What does it mean for a crypto company to use leverage? When a company uses leverage, it is borrowing money to increase the amount of money it can invest. This can be done by taking on a loan or by borrowing money from another company. When a company uses leverage, it is taking on more risk, because it is borrowing money that it may not be able to pay back(I think this is what happened with 3AC) Are crypto companies uninvestable at this point? No, I would not say that. Cryptocurrency companies can be investable, but it depends on the company and what they do. Companies that use leverage to trade cryptocurrencies are riskier and can be more likely to go bankrupt during a market correction(but there is also potential for high returns). However, companies that do not use leverage can still be good investments.

The article in your post is garbage(no offense to you ofc). It tries to convince us that Bitcoin is a good investment to mitigate inflation, but it doesn't talk about its volatility even once. It's trying to say that Bitcoin is a good investment because it's immune to inflation, but in the same breath, it admits that Bitcoin's prices swing up and down based on people's opinions . So if you're thinking about investing in it to save yourself from "inflation", you'd better be prepared to ride the roller coaster lol

Naa, Bitcoin can never be a world currency. Due to one simple fact: It's backed by nothing.
In a globalized economy we only have/had one World currency : USD (and not three or four). It will be almost impossible to replace USD in the current scenario. This would require significant restructuring of the global financial system and by the time it happens, bitcoin will probably be dust.
Maybe Yuan can?

In my opinion, Japan's situation is not bad at all. In fact, it's downright enviable! It's amazing how they've been able to get away with this for so long. They should be more concerned about their aging population and low fertility rate. With how the things are, they might have to import male sperm too in near future lol But yea, debt is a problem too. But Japan has a very strong industrial base, and its economy is very export-oriented. This has helped Japan to weather the global recession fairly well. Japan's economy is also very efficient, with a very low level of unemployment. This is where the difference comes A developing country would crumble and won't be able to invest in its future. A developed country like Japan can enjoy a bountiful present & future because of its industrious past.

Investing will help the economy of a country by providing a way for businesses to grow and expand. When businesses grow and expand, they hire more workers, which leads to an increase in the amount of money that is flowing through the economy. Additionally, when businesses grow and expand, they are able to produce more goods and services, which leads to an increase in the amount of wealth that is available in the country. This is why a good investment will always give you a positive return And this is why Crypto is considered a big ponzi by few economists. Most of the investment in crypto stays stagnant, with the sole purpose of inflating its value.

On one hand, it's good to see that the bitcoin mining industry is taking measures to be more environmentally friendly. On the other hand, it's ironic that the European Union is reverting to using coal for power generation when they could be investing in renewable energy sources. Either way, it's clear that the bitcoin mining industry is more environmentally friendly than the European Union.
The reason why these people(like Erik Thedéen) are so silent about Europe using coal for power generation is very simple, they are benefiting from it somehow. And who ever took these environmentalists seriously lol They all are jobless hippy bums

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. Inflation is only up 9.1%, and that's just in line with expectations. Sure, housing and household services, primarily electricity, gas, and other fuels are causing the largest upward contributions to the inflation rate, but that's to be expected(thanks to corona and Russia :p).
After all, we need to keep our economy moving, and that costs money. The survey about "four in five people" is a little misleading. It's not like anyone is actually going to go without food or energy. They may have to tighten their belts a bit, but in the end, they'll just have to pay up. This is the price of living in a developed country.

You are underestimating china here. While I do agree that US has a very diversified economy with advancements in technology but so does China. It is projected to surpass the United States in the next decade or so. There are a few reasons for this. China has a population of over 1.3 billion people, which is a huge market. They also have a very low labor cost, which makes their products very competitive in the global market. The only advantage US has right now is "technology". But China can surpass US there too if they play their Taiwan card correctly. It will be an important factor in China's technology development, as the island is home to many high-tech companies and has a highly educated population. By collaborating with Taiwanese businesses and universities, China can gain access to the latest technological advancements and strengthen its own technological development. It will require some bootlicking from China's side lol And don't forget about south china sea.

Do you think that the Federal Reserve has enough power to control inflation within 2% over the next two years? The Federal Reserve has the power to control inflation by 2% over the next two years(like by increasing the interest rate, money supply, other monetary tools). However, it is not clear if the Federal Reserve will be able to achieve this goal. Inflation has been increasing recently and there is a risk that it will continue to do so. If it continues to increase then it makes the Federal reserve impotent Which will make it difficult for the Federal Reserve to reduce inflation to 2%. Do you think Fed can do that without causing a recession that may last for several years? Impossible. The Federal Reserve is tasked with maintaining price stability and maximum employment. In order to achieve these goals, the Fed uses monetary policy tools such as interest rates to manage the economy. Raising interest rates is a way to slow down the economy and reduce inflation. However, it also risks causing a recession. Fed policymakers are aware of this risk and believe that the current rate increase is warranted given the current economic conditions. The recession is here to stay for a long time

