Does deposits/withdrawals in BTC-e works fine? Is it necessary to verify your account (i.e. send personal documents/any document) in order to deposit/withdraw non-fiat money?
No. I have deposited and withdrawn cryptos without verification just fine.

The fact that it happened immediately after you did your transaction suggests maybe there is malware on the computer you used. Something may have recorded your keystrokes to log in to the blockchain wallet. Unless you turned on logging on your blockchain account I don't think you can get the IP of the person who accessed your wallet.

Mullick doesn't run cryptsy Vern does. Mullick is just an employee.

Maybe you have malware on the phone. Is there any way someone who had full access to your phone could get the website login info? Is the same email used to login to the website setup on the phone?

This is the explanation I am leaning towards. BTC-e was close to overtaking MtGox by volume, maybe they have by now. Coinbase has also never been listed but considering the past between MtGox and Coinbase that would explain that too.

For those of you who are confused this is a thread about bitcoin charts. It is not a thread about BTC-e.

I am inclined to doubt this scenario. My missing BTC, (which went missing because their stupid expiring wallet address thing expired in just a couple hours, before the transaction had the necessary 6 confirms), are still sitting in the same address where I deposited them. If these guys were pulling shenanigans like trading with customer funds they could have sold that BTC at one of the two all time highs we saw while they have been holding it. I still don't have my BTC back but neither have they done anything with it. That address has exactly one transaction, my deposit.

Ouch! Unfortunately I think I can predict your experience...no response for days. I certainly hope I am wrong. Their support system is a joke. In addition to the support ticket that will probably be ignored you should PM the facebook account. I have been monitoring the facebook page since my own issue (still unresolved) from over 3 weeks ago and you are far more likely to get a personalized response from the facebook account. The support system seems to just give generic canned responses (after waiting many, many days). But I also saw the facebook account advise someone to PM them about an issue they raised on the facebook page. My own issue with missing BTC has not been resolved but I have at least gotten them to tell me some version of "we are swamped but we will get to it" by posting on the facebook page about it.

A couple of weeks ago, BTC-e stopped accepting USD deposits. Guess they were tired of the regulatory requirements and decided not to deal with American citizens.
This is not accurate.

added bitfinex, kraken and localbitcoins. dunno, should i add cryptsy?
yes
|
|
|
Provided Cryptsy gets it's technical challenges addressed then I would say yes at that point. But right now I would say no.
One of the reasons I took all of my LTC trading from Cryptsy to BTC-e is because when the volume gets high, Cryptsy chokes, so you can't place and remove orders in response to the market movement like you can on BTC-e. But now that Cryptsy redesigned everything, basically nothing works right. I assume that will get fixed, but whether the new version will be responsive during high volatility remains to be seen. I have high hopes for Cryptsy though long term, just not worth the annoyance right now.

|
|
Cryptsy is buggy as hell right now but they are light years ahead of everyone else on the support side. I think that will make all of the difference long term. If they can fix the technical stuff they will dominate the exchange business. Meanwhile though, kind of unusable. Vern get back from Vegas and fix that ish!

My miners are staying connected and submitting shares but the stats on the webpage keeps intermittently reporting my hashrate as zero. I can't tell yet if it is affecting my shifts adversely or not.

I have been waiting on a withdrawal from Campbx for weeks now. I would just reiterate you better watch out if you're depositing there. It's gotten worse and SOMETHING is going on.
Yep I have been waiting on a BTC deposit for 3 weeks today. They suck. Sounds like you've screwed something up. It shouldn't take 3 weeks for BTC to deposit to CampBx... Have you tried contacting their support or is this just some FUD? I have only been posting about it in multiple campbx threads including the one I started myself. The second one down you have been posting in as well. Funny that you should blame me, sounds like the same bullshit they spout. I also have not failed to notice that you repeatedly stand up for them even in a thread where you say it takes 2-3 weeks to get your funds. Me thinks you are a perhaps a sock puppet. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=350654.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=357533.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=342184.0

What's funny is this thread was started a couple months ago before the new website. Now that they have the new website they have all of these same problems plus more and I encounter problems more often (basically constantly) than I did before.
And now that they are inundated with users their support has resorted to canned and inappropriate responses. But having said all of that, they are still the only exchange that actually responds to support tickets promptly and they have always eventually handled my issues to my complete satisfaction which is something.

|

Yeah I am starting to believe they just suck at customer service and that they take FOREVER to do anything but that they are actually still honest which is a plus. Unfortunately they held the BTC I was planning to sell for fiat during the all time highs these past few weeks so sucks to be me. But then again they still haven't returned my BTC yet and its been 2 and a half weeks already.

If it popped up on the site and said a name instead of just calling it a deposit then it was probably bitjohn or vern sending you money to cover a glitch which had debited money from you. This has happened to me at least twice on cryptsy, once a couple days ago and once many months ago. Both time in response to weird balance issues I had and tickets I had opened but it is conceivable that they noticed something you didn't during an audit and fixed it without you noticing the issue first.
Go to the balances page then under the coin in question view the transfers in and you should see the name if it was bitjohn or vern.

How long did you guys wait? I am still waiting for my missing BTC. Been 2 and half weeks already.
@Malooka - also do I understand from your previous posts that you only have half of your funds so far?
