Hey Kano, how many addresses do you have that start with 1Kano? Just curious. I seemed to recall that it was your instructions that had allowed me to OC my jalapeno (thanks BTW) and I dug this up: https://web.archive.org/web/20140208185601/http://www.kano-kun.net/?p=70 and I noticed it has a different 1Kano... address then the one you use in association with the pool. Sadly I also see that you never got a single donation to the address on that page. My jalapeno did make a tiny profit but the little single was big loss or I woulda sent you something back then. |

I have an S7 that tries to hash gets to 5 TH then gives red light starts beeping. Out of warranty. Please any ideas?
lower the freq by 1000 if 700 go to 600 650 go to 550 check temps check fan speeds Thanks for the quick response! 600 stops the beeping and red light but can only get 4 TH.. Tried 650 and 625 and no beeping but Red light flashing Still having this problem anybody know a solution please? If it starts working and then goes into beeping and no hashing it sounds like overheating. Do the temps go up over 80 as it revs up to 5 Th? Even if the board misreports temps over 80 when it isn't actually getting that hot it will shut down hashing just as you describe. You might also disconnect all the boards except one and run them one at a time to see if you can isolate the problem to a specific board. |

yeah this one breaks me even for my .1 in rentals I need one more block to break completely even on the fees but pretty close to even now. But I also now have .21 BTC in my nicehash account for the next long block so I'm all set in case I need it. |

Hmmm ETA: ~14d 23h 57m I did .0032 EDIT: ok I see a little hashrate coming on. I set it to 150 Th but I am getting like 3 Th at the moment. EDIT2: So after a few minutes I am getting over 300 Th. What was the point of asking for 150?  |

my logic is we are at a cdf high winning number. I am a 20th guy so 500th will not bring my redline too high at all. If I win the block I will win a high cdf
and will be in the lead as high cdf.
So now is the time for all you 10-50th guys to drop a nice rental.
OK what the heck. I have never done a rental but I created an account and sent some funds over. How many confirms do they usually want before you can spend the account funds on an order? Antpool found a block of their own before they knew about our block but even after our block propagated across the network as the clear winner antpool continued mining on their own block and orphaned ours. This is exactly why mining hashrate needs to be decentralized because the ability of a large pool to basically force orphans from smaller pools is total bullshit. Also, fuck bitmain.

Would not mind to see the rules changed to track the highest share of a solved block for the month, hehe. Mine was a 8.56T
I thought the same thing when I hit a 3.98T share but there was a 13 or 14T share a page or two back. |

I have to admit that I sold one coupon for 0.01 BTC. Since then I've rethought things and I'm going to sit on my remaining coupons, effectively burning them.
I'm no fan of Bitmain after what I went through with half of my batch 1 order being delayed. Between that and the parade of empty blocks from AntPool they do not deserve my loyalty.
Rather than trying to profit from this, I'm more interested in reducing the appeal of batch 15. Therefore I'm playing my admittedly tiny role in decreasing the appeal of this batch and possibly reducing the rate of difficulty increase.
So go ahead and ask me to sell or give you a coupon. The answer is no.

What batch s7 is that? running at 731 with low err rates and avg 4.8+? What PSU you using? I have not had much luck OC'ing the newer batches. I am only OC'ing batch 1-6 with pretty good results.
Batch 8 using an EVGA 1600. Can S7s make do with EVGA 1300? Supposedly they can if you don't OC. |

Can anyone recommend a reputable and fair exchange to transfer NMC to BTC's? I have seen a few online, but also heard that some are scams.
I know they aren't worth much, but better to change them over than have them just sitting in my account collecting dust.
