the voting system here in the Philippines is run by central power that is who hold the fiat hold the system.

Yan nga rin ang isang problema ng Pinas, madamin skilled workers kaso walang sapat na government agencies para pagyamanin at bigyan ng pansin ang gantong klase ng teknolohiya kasi mas inuuna pa nila ang mga Tsimis at ibang issue regarding sa mga pandaraya corruption ng mga nakalipas na administrasyon. |

Everyone is practically in need to see the real number of votes of the candidates and not the cheated ballot boxes alone. One of the popular fraud is how VP Leni Robredo won. Most of us are indulging ourselves with the Cryptocurrency for the knowledge and benefits of using it but most of the people who are starting their venture into the crypto world don’t know the difference between these two : Coin and Token
Coin:- Operates independently on any other platform
- Majority of Altcoins are another version of its father called “Bitcoin”
- Coins can be mined, recieved, acceptable, and have a limited no. of supply
- It is built with Bitcoin open-source platform
- Coins are being used as method of payment or being used as A digital currency nonetheless
- Using coin everyone is allowed to use and participate into the network because coins are tied into a open public blockchain
Token:- Has different uses, functions algorithms and it is a Digitalized assets issued by the project itself.
- Token has similar function and used like coins, it is also used as payment method but has a lot more function
- It is made on top of the famous Ethereum Blockchain (that’s why most of the token are made into ERC20 token)
- Tokens is specified by the use of it. It can be used to buy a certain product, can be used as voucher to pay bills or even at the restaurant. While coins only fuction as a digital cash.

Why people now go outside their home and go on job fair, sweat a lot and consume so much of time, effort and money just to be hired. Sometimes these are some of the reason why people are too tired of applying job and end up unemployed. This is probably now a good reason to work to. No time, cost and effort to consume to. Great concept and Team of Developers.
Main goal of this project is to eliminate any cost and expenses and if possible effort that may be both employee and employer may encounter. This is what I like this project they were focusing on the person’s comfort, cost, and effort. This project really helpful to make many applicant find a job easily and because the online applicant is need their personal data been uploaded,many are asking about the security of their files which is the trustlogics can provide. Regarding about the security, Blockchain Technology is responsible for the safe and secured transactions that TrustLogics will hold but does it also protects the information of the jobseekers and employers? Yeah it will be recorded on the blockchain so all the transaction will be stored there but I dont think about the personal data of the user will saved there. What I read on their whitepaper there will be a unique security feature that users can choose what company or recruiters will be able to see your data. I see, then the security feature and the Blockchain Technology works on different areas. For me, it made TrustLogics more reliable and steady because it has 2 security systems running on it. I just hope that they also expounded on that more. What you are putting on Trustlogics platform are your professional data. Ideally there are no financial records involved. However it is still necessary for Trustlogics to secure our profiles on their platform. I believe that the security features offered by Trustlogics are enough to keep our profiles safe. We also have the options on which of the information we provided would be revealed with the public. Your personal approval may be required before a company or user can view your complete profile. I definitely agree with you. Trustlogics platform is really safe and we are very confident that all the information and data will be kept securely. There are also security features from the platform which gives protection on our details that can be shown to the Employers. Yea. They hold the right to their privacy settings. They can choose who will be the viewer of their profiles. And because they will be working through blockchain, their datas are secured and no one can tamper them or steal their identities. They are stored securely in their database. well,with regards to the security of trustlogics we don't have anything to worry about. all the data or profiles sent by candidates will be well secured in their network.trustlogics even has an AI engine which can help their network to be more secured and also the fact that they are using blockchain tech is going make it more secured. True. Anyway, the function of AI here is not to secure datas but to sort out the profiles for indentifications before validators do their jobs of verifications. Making the work easy and classifications of profiles too. Trustlogics security from Blockchain technology is truly a great thing as professional datas are free from tampering and stealing. With options for users in its platforms, users have total control to whom their datas can be shown. I find these two things great and earned my trust! If they are targettng the hiring industry worldwide I think they should have an automatic language translations for the local people who will be using it. Not all of the people who are currently looking for a job aren't good on foreign language like english, mandarin and other language. |

