But, we need more hash rate so we can block This pool has all kinds of live stats and all pertinent links available too. AND only a 10 coin minimum and payouts every 30 mins. So come help me check it out. Really a different good type of pool layout! If you are using Claymore then below is a command line that works for me. Ya I'm trying to send to Cryptopia lol Notice however that the password is your rig name like -xpsw Rig5 etc. Also if you want to use an SSL connection you can change the command to (stratum+ssl) instead of tcp. Port:10215, either will work. Has anyone received ETN in Cryptopia since the fork? I sent some over there yesterday and still hasn't showed up. I'm wondering if they updated?
That's scary! its things like this that still have me concerned.... Buy orders (BTC) are down well over 60% on Cryptopia since yesterday.... and price falling... not good. Just transferred from Cryptopia. Took around 10 minutes... Good news indeed! Ty |

But we got it figured now. Finally got to 50 on Fairhash and got my last payout. So came in at about 700 coins for the first 24 hours of mining with them. Fell short of what the calculator said. It's a bit scary if we compare the 50 000 Sol/s / 620 Watt = 80.6 Watt/Sol ratio with the current Nvidia GPU 50 000 Sol/s / 12 500 Watt = 4 Watt/Sol ratio. That makes ASIC miners over 20 times more efficient in power consumption. It really amplifies the importance of ZHash algo change in the fight against centralization represented by ASICs. -------------------------- BitcoinZ: In Decentralization We TrustI guess that means buy the dip and hope some one don't run of.. GFU? Does the word even exist ? "The Innosilicon A9 ZMaster should cost $9999 USD with a PSU". ROI on that Asic would probably be negative and it would destroy the coin because of skyhigh diff and gpu miners don't bothering to mine any more. Ya really its like bringing a 50 caliber machine gun to a knife fight. 50,000 SOLS? who ever owns one will be alone on the same pool with others that have the same hash power and spinning their wheels making no money on a coin that no one is buying as a result. I think with this announcement we will see more devs moving their coins away from ASICs. WORD OF ADVICE to BTCZ devs - don't wait to to make the change to ZHASH after ASICS drive up the difficulty or it will be an ugly transition. Just went through a week of hell with ETN making the algo change back to GPU and its still not quite right yet.... and has been very costly for the devs team to implement now. |

From what I am reading here and there, looks like other Equihash coins will maybe be changing up algo. I'm hearing ZClassic, ZenCash as well. Don't quote me on this lol
As far as these ASICS, I think many will become high dollar door stops sooner than later.... Only the very first to posses will make any money but will be short lived. Just not worth it.

fairhash seems to be ok. I just made 7.5 ETN in an hour. Shouldn't take to long to get to 50 Yes it works as it should and the hash rate is coming back up some now. And I may end up mining back on there for ETN. After I pulled out of pool, I have a pending balance of 45... so now I have to point a miner back to the pool and mine 5 more coins so my pending balance will get paid lol, cant win... Its just many miners have a couple cards etc. and want to mine, but for low hash miners it will be some time to see a payout is all. I'm still waiting to see if all the kinks are worked out with ETN everywhere and maybe see the price start to move up a little. I certainly hope so! My first choice is to mine this algo (uses less power) What gpu are u using because u mine so slow? I have an ass kicking sapphire over clocked Radeon HD 7950 lol |

I agree. They need to lower it to 5 coins minimum. Screw that dopey policy of "Pool Hopping is Prohibited" BS.  Many would like to try a pool feel it out but not get trapped waiting for days on a payout. That's why everyone has left and now it takes a day almost to block.... Many small miners want to feel and see something happening from there miners. Not have to wait forever. FairHash you need to lower it to 5 coins, announce it in here in big red letters and you will see miners coming back. and get rid of that stupid pool hop warning, its ridiculous. If people want to come and go let em! at least you will have miners checking you out and MAYBE they will stay PS: I am getting ready to pull out as soon as we block (whenever that may be now?) on your pool, and when I do you will definitely fall below 1 M/h ....... lower that to 5 5 coins... you must be joking. No I am not joking! I can see 50, 100, 500 minimums with ASICs but not now. Didn't used to be that way when ETN launched. |

Ya I'm out for now as far as mining goes... not even coming close to a break even. And what I have mined, I'm wondering if Ill actually see it (as in import into some working wallet?) from the paper wallet  But I think there is more to be resolved than meets the eye. For whatever it is worth, FairHash does show 6 payments sent" and not pending, to my paper wallet. So the pool seems to work as it should that way and and payouts flow. Just need to lower that coin withdraw minimum to 5 ETN and I don't care what everyone else's pools are doing. Fairhash you got to be competitive and get people talking and coming back to your pool. I mean Nano has 17,692 K/h and you got 532, that's what I'm talking about. No reason you cant peel some of that off. Get creative. Your pool seems to work fine mechanically speaking lol |

Hey Thanks JoenNL, I think I just realized something I may have been doing wrong on the CLI side.... I was creating a new account using the same name and pass I used in the older version CLI pre-fork... that was not right, but my thinking was it was a total new chain per se' but its not lol So atm I am updating the electroneumD seems to be progressing. I will follow up and let you know on that part. Also I went ahead and created a new account name and pass etc for the CLI. Actually I kind of just jumped back into the ETN game without a lot of thought to things as I had been here before and mined etc using Paper wallet and so forth. So hopefully it will update and my new account will sync up Thanks man!! |

Maybe u know, one day u are walking down the street and whoops ETN went to 20 dollar each. Then u can drive with ur car to the Lamborghini dealer to buy an Lambo (don't care what 2018 model it is, just buy one because the whole cryptoplanet is talking about lambo's) with the Android ETN app LOL ya I know its amazing I guess its ok to dream a little I'm really wanting to know the working CLI version simple wallet to use now, that's always worked best for me with old algo in the early days. With a paper wallet to start out with.... But there is an cli version from ETN for what i know, i used it on my own pool so..
