921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: need your opinion on Fiancia on: April 19, 2018, 01:59:08 PM
Another PEErc token with bullshit idea.Yea, its 100% scam if they are asking for 0.1 Ether from bounty hunters.I mean, howTF could they? No one's gonna pay them 0.1 ETH for some crap tokens. And they know it.They just don't want to pay you guys.

Before joining any bounty, just look at the team.THIS TEAM IS FULL OF THIRD WORLD COUNTRY SHITTERS.NOne of them have any credibility or experience.
Wanna know what's a good team?Head out to IOST and check out their team. They are not only good at coding, but they have a goal. They will be here for years. They want to achieve something, unlike the team of Fiancia, who are looking to make profit then move on.

DROP OUT OF THAT SHIT BOUNTY, as soon as you can!

What signature campaign? And how are you sure they pay on sat. Is there exchanges already?

Yea, IOST campaign

Proof of enrollment: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3170747.msg34894746#msg34894746

Saturday is the payday, but still I am asking for a week Smiley

Yes they are listed at binance, with a current price of 0.04$.

I suppose... The only thing is, for me to transfer BTC, the fees cost the % interest your looking to pay.
Maybe a different altcoin?

I would be more apt to Buying the IOST on a futures type deal, if your interested in that.
Ohh, that will be too much for me to pay as fees.According to mempool, 10 satoshi/byte will be enough. If you can change the fees, that is.
Probably you are using a wallet like coinbase?

I am using localbitcoins to sell them.Else I could have taken alts.
Thank you for your generosity tho Smiley

And sure, I will message you once I have the tokens.I will be very glad to sell those tokens to you.Cheers!

Dude, thank you so much for your merits. And cheers on getting your prediction right(even I predicted the same Wink ).But I was serious about the ROI part, use the odds at the time of your prediction.I suggest you to do it after 4~5 predictions, but you should add the odds from now. Then it will be easier for you to calculate it.

Brilliant win by MI and an easy one. MI innings was really pleasing to see, RCB batsmen weren't at fault as the target was too high to chase.

Today's match : Royals vs KKR Pick : RR

Kind of very sure of this match, also getting brilliant odds on Royals.
As for today's match.Gonna disagree with you, KKR has better chances to register a win. They have got a perfect combination of bowlers and batsmen. And don't forget sunil narine,a fearless pinch hitter.I am just worried about Andre Russel and his injury. He's a leading run scorer, and if he is unable to play today then it will be a setback for KKR.

If andre plays then choose KKR, else Royals.Sports bet is giving 1.7x on KKR, WHICH ARE VERY LOW.Wait for the live betting to start, and hit your money just when the odds crosses 1.9x

927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hey guys:) Did anyone hear about Wemark? on: April 18, 2018, 12:09:21 PM
Will be amazing if you guys can really pull it off!
There are alternatives to getty and shutter, but people dont use them.Either they aren't famous or not reliable. But implementing it with blockchain, will be awesome!

You can make it even more cool, by adding a feature of securing the photographs. As if the image is encrypted and can only be accessed by the buyer by using some hashes from the transactions or something like that. That will give the sellers a reason to trust your website.

Is it going to be an ERC20 token? If ye then just make sure to build your own transaction explorer.Make sure to make the buying/selling of tokens easy in the initial phases of your launch.Don't target the photographers during the investment period, but only the investors! You guys have a real idea that can work.Use it to rake in some good investment.

After everything is build and working.Target the photographers, go to events, sponsor stuffs. In short, just hire a very good marketing & advertising expert.Developing is easy, but getting clients is the hard part!

Guessing by username, are you indian?I live in India, if you are taking in people for this project. Then please contact me.
GOOD LUCK!

929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is for day trading on: April 18, 2018, 11:56:06 AM
Thats not true for every alt mate. There are countless altcoins, each alt has a different purpose with different aim.All of them take different roads. Some roads go up while most of them only goes downhill.
Most of them are for day trading, true! But not all.Coins like xrp, rides on FOMO fuel.People pump those coins and dump them the other day.Causing a consecutive bull-bear run.
You can count all the shitty coins in this category.

While we have some really goood alts. They are meant for long holds, you have to be smart to find such coins. They have a purpose with a realistic roadmaps.Look out for such coins and invest in them!

IOST is one of them. They have a really knowledgeable dev tem, who knows how to code there way out. They have an achievable roadmap. And are already listed at major exchanges.I am not suggesting iost, just because I am wearing the signature.NO! This token has potential to reach a stable high point.Read the whitepaper for yourself, before investing tho. That will give you an insurance.

Good luck to anyone who read this!
930  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Major indian exchange gets hacked, 438 bitcoins stolen COINSECURE on: April 18, 2018, 11:17:52 AM
All users who have their BTC with coinsecure should write to coinsecure that they want their BTC balance refunded fully in BTC not in INR.

