I've also lost 0.00689441 BTC in the process. Insignificant perhaps, but the company seems to be reeking of some weird stuff. Here's the chronology for me:
Jan 2016 - signed up, got Rs 200 worth of BTC, didn't KYC
Jun 2017 - failed KYC (no idea why, only think I can think of is that i may have interchanged my passport pages)
Dec 8, 2017 - logged in after a while - my bitcoins are intact
Dec 13, 2017 - log in to complete KYC again, bitcoins gone! (They had been taken on Dec 8 when I logged in, on the same pretext)
Call to customer care:
CC: We have removed because you didn't verify within a month.
Me: There was no condition with the coupon when I joined. I was given no notification. How can you just randomly remove my BTC?
CC: We informed on our website. We are under no obligation to email you.
Me: Okay, but then did you put this up for users pre-2017? And why did it take so long to remove my BTC then?
CC: We arbitrarily extended your timeframe. Then we removed it.
Me: But how can it be arbitrary? You never notified me!
CC: We had a 2year policy for users pre-2017, and you crossed the 2 year threshhold.
Me: But its still 23 months, 1 month is left.
CC: Its your fault you didn't verify all this while. We will not refund now.
(This really happened. They really did make a 2 year window on the spot and backtracked)!
Yes, we can use this as proof against them.I have contacted Bangalore Cyber police, and will try to the get them closed for fraudulent activities. |

As I told you in our PM chat, anyone can make up anything about anyone else on the internet. It's not proof.It could be a smear campaign from a competitor. Very easy to buy those from (cough) China. It's not. I have attached the copy of google cached page.Not from any illicit source. All the things that I have written are 100% fact I request Bunsen to counter them. I cannot understand.. Why is my name even here? Updating. I totally got confused with unocoin and coinsecure. Feeling so stupid.Deleting anything related to you and updating the thread. With an apologoy thread. Sorry. |

 In 2015(when I applied the code) they even used to allow non KYC customers to withdraw/transfer bitcoins. I applied for verification today so that I can withdraw them but then after few hours I got this message. GG WP. |

In the new forum is there a way to know if someone quoted my reply on the same thread?
IMO it could be done one of three ways: 1) Notify you when someone clicks the "Quote" button on one of your posts. Doesn't mean they will post anything though - they could be copy/pasting your content. 2) Parse each new message for proper "Quote Blocks" and notify the owner of those blocks. But that could be abused easily. 3) Identify the quote blocks before the edit window and make them uneditable. In combination with #2, this could work, but it would also lead to long useless quote threads, as you wouldn't be able to delete the irrelevant parts of the quote. Or notify the user and put indicators on the thread which will link to the quotes. But those indicators will show only direct quotes, and bot will send notifications about both direct & nested quotes.User can have an option to turn off the notifications for a post, if he's no longer interested in that thread. Quotes can be detected by matching the time stamp and name from previous replies on the thread.  If a user doesn't wants someone to get notified for quoting his reply, then he can simply use formatting & copy paste the text. Albeit, the idea of indicators sounds a bit complicated.But it can improve readability of the thread.Maybe someone can suggest a better alternative. |
