121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why did my tokens get sent out of my wallet on: June 17, 2018, 05:20:07 AM
So the first case might be that your private key has been exposed and your token has been stolen.
This is the first thing that came into my mind! He's probably phished or given off his private key unknowingly.

The second possibility is that there is a BUG in the smart contract of the token, which leads to the random transfer of the token.
Is this really possible? Bug in the smart contract that would automatically send your tokens to other wallet?

I think the OP should look more into this and trace the wallet which it has been said, and locate the wallet owner. Then probably confront him personally or then ask for help, there are lot's of members willing to help.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Impressio is the newest bounty campaign which turned out to be a scam. on: June 17, 2018, 05:16:45 AM
Alarming number of ICO's who are scams and also other allegations about other bounties like there are no payment after few months and others are the bounty managers doesn't reply in Telegram or others who deleted their Telegram groupchat. Very disapponting.
I think so too, twitter stopped tweeting after 28 tweets? Why though? I asked the telegram chat what's the matter, they didn't really respond and shut me off. That's when i started thinking ImpressioLTD might be a scam. Till then, i'll just sit here and observe.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto security and safety of your money on: June 16, 2018, 11:23:30 AM
The best way to save your cryptocurrency is to use a hardwallet.
I completely agree. There's a huge difference between the security of using hardware wallets and free wallet like MEW.

I also suggest for the forum/wallet to implement 2FA when logging in, but as discussed before, no can do.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are other ways to earn? on: June 16, 2018, 11:11:31 AM
I'm actually new to this industry and i want to earn some money without putting some in the line(A.K.A investing) and i doubt myself that i could actually know how to manage my coins is there any way to earn money that would kick start me in this industry?
There's some other way to earn money without investment:
FAUCETS
This is a simple way to get started , especially if you are tight on funds. For the most part, you will find faucets for the larger currencies like ETH,BTC XRP, BCH,LTC DOGE.
BOUNTY CAMPAIGN
Participating through bounty is one of the easy way to earn money without investment you should complete the task.it need some  time or effort to earn something you want.
I highly doubt FAUCETS and I think they are a waste of time. I'm extremely careful when it comes to my money, i really don't want to cash in money without any viable proof that would help me verify my possible investment. My friend tried to cash in (our sacrifice), and truth be told, we're really amateurs back then and would like some quick buck. And as always, disappointment.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Exchange Ranks - A different ranking of Exchanges on: June 16, 2018, 11:05:40 AM
Crypto Exchange Ranks, a new company claims to be the first to rank cryptocurrency exchanges on different views.
The current rankings are Arbitage view, Cybersecurity score and Public opinion score.
They are planning to add up Compliance and reliability block and Technical and Infrastructure block in the near future.
https://cryptoexchangeranks.com
May i ask how datas are gathered? Although the project is highly needed (since there are some accusations that some exchanges hold their customers), i still can't believe the datas gathered and provided be 100% reliable even though it's the very reason why the company is doing.
126  Local / Pilipinas / Re: PANGKALAHATANG IMPORMASYON DAPAT MONG MALAMAN TUNGKOL SA BITCOIN on: June 15, 2018, 04:06:22 PM
Most of the Filipinos here already knew that kind of information, this is a Philippines section it supposed to be a discussion of cryptocurrencies in our country and the likes.

Well, I do appreciate your effort on doing that however mas maraming newbies ang nangangailangan nyan.
Goodluck!
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC needed in future ICO so be careful .. on: June 12, 2018, 08:45:55 AM
This's when an ICO/Bounty is really frustrating. Not that i don't want to pass my KYC but, if they want to do this, they should've said so earlier not after the ICO. Plus in some bounties, if you didn't send any KYC in their required time all your hard work will be null and void.
128  Other / Meta / Re: Sex for merit? on: June 12, 2018, 06:17:36 AM

you guys wanna see proof!? i got proofs!

129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain - Solution of Piracy ? on: June 12, 2018, 05:56:33 AM
If you refer to copyright, this is indeed the case, it's one of the applications that the blockchain technology has. In fact, there are already platforms that offer the registration of intellectual property in the blockchain.
The transparency of blockchain also contributes as a great factor. Surely it does quite a decent job keeping the legality of a certain document and the security of the data. But still, having it a solution to piracy as a whole would still be a work in progress, for now, it can be used as a prevention to some piracy.
130  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 50% loss in capital on: June 05, 2018, 10:31:52 AM
Tignan mo rin yung price chart nung coin mo, tignan mo kung yung pag vary ba niya from mababa to mataas eh sobrang rapid, then hold mo lang talaga.

