Sorry to hear that. You mean this user (cruso)? You can make scam accusation just like what is mentioned above.

You may follow this format[1] for other users to understand the accusation fully of course with full details and evidence.
Also, don't forget to include his site, or portfolio website so it will reflect how bad his attitude towards his clients.

[1] Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly)

Thank you, how ever i have not claimed he is a scammer...Yet. But its been 12 days since we send payment and no replyes what so ever.
I will give it 7 more days and then do a scam report.

Feels strange someone would scam me for a few hundred bucks and blacklist a account wich has been active here since 2017. There for im giving it 7 more days...
I am still available if you need a replacement. You can PM me for my resume.

10  Economy / Economics / Re: Business failure among small-scale entrepreneurs on: September 27, 2022, 11:49:54 PM
Businesses in poor countries tend to face greater challenges and obstacles than those in developed countries. This includes factors such as a lack of access to capital, limited infrastructure, corruption, and a lack of skilled workers. As a result, businesses in poor countries often have a lower success rate than those in developed countries.
I see as a major difficult in developing countries the fact people don't have much money to spare, so you as a business owner have a very limited customers' base to acquire your services and products. People are too worried about survival that they will only have access to basic goods and in a limited scale. Furthermore, even though there aren't customers for everyone, the concurrency is the same or even more expressive than in developed countries. There are too many sellers for too few buyers. This situation has a very negative impact on individual businessmen and many consequently have to close the doors at some point.

That's why I made the other point, only locals can run a successful biz in poor/developing countries.

They have experienced the poverty and can make more accurate assumptions when it comes to people's spending ability & related projections. Unless you have millions to burn and can keep on adjusting the scales until you start making some profit. But then it wouldn't qualify as a small-scale biz.

This is what amazon did in India. They had billions to burn and seized a major chunk of E-commerce market while parallelly figuring out a revenue model that works.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal could be banned from blocking accounts for political reasons (UK) on: September 27, 2022, 11:42:51 PM
I think that this proposed amendment is a good idea, and one that should be seriously considered by Parliament. I think it is important to protect freedom of speech, especially for those who may hold dissenting or unpopular views. It is worrying that companies like PayPal can block access to accounts without providing a clear explanation or justification. This amendment would help to prevent such practices from happening in the future.

But Iroh has raised an interesting point here
I don’t think PayPal blocked those accounts for political reasons. PayPal being a private organization has its set rules and if one party or individual breaks those rules, the organization has a right to deal with such adequately as they see fit.
The same could be said in the case of former president Donald Trump. His supporters, most of them republicans and conservatives argued that the twitter ban placed on his account is politically motivated and a move to mute him and free speech in general. Multiple times, he broke the rules and terms he agreed to when he signed up on twitter.
So PayPal might just be blocking accounts that has breached the terms and agreement and people would then scream political persecution.
What if paypal was just following its T&C? But then there's a possibility that paypal has a very vague Term which they can use to exercise such political bans. It's very common  Smiley

Anyways, Paypal is a shit company and if a law can prevent them from placing unnecessary bans then why not lol
12  Economy / Economics / Re: A great resignation is incoming to the IT powerhouse of the world on: September 27, 2022, 11:38:41 PM
I think there are a few factors at play here.

The first is that there is a lot of pent-up demand for resignations. We are coming off of a year where many people were forced to stay in their jobs because of the pandemic. I think there is a lot of pent-up frustration that is going to be released in the form of resignations over the next few months.

The second factor is that there has been a lot of discussion lately about work-life balance. I think people are starting to realize that they don't need to sacrifice their personal lives for their careers. They are willing to take a pay cut or take a demotion in order to have a better work-life balance.

The third factor is that inflation is starting to pick up in India. This is making people more hesitant to spend money, which could lead to less demand and slower economic growth.

I think all of these factors are going to lead to a lot of resignations in the next few months. I think it is going to be a challenge for Indian companies to handle all of the resignations, and they are going to need to be prepared for a slower economic growth.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Business failure among small-scale entrepreneurs on: September 27, 2022, 11:34:23 PM
It is quite common for businesses to fail within the first five years.
Around 20% businesses fail during the first 2 years and 50% within the first 5 years lol
The numbers must be more skewed when it comes to Developing countries(like Nigeria)

Businesses in poor countries tend to face greater challenges and obstacles than those in developed countries. This includes factors such as a lack of access to capital, limited infrastructure, corruption, and a lack of skilled workers. As a result, businesses in poor countries often have a lower success rate than those in developed countries.

Starting a successful biz in Nigeria isn't going to be easy and can only be done by locals imo
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch gambling problem and Sliker issue on: September 27, 2022, 11:26:51 PM
A sudden announcement like this from Twitch doesn't well indication for the gambling company. It is believed that Twitch may have banned this gambling sites due to some kind of restrictions by the government or others. Nowadays gambling has become a big industry. But I hope that such restrictions may be reduce in the near future. Besides, all these companies have to take alternative route for gambling promotion.

I think everything depends on the TOS of Twitch, like you mentioned. If they prohibit any form of solicitation whether express or implied, then they can rule that this Twitch streamer violated their TOS. Given the widespread of online gambling among the youth, I do expect that Twitch will soon amend their TOS or implement it more strictly this time.

They have a month to figure out the details. We can only speculate its nature for now. But twitch definitely doesn't want its name to be associated with such dramas, they will come down hard on it. Their reputation amongst big brand(Intel, acer, nvidia, etc) matters more to them, compared to whatever stake or roobet is paying them or slot streams rakes in.