If they don't agree to pay full refund in BTC for BTC balance then users should file fraud case against CoinSecure. Grahak Suraksha, Consumer Courts are also there to fight fraudsters with no fees.

It will take years to fight something like this in the court.Hate to say this, but now we don't have any other choice. They are the bully here, we can either take it or leave it.
Unless you have some connections, pull some strings and then you can easily get those guys behind the bars.Ptetty sure one of their customers must be having good connections, hope for someone with connections to get enraged and nail them from their ass.

I am a user of CoinSecure since 2016 and i visit CoinSecure regularly, I have noticed that CoinSecure's trade volume constantly dropping from last few months due to BTC price fall and other BTC to INR exchanges opened who provide better support and fast transactions. They were battling to create volume and they were also delaying in Fiat withdrawals.
And after the central banks announcement, they were bound to fail!
They aren't even telling us the whole story, probably they got a notice from the bank or something(how could they not?).They are afraid that if they tell us everything, then their sins will be exposed.

It could have been an inside job or at least someone on the inside gave assistance to an outside party. There is a new exchange there called bitindia, but they scammed their applicants by asking the winning voters for several btc to be listed even after winning the voting competition!
Poor people with no moral values starting exchanges. What else could we expect.

Note that I removed Benson Samuel as moderator, but only because I view the situation as potentially too much of a conflict of interest. I have no reason to doubt Benson Samuel's character.

In case, u r not aware, forum moderation is neglected by Benson Samuel for a long time - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3125174.0.
Well, I guess we a need a new mod.Benson, whatever you did for the community(until the hack), we thank you for that.
But after this, it will be really disappointing if he gets back this position.Fucking up with people's money, and then playing a blame game just to prove your innocence without providing any facts. And then keeping the community clueless by going offline.Totally not like a moderator of bitcointalk.

931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your altcoin on: April 17, 2018, 06:10:33 PM
The best and the cheapest way to protect your coins is by storing them offline.Google how to create a paper wallet, store your private keys and lock them alongwith your fiats.

This will be the best way to protect them from the hackers, if you are on a low budget.

If you can throw in some money for protection, then go for hardware wallets like Nanoledger or Trezor.I prefer nano.ALbeit, make sure that you keep the passphrase safe with you.You can use a encrypted external storage to save your passphrase.Or write it down on your wall and cover it up with wallpapers XD

An advise:DON'T STORE YOUR COINS IN AN EXCHANGE.NEVER!
Use exchange for what they are meant for, never store your alts there.Exchanges are targeted by hackers 24*7, one door and pooof! Your money is gone!!
Even huge exchanges like Bittrex gets attacked. And the most recent one was coinsecure, lost 438 bitcoins in an attack. So exchanges are a NOno!

I hope this will help you in protecting your coins Smiley)
932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [IPL] Indian premier league picks on: April 17, 2018, 02:29:44 PM
-snip-
Today its going to be between Mumbai and Bangalore. A tough choice, can't support any team by virtue of place haha. Though I feel Bangalore is a much better team but Mumbai is playing at wankhade, so this time I'll be picking up Mumbai for the win.
May my winning streak continue!

Even I expect Mumbai to win today.Even though they have lost the toss, and its a hard pitch so very hard to defend. But they can still put up a good fight. They are headed by Rohit sharma, who has guided MI to victory 4 times. He is an experienced man, and needs a win very badly today.
Today will be the test of his captaincy skills.Today McClenaghan will be playing today.

As for RCB, McCullum is on the bench today. The bowling wing will ride on Umesh yadav. He's an amazing bowler.Lets hope that his magic fails today lol
Whoever wins, this is going to be an amazing and intensive game.MI VS RCB has always been an intense battle .-.

Hi mate,I think we already have a thread about IPL predictions so do you think this thread is also necessary?I think it will just shatter the discussion so it will be better if we keep one thread for the IPL 2018.

So lock this thread and concentrate on this thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3233064.0

Looks like OP wants to keep a personal thread on his predictions.I would suggest OP to add an ROI too.So that people can get an idea of your accuracy.
933  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week in BTC & Tokens! on: April 17, 2018, 01:39:50 PM
Hey everyone, I have gone through all outstanding applications and updated the spreadsheet for week 2.

The following members have been accepted into the campaign:
nathan047
legendster
bitbollo
taiwww
sud
googs84
jmigdlc99
edgycorner
vlad230
butka
apurveanand
lienfaye

Please update your info if you have not already done so Smiley

The following members have been removed from the campaign, along with the reasons for their removal:
gabz999- SMAS blacklisted and received negative trust
kennyr- SMAS blacklisted
televisionlover- no posts in the first week

As the rules state, users who are SMAS blacklisted are barred from joining the campaign. I will be more vigilant in checking this list from now on, it is my fault these two slipped through.