131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scams on: June 05, 2018, 10:13:53 AM
for 2 months early still something to say. We must wait at least six months. Many projects swing for a long time at the start. They need time to enter the exchange
True. It is highly probable that you'll end up waiting for the token to be listed, and probably have another wait for the boom of the token. You should go check their roadmap and see anything related to the project launch, weeks after that will probably be the best time to sell.

I suggest you interact with the community and ask for proofs and such, to verify the legitimacy of the project. Look for loopholes on whitepapers and the team composition -- check their background. There are many ways to check if the project is a SCAM, you just need to read. Also, do this before joining, so you won't have problems like this as you go through the project.
132  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do we only recieve merit when someone gives it or other ways to earn merit? on: June 04, 2018, 11:22:30 PM
From my understanding the only way to get merit is through members or have I seem to be missing something?
Are there additional ways in which we might receive merit?

Nope, you've understand correctly. I don't really think that there are other way to earn merits. Therefore, there are no other way to receive merit other than other members meriting your posts.
133  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounty Translation Campaign - How to start participating on: June 04, 2018, 03:03:48 PM
Was about to say "i have the same questions" then i saw this, is this really possible? to turn in translation non crypto related? And be accepted?
If you have a portfolio of translation in any other area than you can show it as an example of your abilities. Crypto translations is not the only one to show )

I remember some saying that you should try to do translations for small time projects or even for free, justo broaded up your portfolio.
134  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Copying posts from the past on: June 04, 2018, 02:56:08 PM
Seryoso? Just give me a chance to rant about this topic.

Please take time and put an effort creating contents or topic hindi yung buong topic kopyang kopya at tigilan na din kakarephrase ng topic, paulit ulit nalang.

135  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: characteristic of airdrop scam on: June 04, 2018, 01:29:32 PM
For beginners in careful participation in airdrop, easy way of knowing the airdrop scam:

3. Airdrop by requesting to enter privatekey

Almost anything that would seem suspicious to you (maybe your guts told you so), are probably scams. Airdrops usually asks for your email, username, and ETH address but if things turned out like this, asking for your private keys and such, then it's probably a SCAM and it's trying to phish your datas. If tou think you've been phished, immediately reset your private keys. You might save your account with this.
136  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 1 mln $ possible? on: June 04, 2018, 01:23:44 PM
I think it's plausible, given the time and conditions are right, anything's possible. Bitcoin is really volatile, so there's no telling if it would reach that high. But the way it is now, it is highly improbable that this would happen anytime soon. Maybe in about another decade or so, but would crypto still be there?
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in an ICO? on: June 04, 2018, 01:20:42 PM
Depends on how well do you want to earn and what risks are you willing to take. Of course, investing on ICO has higher risk compared to doing bounty. Because participating on ICOs would require you to risk your time, money, effort, and the most important of all although some don't require this, your identity (through KYC) so there's a lot to lose in case the project is a SCAM. Bounties would just ask your time and effort for a little exchange, so there's nothing much to lose but a lot to gain.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make cash without investing? on: June 04, 2018, 01:15:30 PM
How can I earn cash without investing? Can I earn a thousand dollars without investing or buying first?
Here we go again. There other things than money that you can invest with. For example, you can invest your emotion to someone, and you can invest your time and effort on doing bounty campaigns.

For your question, no. I mean technically you can earn, but doing transactions to make those tokens into fiat would still require GAS fee or ETH. Therefore, you need to buy at least a bit of those for you to sell your tokens.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Closing range of ETH in 2018. on: June 04, 2018, 01:02:31 PM
Ethereum is flying form last few days. I really can not trace the reason of the bullish trend.
However, what is your thought about the closing price of ETH in 2018?

Graph wise, i don't really think it's anywhere near the $1000 dollar mark. It even reduced its value for about 3.75% in the past week, making its value at $597.47. But nonetheless, we're still on the second half of the year, things can get pretty rough on the second half we'll then see if the value of it would continue to decrease or would be in a bull run.
140  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Start mining.. Is it a good idea?? on: June 03, 2018, 02:50:57 AM
your location would  be a good indicator of you should start mining. the cost of living in your area and the temperature would help too. Since the bills you'd have to pay whilst doing mining would be computed for your profit and the temperature would also help your mining rig to not overheat, so it's also preferable you'd be mining in a cold area. If you've computed all the factors and still have a good profit then it's a good idea.
