Anyone else not getting any confirms on their LKY deposits?  Sitting with 0 confirms for 3 hours now...

Alright.  Cool beans.  A no interest loan.  I didn't want to see you go broke running the pool.
1583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching][0%fee] multipool.us:Always mine the most profitable coin on: August 27, 2013, 12:25:24 AM
Either I am getting double paid on WDC or by coincidence I am being paid out the exact same amount twice in a row.  The thing that really makes it look like a double payment is that my auto payout amount is half of what these payments are.  I know the auto payout was not running earlier but I haven't seen what all was being mined all day to know if I mined these coins or not.

EDIT:  Flound you need to stop your auto payouts ASAP I just got double paid on LKY!

What have we been mining all day?  I would usually see a payout by now unless we are on LTC or NVC for a long time and I haven't seen a payout in about 12 hours.

Too many disconnects on pool1.us.multipool.us.  Seeing them on multi port and some of the direct coin ports.
1586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching][0%fee] multipool.us:Always mine the most profitable coin on: August 03, 2013, 02:43:47 AM
There seems to be something strange going on where the unconfirmed balance is not moving to the confirmed balance unless you are mining that coin, regardless of the fact that blocks are being discovered by others mining the coin on the pool.

I assure you the payment scripts do not know who is mining what coin at any time, other than calculating shares.

Some coins are slow to confirm when we're not on them due to having no additional hashrate to find blocks.
DGC has been showing .3977 blocks unconfirmed for several days, when it gets mined the unconfirmed goes up, then back down to .3977 blocks.

I believe I am seeing similar behavior.  I still have WDC waiting to confirm, the same amount I had hours ago.  But WDC should not take that long to confirm.

Honestly since we moved to .us instead of .in none of the stats change very much unless we change the coin we mine on or I wait a long period of time. And if I wait and we stay on the same coin the only stats that change are confirmed and unconfirmed.  The round shares, the hashrate and the estimate rarely change.  If it changes which coin is being mined than many stats will change including confirmed and unconfirmed.

At the end of the day I am still making about what I would expect to so it hasn't bothered me over much but I did like it better on the old website where the stats seemed to work a lot better.

EDIT:  Changed the word never to rarely above.

Are the personal stats on the new page working?  Seems like the pool stats in the upper right are changing but the stats in the upper left are the same for going on 10 minutes now.

EDIT: After some more time my confirmed and unconfirmed on the currently mined coin (WDC) have changed but my hashrate, shares, and per block estimate have remained unchanged.

Well shouldn't everyone have switched to the chain with more hashrate at some point?  How is it that more than one chain stuck around the network for an extended period?  Orphans happen on every cryptocoin but what I haven't seen before is two competing chains both co-existing on the network.
1589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching][0%fee] multipool.in:Always mine the most profitable coin on: July 28, 2013, 01:32:19 PM
I recently moved to multipool with my miners, very nice work!
I think I have looked everywhere on the site  multipool.in, but can not locate a list of pay transactions for payouts. I am trying to find 2 payout transactions of CAP that hasnt been deposited yet. Not a huge amount, just would like to track transaction. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thank you.

I am in the same boat on a CAP transaction.  Seems there was a fork in the CAP blockchain. Seems there is talk that multipool is to blame as well.

Flound can you take it out of the rotation for a bit?  No sense mining if the coins are never received by the miners...
1590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching][0%fee] multipool.in:Always mine the most profitable coin on: July 28, 2013, 01:43:25 AM
One more hour and we will mining FTC for a long time. I have an idea to try working on multiport without CAPs, profit seems to be higher then with caps. What do you think about that ?

It may be that we're staying on CAP too long..  I've decreased the minimum to 5 minutes.
That's good decision. Have you try to make unified pay system ? I mean autoexchange for all coins we mining.

It's coming, I don't have an ETA yet though.

Please make it optional.  I like selling them myself and holding when I want.

Sure, now i use absolutely new login "sh_ttd" on pool, old one "SHTTD" skipped.
Devcoins were sent.  IXcoins are way under the minimum withdrawal amount on cryptsy. If the next round ends in time to earn enough btc to meet the bitparking minimum withdrawal of .01 I will send you that also.

Your DGM finally discharged so your BTC was sent.
1592  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Help me pick a pool on: July 12, 2013, 06:44:19 PM
If you are mining on non-pps pools then you should spread your miners out to more than one pool to minimize variance.  Pools go through periods of good luck and bad so if you are all in on a single pool then you are subject to whatever luck they have.  If you mine multiple pools you usually have another pool having normal or good luck while one pool has bad luck and it equalizes out.

I have mined on 5 or 6 different BTC pools and many other altcoin pools.  For BTC I now mine on bitparking and bitminter both of which I recommend.  DGM is the best payout formula in my opinion.  PPLNS is ok too.  In my experience the relatively higher variance of pools like slush, bitminter, bitparking and others is more profitable in the long run than lower variance pools like BTC Guild or 50BTC.

Lets try 'sh_ttd'...

p.s. Works from start!

p.p.s. wallets of MY 'shttd' was:

Which address is for which coin?  Someone else already withdrew the devcoins and ixcoins to my cryptsy account so I can send you those.  After another block the minimum withdraw on BTC should be reached and I can send you those at that time.  Name coins will be stranded.

Also you realize that you are now hashing on sh_ttd and not SHTTD right?

How later? Miner works 24/7 since 02.07.13...

Dude I don't think you ever registered.  Out of curiosity I tried to register the name shttd and it totally worked and it is now accumulating altcoins and no doubt when the pool finds another block it will also get some bitcoins.  So the miners are definitely setup with that user name.  But this is your hash here and not mine so now that it worked I feel guilty and embarrassed about it.  I just made cryptsy deposit addresses to have something to put in there when I registered it.  Maybe DoubleC will let you change the deposit addresses on the account or if you make another account I can forward you whatever this one earns.  I feel bad for you though because if you have really been hashing since 2-7-13 that means you missed an awful lot of coinage.
1599  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [2.4 TH/s] Bitparking Pool, DGM 0%,vardiff,stratum,Merge Mining on: July 09, 2013, 12:42:33 AM
I tried Bitparking for several days.
In the beginning it was great! But then something weird happened.
My miners are all up and hashing happily, but Bitparking doesn't add anything and shows my hash rate as 0!
I should get a few thousands devcoins a day (easier to keep track than BTC to see if you get paid or not), but nothing was added.
So it isn't just wrong display.
When I restart the miners, it will show hash rate again.
But then it shows 0 again while the miners are mining.....
Happened to me at least 3 times, so I had to say goodbye.
I can work for free, but not my miners. Those rascals are just too expensive to let them work for free!

Anybody else experienced this?

You should get logs and send them to admin@bitparking.com.  DoubleC will totally work with you on it.  I had some issues not long ago and he worked with me.  He's a straight up dude.  You don't need to take your hash anywhere else, he'll help get you sorted.  Just make sure you provide your username and timezone so he can reconcile your miner logs with whatever the servers are doing at the same moment.