The following members did not receive full payment but will remain in the campaign:
bavicrypto - posts in bounty threads do not count
kwakufavour - low post count
fmboyzz - low post count
Mame - low post count

In an effort to improve post quality, I am informally asking members to avoid mega-threads for the majority of their paid posts. A mega-thread is a thread that already contains hundreds of replies (20+ pages). While one can still make quality contributions to threads such as these, I'd like to encourage users to spark new discussions, rather than posting in threads that have more or less run their course.

I have noticed this trend among the following users:
iram1011
Abiky
Victorycoin
SummerBliss
richjohn
djsugar
Sahyadri
maxim000
mast3rm1nd
Pasaway2701
crypto-bit
LeaderAMB

Please keep this in mind going forward. If I do not see improvement in this area, I will be forced to make this a formal rule.

Thank you so much for taking me in.I have updated all the required things.
Will make sure to keep up the good name of IOST.
Thanks again!

Note that I removed Benson Samuel as moderator, but only because I view the situation as potentially too much of a conflict of interest. I have no reason to doubt Benson Samuel's character.

He probably has his hands full, trying to make sure that the liabilities of the exchange are settled and it is back up and running.
I also do not believe that he would censor criticism (if any) of the exchange.

Pretty sure he wasn't removed from his mod position just for that reason.
We can't be sure whether he was involved or not. What if it was all planned?Until they pay back bitcoins too or the hacker is caught, I won't trust them.

According to the new update, they are only going to let user's withdraw their fiat funds(which was already safe, according to them).

935  Economy / Exchanges / Major indian exchange gets hacked, 438 bitcoins stolen COINSECURE on: April 13, 2018, 11:59:54 AM
You can find the details on their website: https://coinsecure.in
http://archive.is/AZnGe

This hack came just after the ban on cryptos by the central bank.Coincidence?
They are blaming their CSO for this.A single person holding all the coins doesn't seems to be ethical at all.People trusted them with their hard earned money.

UID of the CSO(who was holding the coins) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=72118
UID of the CTO https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=66510
According to his reply on my previous thread, he seems to have no connection with the hack; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3310743.msg34568316#msg34568316
If you aren't going to answer HOW & WHEN then those are just shallow promises. The website isn't accessible at all, with no ETA.

Bitcoin already has a bad name in India, this will only make things worse.
I am expecting 3000+ user's with active balance, who are stuck with their money.Majority of the user's are neophytes. So, probably most of them are unaware of bitcointalk.

936  Local / India / Coinsecure gets hacked after their bank account suspension on: April 12, 2018, 07:10:33 PM
I got a mail from coinsecure claiming that somebody(lol) stole(XD) their bitcoins.
Seriously coinsecure?
Here, read it:
https://i.imgur.com/can4IDz.png

Is this how you guys are going to roll after your bank account suspension?
If you are going to use this an excuse to hold user's funds, then this isn't going to be a very good news for the indian bitcoin community.
GGWP!
Disappointed.

I will make sure to let people know how amazing IOST is.Implementation of sharding in carrying out transactions sounds really awesome.
938  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: WazirX Bitcoin Exchange India on: April 05, 2018, 05:17:13 PM
Well, they are over 30K KYC completed already. I don't know if they are scam or not, but recently people have tend to be careless with the amount of KYC they are doing for getting tokens. Hope this goes well.

They are very active in putting their status update. TRading is live now on their platform. 30k KYC is not a big number. It means that 30k users want to trade on their platform. Not everyone will. With 5% trading, that makes it 1500 users trading on the platform. Thats not a bad number to start with (they are just 1 month old).

Its not a good idea to spread the rumors about someone who is trying to do something. Whether they fail or succeed is a different topic.

Note: I am not connected to them or with any exchange in any capacity.
Scammer or not with the new directives from the RBI they are bound to fail.
Won't trust them with any of my money. In the current scenario, only a fool will deposit in new exchanges now.
939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 05, 2018, 02:02:54 PM
i wonder why there is a cricket match discussion in bitcoin.org forum Tongue

So that gamsters can make the best choice by knowing about other opinions? Its not about cricket but about gambling on cricket .-.

And I think cricket is the most reliable sports to bet on, as compared to football or any other sports. The stats can help you very much in your bets. And then sharing about those stats here, will help you in getting a second opinion.

Why shouldn't there be a thread on cricket gambling? :p
940  Local / India / Re: DUMP KOINEX IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ITS TOO LATE on: March 05, 2018, 01:58:25 PM
Does Koinex charge any fees on INR withdrawals? Nothing is mentioned on their "fees" page.

Probably its zero now.Since they are charging a fees on every trade.Which is different for buyers and sellers.

But yeah, they have't mentioned anything on the fees page.So we can only assume it to be zero unless someone who has traded recently can guide us.I did a few trades before February, when it used to be 2%.Although, it was mentioned on the website.