Those suckers are the only one to ruin this beautiful ~10 Odds, every other team came through.. whew! devastating, 1.1x odds BR teams are having shockingly bad performances lately,, But, i would go for another big acca with main favorites (obviously without Furia bots), seems like they're taking this tournament seriously, and with a 250k prize pool who wouldn't (: Biggest upset of the entire tournament for sure .-. Odds were like 10x+ for 2-0 Seems like we underestimated them, even though they had a very nice run at RMR LAN. Today was a good day, things went well except for faze shitting the bed. Faze didn't seem too serious on overpass, even though it was the decider. Maybe being an online tourney, they don't care? My preds for tomorrow EF ML- Imperia Outsiders ML - Furia (risky) If anyone is reading this rn, you can check out B4 vs Isurus. B4 is playing with a coach, so Isurus has a very good chance GL

There is no doubt that BTC is susceptible to interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve, but I think that the article is overestimating its dependency. It presents a very bleak picture. That article does not provide enough information about why the author believes that Bitcoin will react negatively to a Federal Reserve interest rate hike either. Correlation isn't causation .-.

The link in your post lands me on a 404 page, there's no article there.
It will definitely take more time now to reach the same height. All those who will invest, now have a first-hand experience and have been burned by its volatility.
Moving forward, everyone will now have more "realistic" gain goals. It will create a healthy supply-demand chain. But yea, healthy growth means slow growth. Probably 4~5 years from now?

Thank you for the responses' but I didn't understand edgycorner answer. I can't do 2 orders on the same money at the same time, and of course I can be on it 24\7 and do the right one when the time comes (transforming myself into a bot haha), but I want one order to cover both ends. The reason I want it is because I think the asset will go to 50$ so I don't want to buy at a 100$, but it things change I don't want to lose the train completely and want to "stop" at 130$.That's it. It's not that complicated of a use case and it's weird there isn't order to that
In case the market of your coin goes bullish, you want to place a buy order at 130 Dollar. And if it goes bearish, then you want a buy order on 50 Dollars. You would like one single order, because you want it on the same money aka your balance. And you don't want to divide it between two different orders. Give a confirmation if this is what you want.

I am not familiar with the script but I will try.
1.)Make sure that your secret key and sit key are correct. 2.)Check "console" for any related error. 3.)Debug response data(g-recaptcha-response), it usually does return an error-code when there's any

A really optimistic thread amongst all the bad news I am with you OP, and so are all the people who are in this community since its dawn. Remember "Bitcoina" hack? Remember Mt. gox? BitInstant? CAVIRTEX? And how everyone reacted after all these incidents? 4chan/biz was flooding with "it's over" memes. This crash is nothing compared to what's about to come Right now people(and HEDGE FUNDS) are treating it like another stock market(and they are right to do so), it's yet to be used with its intended purpose. As more and more people learn about bitcoin and its potential benefits, its value will continue to increase. And when this happens, it won't be just another "inflated" asset. Hopefully we will be alive to witness that day(yes, it's a long road ahead)

Roger ver installed a few bitcoin cash ATMs in the Caribbean too. I know how this forum feels about roger Ver, but that was a smart step. Bitcoin ATMs provide a convenient and user-friendly way for people to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. This can help shops to stand out from their competitors and attract new clients as well. Additionally, the current financial vogue for cryptocurrencies means that Bitcoin ATMs can help these shops to generate additional revenue. By shops I mean companies that will install these ATMs(it only makes sense to install these ATMs at public places where people are in need of cash)

They are trying to entice people, it's a sure sign of how bad things are. Coinbase has responded with their own counter-attack now, they are removing humongous fees(or newbie tax as I lie to call it) and merging coinbase pro into coinbase itself. They will also be offering around 20 USD for free(read this somewhere on reddit, may not be true). Interesting times. Let's see who will shed more blood to keep the scraps.

My main account is only 0.6 btc. My second account that held the other bitcoins. I tried using FinderOuter, but I can't remember any words. But I have the bitcoin shipping key for the account. Is there nothing I can do about it? I lost my laptop in the robbery, so I lost the words.
That sucks OP No, this info isn't enough to recover from your "second" account(as other users have already pointed it out). Your best bet would be the police or a good private investigator. There's still a chance of finding your stolen goods if you act quickly. The first 48 hours are VERY crucial in such cases. Good luck!

Buy stop limit is usually used to place a buy order above the current market price, with your "stop" price as the trigger($150 will be the stop price in your case, try to keep limit price close or equal to your stop price) If you want to buy below the current price, then you can simply create a limit order for that price($50 in your case). Let me know if I got your question right
