But then we cannot assure that it will become secured forevermore. For sure, there are hacks and shutdowns of the system will be experienced by the users. However, it more reliable because the data is kept at hyperledger where is more immutable and secured. TrustLogics commited about the security of the jobseekers or the users and I know they will do that for us.
No doubt about it guys, this is really important for every user in this platform... And if someone tries to hacked the system for sure trustlogics will have back up plans to eliminate those kind of action, we can assure that the data of everyone is safe with them...
With all honesty, all the things needed by job seekers, with perspective.of looking for a job is already offered by TrustLogics.  All are to their advantage. I don't see any reason why this project won't click, i mean successful. They are offering the best in making recruitment processes with ease and comfort.

TrustLogics is very well designed on recruitment system for me. My question is, is the TrustLogics Team of Recruiters overseas can help employee if the employee was in trouble or being hurt by their employer? I some cases TrustLogics is responsible on hiring of employee overseas, can you also help employee if they have been in trouble by the employer specially oversea rather international?
The issue of overseas worker in my country will not  never fade, because for the many reason of jobseeker probably is lack of opportunity and low payment method for the their job,,so that if trustlogics are truly succeed it would be really help to my country ,


Trustlogics will be the bridge between jobseeker and recuiter, if there's some trouble occur with recruiter and jobseeker i think that's different situation and trustlogics is not liable for any problems in the future...

We are on the same side @sonjay, Im also thinking what will trustlogics will do if the person who applied to them are working on foreign country. Are they liable if the person or employee is in distress and not given a good workplace or abused by its employers?
Hey man! That will not be Trustlogics responsibility. Let it be clear, this is not what they wrote in their whitepaper. They are not a recruitment or manpower agency. They are solely responsible for keeping the datas of the users safely and providng them validators.
Nah, of course not. TrustLogics will not get into those responsibilities. The.most possible thing to do, just like partnering with validators, they can as well partner with government office that is incharge of overseas employment. In this way, the people will trust TrustLogics but it will not be responsible for any cases of employees overseas or even locally.  I repeat, it is not anymore their jurisdiction.
Nice idea giga19. I like the idea. You know in the government, every specific period of time they change people incharge of keeping records of people or whatever. In short as the administration changes they change also employees and ias it happens, sometimes records or important documents of the past administrations are being lost, things that need to be traced could not traced anymore. Problem in short. If they will partner with trustlogics, instead of keeping their records of employees in a hackable, tamper-able database, why not in Trustlogics database?


It might become true as trustlogics will fully launch. But in case that the government does not want decentralization, it is hard to change. As we know that government don't care about records, as long as they earned from the treasury of the citizen. Aside from that, the best enemy of government is cryptocurrency, why? Because it provides equal opportunities and fairness among the people. They don't want cryptocurrency to exist because it promotes decentralization wherein fact, they can't do illegal activities. Having a partnership with trustlogics is good but the question is, does the government want it?

I think maybe in the other country those who wholeteadly welcome to the world of crytoland,but in my country although we accept bitcoin but it the problem is also desame for what you say,despite it will really help to my country because many fresh grauduate here are also limited resosurce due to  sometimes other unique opportunity like this are closed minded maybe due to its more thigking scam ,,Although the offered of trustlogics to every country  are very  much concern to those people finding the job emmidiately.
I believe that prevention is better than cure, even someone is desperate to get a job they also responsible for what kind of job they are up too... And besides we already know that kind of situation happening in some places like in the Middle East, so it up to you if you'll accept that kind of job, for me the lease that trustlogic can do is not to promote this project in that places...

I’m indeed tired. No body knows how much resume i made ready every time i needed to apply a new job. How many times i have to go to the city hall to get legal documents and the National Bureau of Investigation and a lot more of papers needed for my applications. Tired of this same procedure. Not anymore this time wih Trustlogics.
All i can say is Wow! Can i just push the button and go back to the.time i am still.applying for.jobs? As you have said, effortless, if i can only turn back time and if only TrustLogics has been existed before. Might be something different.Anyway. i am.glad Trustlogics is making making this things possible now in recruitment industry. Again, just wow.
wow!trustlogics really is serious on making developments with their platform.this project makes it more efficient for the the candidate to get hired.but the only disadvantage of this is you're one of millions of people vying for jobs and perhaps thousands applying for the same job, because the convenience factor appeals to all of your competitors as well.