For example a user forgot or lose his/her password in any chance, can the TrustLogics Team support this situation since it is multi security project? Probably some of the future user of this project will somewhat encounter this kind of problem how was that?
I'm also thinking about this. What if the user give already the copies of his paper and documents on the platform and in any chance lose and forgot his/her password how can it be now? Can he/she retrieve hi/her account on some question that he/she can only answer or what? maybe TrustLogics Team will provide 2-way password and security question. some of the existing project has this security pattern for emergency. Security question is very common and people doesn't use it in someway so they doesn't have that 2-way password. TrustLogics will find way though, lol. For me, this is only my guest and in chance a suggestion for the Team. Maybe they the TrustLogics may ask or request the user's codes from his/her paper document that was already validated for him/her to reset her password or to sight again his password. Since personal paper documents is exclusive only on the user so then he/she can only check that. Security is one of the major factors that stopping one platform to be the best among the rest of other platforms that have the same feature and target audience and users. Most of the job recruiting sites has some problem on their security protocols and can be exploited just by using some scripts and code or inject it to the job portals to sniff off the job seekers valuable informations. Correct and I agree on what you all said. They should have a double security authentication and not just a casual single password, they should have a pincode to access their platform or google authentications or email and even phone number notifications for it. |

Of course, it is a given that TrustLogics will choose the best suitable person for the job. I think that it must be natural for the place where the jobseeker is residing in to include the information on their virtual resumés. When you applying for a job, Once you’ve identified exactly what you need in terms of hard skills and soft skills, then it’s time to put a plan together to find what you need. You know what they say. When you fail to plan, you may consider that you plan to fail. Most of the jobs now are being through emails and the internet so it doesnt matter where you are as long as you have internet and make the job done. Most people I know doesnt even need to leave their house just to work and they are called now homebase employee. You have a point, there are many people who choose to have a job online too and since that there is a project like this, it is possible to have a job online, there are many companies also who are looking for the home base work that is very interested especially to the moms out there who want to have a work while keeping the household. It is really a convineint for those people if they could be hired through trustlogics platform and be a freelancer online. Big news, this will give a boost on their ICO, i want to see ARIZN having their hardcap. i saw they plan about the 20% buy back to keep their holders and investors a big chance in having a profit in very short time. Yeah this one can help trustlogics a lot by putting a satellite or office in every country, the hiring process will become more easy for jobseeker and with the recruiter as well... When we want to see and verify the identity of a person we search for them in LinkedIn or in Facebook but facebook now is full of dummy accounts. Facebook also have their main office but they dont have in every country and I think it will be going to be like that. Plain online, not sure though. What I think that needs office or branches is the validators. That is only in my openion but i dont know what will be the best. We are now.in the new technology and mostly are based online.. definitely, there will be a main office, but proabably if it will.really go global, for instance in asia. They will just put up four offices. North,south east and west.. and so on.. Our technology rapidly expanding and we can connect wherever we are. It can be done only in one server but the problem is, will the server manage all the transaction or applicants? it is not only about the title and how it is related to the main platform itself, because honestly the title and its platform is not really connected to each other or the name is not related to platform. the project has offered so mamy kinds of services as mentioned by a lot of people on this thread and not only that, they are focusing to give a better and good quality of service to their customers. If it is really true that they are offering this kind of services then it will be great and for sure it will trigger the curiousity of other people to try out their service. I want to see how will they really handle their project in accordance with their long term goals. Yes that's the main goal of smart city, to build an economy that connects from a different walks of life... Reason why they have to bring many sections in their platform, as we observe this is the first time to have all this in one platform... I know this isnt the first of its kind to get a collaboration of different sector into one platform but it will be the first one to be out in the industry if it continues to succeed. its not easy to decide invest or no to an ico project, many of them reach hardcap but not give their promisses  guy you should keep straigt with roadmap You may have a point on your statement dude, and its true that investing in any ico project is not an easy things all good vision and mission they have could always be found int their whitepaper, then in the end its not fulfilling where most of the community investors got frustrated and disappointing too. So, the better way is be careful on choosing it. I guess Trustlogics won't be the same as other ico did here, though their aim was really have a good idea. that's why I trust also to trustlogics to make it fair and equally to their investor,so that this project will continue to grow and progress,despite will have other system out there? It frustrating when you invest on ico and they reached their hardcap and fully begins their application then suddenly they plan to get out with the funds collected on ICO. I wish trustlogics will continue to exist and function unlike other ico thats scamming investors and running with the money they collected from ico. |
