Paypal loves money just like any company. Soon as there is some regulation with crypto currency, PayPal will want in and just like Facebook tends to buy out it's competition and implement their platform into their system, PayPal will pursue whichever platform that succeeds in proving it's viability.

I would love to see the comparison as well. To me UTrust seems to be like BitPay that offers services to merchants and merchant can accept payments as bitcoin but can get fiat itself. But via UTrust merchants can not only accept bitcoins but some other virtual currencies as well. Not sure if this gonna be huge success, but will be following this closely, though.