Well, by the efforts they show to every single one of us here, then we can probably say that they really are very serious in improbing the project and achieving their goals to make thing easier for all the applicants and the companies that needs good paying jobs of their liking or quality workers. And take note, all these processes of hiring and applying are not only made easier but more secure for both sides.

If bounty hunting is just like this, it will become easy for bounty hunters to find a quality job plus we all know the legitimacy of every project (company) we applied for. TrustLogics is offering a fast and reliable transaction towards the recruiters and jobseekers. They provide a portal for those who urge for a job and make our data more secured and safe.
If only i don't have work now i will definitely experience all the features and the update that trustlogics deliver to us, and they are correct  because unlike before the job today is easy to find ofcourse that's because of the reliability of this project...

Yes it's possible to become effortless for many jobseeker to get a job, but ofcourse they need first to do a validation which is a requirements i think for everyone who'll use trustlogics platform... Buy a token now and use to validate your data by their trusted validator, and can apply and send it to many company...

Yes its the jobseeker responsible to know first what kind of job and employer she/he might have, and the decision is always with them... The trustlogics will only secured jobseeker data after the validation process, so they can use to many recruiter in many places but not responsible for anything after they will get hired...

TrustLogics never cease to amaze me.  Such a wonderful and noble vision as you say. Can’t say more. I really do believe and that they will succeed. This is much needed in the recruitment industry so Why won’t it be accepted. If this will not succeed, it will be such a great loss for the industry.

You are definitely correct! They will have local partners in every country which makes Trustlogics operate globally. Local partners will simply coordinate with their local applicants and job seekers as well as employers.

They should make that in order to prevent messing up. If they have global recruiters that are accountable for their job then it will lead to a prosperous and fast processes of job hiring. However, we will see also some global recruiters who are not suitable for their work. I hope that trustlogics will also maintain the fairness upon jobseekers and eliminate the fraud recruiters.
That's a good suggestion, they need to have a local partners in different countries for them to have smooth operation... And this will be  efficient for both recruiters and jobseekers, since not everyone can understand the same language or English...

I’m thinking if they do really need an office for this? Will it not be like LinkedIn and Facebook where everything is online? When we want to see and verify the identity of a person we search for them in LinkedIn or in Facebook but facebook now is full of dummy accounts.
Facebook also have their main office but they dont have in every country and I think it will be going to be like that. Plain online, not sure though. What I think that needs office or branches is the validators. That is only in my openion but i dont know what will be the best.
We are now.in the new technology and mostly are based online.. definitely, there will be a main office, but proabably if it will.really go global, for instance in asia. They will just put up four offices. North,south east and west.. and so on..

Our technology rapidly expanding and we can connect  wherever we are. It can be done only in one server but the problem is, will the server manage all the transaction or applicants? The more servers trustlogics will put, the more job hiring will become easy and efficient. That's logical, ten hands are better than one.

Both of you are seeking to the success of this project but different in approach. Well, 2 months will faraway from the truth and we don't see if this project will become successful or not. Specially right now that regulation of a project is a must. Though trustlogics has a potential if it will not pass on a regulation then it will stop. Every month trustlogics has clear deriction plan and path to thier project and now base on their road map this july is the month to peak season and good opportunity to earn the token and  features integration to existing platform and blockchain,POC hurry up before it will end,,




 


Well, for a project like this, a well thought of plan should be already present by the time it announces its presence. A project without a clear direction is nothing but a piece of trash waiting to be thrown in the bin along with all the other shitty projects out there. That is why I am really not that surprised to see the great plan that the developers have set for this project. What amuses me though is the hardwork being shown and the great dedication.

Yes you are right. Just imagine all the hardwork being poured into this project amd just end up in a fall just because there is no better plan. This mistake is only common on random teenage kids looking for quick buck in scamming people. I believe that the developers are truly more than this. I too trust in this project a lot.

This will be avoided with Trustlogics as they offer attestation and verification by certified company validators. This assures companies that they will be picking up a qualified candidate for the job that has been verified with Trustlogics. I think those who want to scam using Trustlogics will need to think twice because verification can be done by both applicant and recruiter on Trustlogics platform.
Well, as we all know that the TrustLogics is very careful and the validators are need to validate the personal data of the applicant because this is needed to make sure that all jobseekers will be find a good job for them.
Is it guaranteed that jobseekers will get the jobs that they prefer or want? I think that the competition would only shift
inside TrustLogics when they're already trusted and popular enough.