Only stake, duelbits and roobet? But, what about other gambling sites? Because I heard the ban is only selected but gambling streams are still there and will continue. I don't think the gambling sites that I mentioned are illegal but I believe all of them already have their own licenses.
All offshore casinos.

If Twitch wants to keep those gambling streams then it would be fine, but they should also restrict that content to people over 18 or 16 years old, somehow.
Age restriction would never work on a platform with majority of its audience under 18

In that case, you must think that Twitter and Instagram are hell on earth because those social media are all about influencing. I have seen some cases in Instagram about people who basically fake being rich or photoshop themselves beyond recognition for the sake of getting followers and clout; Twitter is also the home of all kind of sick people.  You probably you have also listened to some cases yourself.

At least, on Twitch one can get entertainment and have fun watching some actually authentic and humble streamers and not only throwing money at girls streaming themselves in a jacuzzi.
Those social medias are massive. And you will always get content tailored according to your interest.
I use Twitter and reddit on a daily basis, my feeds are full of wholesome content usually.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chinese version of Metaverse will be great for meta casinos. on: September 27, 2022, 11:15:15 PM

In the future i think its not so far fetch after all to play and travel around the world while at home. the way its been described by Cyrus will actually work best for metaverse casinos than what Zuckerberg have in mind.  i think this is where we can chat on the poker table and make bluffs.
We can still do it, get all the players on a zoom call and virtual table lol

Anyways, online gambling is already massive. Even in developing and poor nations. You can already sit on a live table and watch its stream. I don't think metaverse will ad anything major to the current experience.

In a way, you can already call online gambling a metaverse of its own.

And alibaba and facebook aren't going to allow gambling to bloom anytime soon in their metaverse. They will be looking for a healthy growth focused on positive interests. Gambling is a very negative activity. It will be censored to hell in the initial stages of upcoming metaverses.

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Parents And Their Children In Gambling.. on: September 27, 2022, 11:03:42 PM
What do you make out of this story, should we really allow our children to live such a lifestyle like gambling and night clubbing, most especially, when they are still under aged?

Let's discuss about this..

It is definitely not advisable to allow our children to live such a lifestyle like gambling and night clubbing, especially when they are still under aged. This is because they are still developing and are not yet fully mature to be able to handle such responsibility. They may not be able to control themselves and end up spending too much money or getting into debt. Additionally, gambling and drinking alcohol can be addictive and lead to other problems such as financial difficulties, relationship issues, and health problems.  This is especially true for someone who is young and does not have a lot of experience with money.
It is important to teach our children about responsible spending and gambling from a young age so that they can make better decisions when they are older.

This kid is going to live a messy life and will amount to nothing.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: September 27, 2022, 10:54:37 PM

Yeah its just silly though that Faze didnt win both of the maps but oh well. I still has a single ticket on Furia with higher stakes so I hope that one ended up winning. Totally okay with all my parlays as most of the time I am abit aggresive with it and decided to pack atleast 3 games onto it which most of the times ended up losing of course lol

I placed a small bet on a similar parlay, got rekt by complexity's fierce performance in map1.
Wasn't expecting them to get even 10 rounds in a map, but they managed to win one and even got very close to winning the entire match. If it wasn't for the USP eco win from Faze that brought the comeback.

Anyways, NA is back and CS:GO is only going to get interesting from now on.
All teams are motivated and will be shooting for the major title.

RIO major is going to be the best major ever and it's going to kill Valorant's E-sports scene.

LFG!!
18  Economy / Economics / Re: US is a ‘developing country’ on rankings that measure democracy, inequality on: September 26, 2022, 11:59:33 PM
Very True, the United States is not a leader of the free world. Even though it's first amendment is unmatchable it still got serious issues.
The states is a racist country that is behind many other developed countries in terms of social and economic progress. Racism has cheated many Americans out of the health care, education, economic security and environment they deserve.
American exceptionalism is a farce, and the country's commitment to democracy is waning.

If the US does not address its racism and exceptionalism, it will continue to lag behind the rest of the world.

19  Economy / Economics / Re: Bond sell-off worst since 1949, Bank of America says on: September 26, 2022, 11:51:57 PM
Quote
This year’s dramatic bond tumble threatens credit events and a potential liquidation of the world’s most crowded trades, including bets on the dollar that have taken the greenback to multi-year highs against other currencies and bets on U.S. technology stocks, the bank said.

Another disaster is brewing.

It looks like the bond market is finally crashing after years of warning signs. Investors are finally starting to pull their money out of bonds and into cash. This is going to eff the world economy.

The bond market has been blowing the whistles for years that this was going to happen. Now, it looks like the bond market was right all along. The Fed is raising rates to try to contain inflation, but this is only going to make the problem worse.

The boat is sinking guys and we can't patch this big hole in time lol

20  Economy / Economics / Re: Buckle up, America: The Fed plans to sharply boost unemployment on: September 26, 2022, 11:45:19 PM
While some economists question the necessity of such drastic measures, it is clear that the Fed is willing to sacrifice millions of American jobs in order to bring inflation under control. This is sure to cause hardship for many families and increase inequality, as lower-wage workers are the ones who will be most affected by the job losses.

So, if you're looking to keep your job, it might be a good idea to start hoarding canned goods and non-perishables. And if you're already unemployed, well, good luck.
