confidence to admit their crushes without fear of accusation of harassment

EG if 50 guys in a workplace admired a certain woman. and each week they individually picked a week to ask her out on a date. by the end of the year she would be filing sexual harassment in the workplace claims to HR.
however if she received 50 'be my valentines' cards on one day. no sexual harassment claim. and she would just bin the cards she didnt want to respond to.
..
its much like the established sentiment that woman can only ask the men for marriage on a leap year day.. valentines day is becoming an era where men can only show their romantic interest in a non-partner, one day a year.

..
i feel valentines days purpose is to give single people a special day to find new love without consequence
..
it appears the 'dark history' of valentines seems to confirm. its was a 1-3 day where coupling/lust/sexual acts and partnering up was allowed.. where other days of the year only allowed lust/sex to occur after marriage

so yea valentines day is for the single people to have a inconsequential confidence to admit their feelings to a possible future partner
9110  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The very fundamental of wealth, jealousy, how can we abuse this human behaviour? on: February 14, 2021, 10:35:55 AM
fertility is not wealth in 6/8ths of the world
independence is wealth as it free's people to pursue business and leisure without being handcuffed to parental responsibility.

yes in some countries 2/8ths of the world, they promote females reaching a certain fertility 'coming of age' as becoming adult and worthy of seeking a husband. whereby being fertile is one of the main categories that draw men in as a feature men want in a wife.

but that is a societal stereotype that came from cultures that used a females fertility as ways parents get paid a higher dowry when selling their daughter in arranged marriages.
this culture is dying out. so fertility=more money is becoming less recognised.
and this dowry stereotype of fertility=wealth, only lasts for as long as the parents of the bride have time to spend that money. thus its temporary enrichment not 'wealth'
you cant keep remarrying your daughter out to new men each time the dowry runs out. thus not wealth

to completely make this 'fertility=wealth' assumption obsolete is simple:
making it unlawful to arrange marriage.
make it illegal to have dowrys
promote the benefits of independent life

as for the jealous that existing parents advertise as the happiest they ever been to those without kids
again simple:
promote the happiness of independence
point out the flaws of fertility/parenting
point out its better to explore the world than to explore a diaper mess
point out the gains of the freedoms parenting does not provide
9111  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The very fundamental of wealth, jealousy, how can we abuse this human behaviour? on: February 14, 2021, 09:25:48 AM
jealousy is about advertising the benefits of a thing the other person does not have

to incite jealousy. pick the topic. then find the pro's and cons. and highlight the pro's and find ways to word the cons as a pro too.
ofcourse add in the negatives of the opposition to truly highlight the benefits of your category

like fertility jealousy. i could flip that
aww you have periods. my wife hasnt had a period for years and we never argue
aww you have kids. must be tough. cant do much if your babysitting all day.
aww i could never have been successful if i had to worry about kids
the money i saved not having to feed, clothe, college fund snot dribblers afforded me this lambo

making having kids sound bad can flip the jealousy to make being childless seem better
thus making parents jealous of independent adults

seems they voted against impeachment under the presumption that he cant be impeached because he is not a sitting officer.

but he actually is a sitting officer. with privileges.
if those that were pushing to find guilt actually rebutted the 'not an officer' claim by highlighting he does have a current office and privilege. it would have swayed another 10 into the guilty vote.

trump is not just a private citizen. as he does hold 'office of former president' where that office is funded by government and comes with government privilege. thus he is a civil officer

..
time to move on i guess. but seems they gave up easy.
thus thinking whats the point of impeachments. if the 'loophole' is simply demoting yourself from a higher position to a lower position

i can see UK government using this too. departmental ministers in charge of some high office things. demote(resign) their ministerial office and retain their member of parliament status to avoid being expelled from all politics..
.. oh wait. i see they already do this.

so government representatives have get out of jail free cards
9113  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Misconceptions about valentine. on: February 14, 2021, 08:56:19 AM
yep corporate gimmick.
consumers products companies need more excuses to sell more products
they cant just rely on birthdays/impulse purchases

they want to have seasonal extremes of batches of a certain category that majority of people will always buy enmasse

christmas.new year->45-50  days->valentines-> 45-50 days->easter->
there were some categories like 'pentecost' ,'brothers day' but it never caught on.
where as others did. fathers/mothers day, independance, halloween, thanksgiving,

you can notice the capitalist signs when 'occassion' promoters try to grab onto many schemes to hype up the occassion.
EG christmas. yes it happens in winter. but most capitalist countries dont get snow in december, they get it in february, yet snow is a big theme for christmas as it sets a special scene to hype up the occassion
surprisingly it should be a valentines theme

as for valentines. roses dont usually bloom seasonally in february. nor do cocoa plants 'fruit' their cocoa..
yet valentines promotes roses and chocolate like it is a natural thing.

this is because many decades(a century+) ago in these off-season times chocolate and roses would rate at a premium value because they were scarce in the february season. and so capitalists grabbed these seasonal premium items to try getting more profit. they simply needed to get a defining reason for getting more people to pay the extreme premium prices that roses/chocolate had during february.

and yes thanks giving is when turkey is at a premium naturally. yep its off season for turkey hunting(november/winter). yet they wanted to raise demand for turkey in that period
9114  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Change my mind: NFTs are a fad on: February 14, 2021, 08:17:45 AM
if that art token comes with a copyright licence where the new owner has rights to sue people that use(copy and paste) that art. meaning true ownership for the (tokened) licenece holder. then that art could hold some underlying value

much like how mortgage debt contracts seem meaningless by themselves as a loan recipient can just file bankruptcy and never need to repay. if everyone done it it would break the bank.
however these contracts are sold on the derivatives market for pennies on the dollar as there is some value on the back end in regards to the possible dozen pennies on the dollar that can be claimed by repayment, court order, repossession, asset seizure.

but if its just a 'heres something i made, donate me some money if you like it and i dont mind if you then copy it'.. then its not really any value in the new token, apart from a certificate that basically says 'i donated to an artist'
9115  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Biden-Harris Administration Launches American Innovation Effort to Create Jobs.. on: February 13, 2021, 07:09:44 PM
seems weak

if specialists in industry are paid $100k a year.. that means its only enough budget to finance 1000 jobs

with the wide span of industries this fund applies to (building/air con/heating/power plants/ airline fuel/ boat fuel/heat/water/soil)
thats only if averagely spread. 100 employees per 'utility'

and thats without speaking of any R&D cost of supplies/equipment/leasing/machinery

so although its a good first step. its not going to solve the energy wastages of those industries with just a $100m fund. lets see what the next 'round' of investment into progressing these industries will be

i would rather have the temporary(1 year) negative mood of not being able to travel around the world and meeting people. to avoid a permanent(lifelong) negative mood thinking i may have passed on an infection which caused a frail persons premature death

yep i can last a year without hugging elderly relatives if it means i can get to hug and talk to them next year instead of their gravestone
9117  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think COVID19 is a scam? on: February 13, 2021, 03:30:34 PM
How many people would buy that argument if it were presented correctly in the mainstream media?

main stream media does not cause lung injuries due to a virus

you still thinking this is all B.S and just stories on the news. proves you dont venture out your home much
if you think the only fear is caused by mainstream media. maybe your just admitting your only source of life outside your home is mainstream media.

so ty turning off the TV and making getting some daily exercise.
maybe even contact relatives that you have avoided for decades.
call up some old school buddies(if you had any)

experience the real world