However, we will see also some global recruiters who are not suitable for their work. I hope that trustlogics will also maintain the fairness upon jobseekers and eliminate the fraud recruiters.

Well, as I can see on this project, that aspect or situation is not a problem by them because for sure they will do all their best to make this project better and has a result which can more people will have some interest to give some try on it when they see that the project is nice to make some try.


Of course, it wouldn't make any sense for the developers to not try their best or do whatever it takes to make the project even more better and more appealing to everyone that it triggers them to try the project out for themselves. Because clearly, there are already too much involved in this project, or should I say, they are already in too deep.

I like the fact that Trustlogics have ratings and review on their platform. This will surely ensure that the Individual Service Providers will perform well on the service that was required for them to do. In return, the Digital Portfolio of the ISP will be full-packed of good reviews from the Service Requesters.


This is just one of the many proofs that the trustlogics developing team really are very serious about this project that they have managed to get good reviews and ratings. I know that this is only the beginning and that we wil be able to see more achievements to come.

Yup. This is what's great about this project. It gives people so many choices/options as to how they wanna make money. Pretty convenient if you ask me. I can only imagine how many the people who are excited to see this project's platform up and running. And there will probably many more people to come as they see how great the experience is in using the platform and how successful the platform is becoming week by week.

Facebook also have their main office but they dont have in every country and I think it will be going to be like that. Plain online, not sure though. What I think that needs office or branches is the validators. That is only in my openion but i dont know what will be the best.
We are now.in the new technology and mostly are based online.. definitely, there will be a main office, but proabably if it will.really go global, for instance in asia. They will just put up four offices. North,south east and west.. and so on..

Our technology rapidly expanding and we can connect  wherever we are. It can be done only in one server but the problem is, will the server manage all the transaction or applicants? The more servers trustlogics will put, the more job hiring will become easy and efficient. That's logical, ten hands are better than one.
You are right, in our new generation, there are lot of changes and most of that is because of the technology, that we all know has a big impact on us, the job make easy and because of that like the project of TrustLogics the online application made easy with the use of blockchain technology.

well,this shows how truly convenient truslogics will be for their users. and thats what we need rigth now for our hiring system, nowadays i takes forever to get a response from that company you applied for. but with trustlogics one stop platform everything will change and be more faster and convenient for job seekers and recruiters.

Around of applause on this, this is what I’m thinking of on how TrustLogics will communicate on different languages around the world, and these is the answer for my question. We probably need different recruiters because of our languages and culture barriers that only their own countrymen will understand. Good to know about this.
You are definitely correct! They will have local partners in every country which makes Trustlogics operate globally. Local partners will simply coordinate with their local applicants and job seekers as well as employers.

They should make that in order to prevent messing up. If they have global recruiters that are accountable for their job then it will lead to a prosperous and fast processes of job hiring. However, we will see also some global recruiters who are not suitable for their work. I hope that trustlogics will also maintain the fairness upon jobseekers and eliminate the fraud recruiters.
That's a good suggestion, they need to have a local partners in different countries for them to have smooth operation... And this will be  efficient for both recruiters and jobseekers, since not everyone can understand the same language or English...
Yeah this one can help trustlogics a lot by putting a satellite or office in every country, the hiring process will become more easy for jobseeker and with the recruiter as well... There will be no language barrier between the two of them, if they put a local partners in the same country... Good idea...

I’m thinking if they do really need an office for this? Will it not be like LinkedIn and Facebook where everything is online? When we want to see and verify the identity of a person we search for them in LinkedIn or in Facebook but facebook now is full of dummy accounts.

Well obviously, the world never stops spinning, and so does progress in either ways in living, learning, technologies amd so much more. Thus, companies amd people should really adapt to these changes and movements of everything around because if those people does not do so, they will be put in a state of stagnation and get left behind. This is the reason why I see this project as a huge success waiting to happen because it will really attract people who want progress and needs progress.

Man, this project is only showing good signs. And is right on track for the bll run which is about to come. This project has such a great timing because when markets are high, big-time investors are surely bound to find good projects to invest in so they can increase the number of profits they gain every month or annually. This will really guarantee a huge amount of money going into this project as the platform launches and even more as it starts to mature and prove itself to the masses
