There are some activity on the discord but no publicity, no new investors or etc.
just some geeks talking about some cutting edge tech. i still hold some semux (around 4500 5000) but no new hope for the project.

I didn't see the exchange you will use for ieo.

If it is on kucoin, idax or similar, probably will get success. But if it is one of the fake volume exchanges, it will probably fail. So please share your ieo partner.

Hardcap means only hype, it doesn't tell about the project.

For instance, right now you can reach the hard cap on binance even you try to sell socks decentralized.

Ponzi schemes are very easy to understand at first glance. But people are still investing in because of their enormous greed.

Latoken is very bad exchange. My experience with them happened with a scam called URUNit.

Urunit said they raised a lot of money and listed on latoken. Later, they dumped their tokens and said they didn't raised enough money and shutting down the project. latoken delist them after this.

So don't trust them.

It seems binance IEO's are the best ones to invest. But you need 100 bnb at least to hold and you need to be lucky, because it is based on lottery system and once a month.

In my opinion, Neo has no value whatsoever after china banned crypto. Nearly no product using their chain and chain becoming deserted every day.

It won't drop to 0 but other chains will outperform NEO in 2019.

I would suggest staying on bitcoin right now but if you want to risk it, i would say low cap market coins would be the best for risking a little.

Semux and veil are two shining stars in that category.
