Stratum miners don't send additional statistic as native miner. Sols rate can be calculated using shares/sec value, I'll implement 'calculated' speed later. 43,5sols/s Already 48sols/s... after 15 minutes working. Ok,, finally getting a chance to try out stratum. So far miner seems to be producing the same rate on Claymore as I got earlier testing it on another stratum pool. 40+ on an old 7970. I think in another post you basically are saying that the pool via server side, is not reporting stats back to the assigned miner... (all zeros sols etc.) and that the shares are in fact being accounted for and its safe to trust the hash rate displayed in claymores miner, so we know we are hashing and basically the share rate lol k, This only until you update the server side to report those stats back to pool.... Note: I do see my miner in the pool though, just with no stats... Working good so far! stratum

Well, looks like this miner has some competition. Claymore just came out with one. Can it be used on this pool?
Be careful what you wish for, Claymore usually sticks a rip off fee of 5% built into his mining software's. Anyone using his software should not complain about pool fees here or anywhere. ( not saying you are ) Now with that said, maybe he is in an early Christmas spirit and wrote a miner with zero fee's?, as I have not checked Claymores out yet. Highly unlikely though. EDIT: Ok just looked at it, wow its lower than 5% lol Only 2.5% but there is currently a developer fee set at 2.5%Just Scanned Claymore with Virus Total and as always with Claymore there is a few things but mainly this (Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401.9500.9949) its 1 of 3 Items found. eXtremal, Do you know anything about trojan.wisdomeyes?

FYI: I fired W10 with dual 7970's and yep it closes out as soon as it connects to the pool. (2.3) Its probably looking for some different library or dll that is not found in W10. I tried all the most probable fixes and still no luck. It just wont run on 10 as it stands. As most know, non-silent app does run fine, and ya instead of 44 hashes for both cards I get 26. sols, not the end of the world... I say live with until a fix is issued OR go find a cheap hard drive and borrow a friends W7 disk and get it going that way

Can you please fix the zcashgpuclient_silentarmy.exe bug? It keeps crashing on WIN 10 (64bit) RX470/480.
Rawbert, do you really think shouting in BIG RED LETTERS is going to inspire eXtremal to stop working on getting payouts straightened around for everyone, or finish working on the pool, or further development of the miner itself? I highly doubt it. Out of thousands of people mining this coin, I bet only a very small fraction are doing it on W10. New miners perhaps are cause they haven't learned a lesson yet about mining with W10. Anyways, Mine what you can with what works right now. Weather or not eXtremal decides to prioritize time for fixes for W10, God only knows? But shouting will more than likely turn him off about even looking at it. Plus you may get banned by theymos for spamming the thread..... you probably are already in his sights. So please relax and go with the flow here. Ty

I wonder if that "bug" if a bug, is present in all mining apps that use it (silent),,, like genoil 5.0, have you tried that on a pool like Suprnova to see if it still crashed then? ok, just a thought... process of elimination lol @MinermanNC I have to run zogminer silentarmy on WIN 10 and it works great, but i would rother use @eXtremal miner instead. I'm half tempted to fire a W10 miner just to see what the hec its doing... But I highly recommend to never ever use W10 for any type of mining. I made that mistake on 2 miners,,, just to see, and went back and slapped W7 back in them for a host of reasons. Matter of fact if you have the means to do it, I would put windows 7 on a separate partition or dual boot with another hard drive all together or something just for mining. Most miners do not use 10 at all on a mining rig. Updates on 10 are a huge inconvenience, unless you have 10 pro. I'm sure in time eXtremal will develop something or someone will for 10 with silent, but for now?

... sorry I forgot to add my system info: S.O.: Ubuntu 16.04 Headless Driver: Amd Pro Drivers 16.40 GPU: Rx480 With 0.2.2 I don have any problem, but with 0.2.3 I can't start the miner, the message is "This address is not valid ZCash T-address: ..." I tried both options, the binaries provided and also I compiled the sources from github, but I get the same error... Any ideas? Have to ask, you are using a "t" address correct? not "Z" ? So sorry!!!!! ... I'm stupid!!!.... I'm using a Z address instead a T address... but I used a Z address in previous miner... uhmmm some questions... 1.- Why now I need to use a T address?... like a I said I used a Z address in previous version. 2.- How I can see my T address with zcash-cli? 3.- Then I suppouse I need to send my wallet.dat and Z-address to extremal for transfer all my zcash to my T address... correct? Thank you very very much, and sorry to all for these noobie questions There was issues with the wallet itself when using Z address for mining/payouts. That's all I know. As far as a T address There is a command to create one, if you have not already from within the wallet on Ubuntu. If you have created a T address then use that command to see it.. Ill have to look for it myself because I jumped off Ubuntu for Windows mining Something like this to create lol $ ./src/zcash-cli getnewaddress Also, mull around in here: https://github.com/zcash/zcash/wiki/Beta-Guide
