Eden Hazard might need more adaptation to Real Madrid because his game was very different at the EPL when Hazard at Chelsea played better at Chelsea than at Real Madrid.
In my opinion, only Benzema is still contributing to the present despite the absence of Ronaldo's residence, and for Gareth Bale he is still unsure.

Real Madrid and Chelsea play football in different styles. When I saw Hazard playing at Chelsea he played a little slow and this was in line with Chelsea's playing patterns. But at Real Madrid he tried to play a little faster, this made him a little overwhelmed. Some of the games that Madrid played I noticed Hazard played not the way he played before.

Regarding Benzema I actually think that he is playing maybe the best football of his career. For me he is the one (maybe only one) who stepped up and filled part of the gap left by Cristiano shadow.

Bale is a different story, that guy obviously has some deeper issues with Real. He didn't make any effort to adjust to his new club and he is now in Real for about 6 years (maybe, didn't check). Still doesn't speak a word of Spanish. I just don't get that kind of not caring about your fellow players and supporters. That is not just being lazy to learn new language that is actively protesting to learn it. Hell, after few weeks in some county I already start speaking at least few simple sentences.

 Christiano is a good player, he is a great player, he is one of the best who ever played this game, but he is human in the end and he gets old and there are 11 players on the pitch. I don't get how a team wouldn't build around him while he is there so when he leaves the team would still be amazing. They literally won 3 champions league in a row, they are one of the most expensive teams and they make so much profit that they can literally buy a player for 200 million straight and still wouldn't hurt them. They tried to get Bale to become the new Ronaldo but he was just too stick to his style and couldn't provide that, now they have Hazard and he plays in a more premier league way where it requires more running instead of La Liga which is more passing.

 I still think Real has a chance to win the league if they recover but in order to recover they need a manager that will play the players how players want not the way coach wants them to play, if you force players into a role they are not comfortable with, you are not going to be happy about it.

However, if they end up getting Sterling, that would basically be the greatest improvement they could ever hope for, and that is basically the show of how rich and powerful Real is, there are thousands of teams all around the world who would want Sterling but only handful could afford it so easily.

IMO, Zidane can only prioritize players who can contribute greatly to each match played. Zidane only relied on Benzema on the front lines which continued to be played meant Benzema continued to contribute to himself, while Gareth Bale was only on the bench and only played in the second half.
Actually there are many good Madrid players but no taste what the coach expects so that if it doesn't match Real Madrid will look for players again.

I agree with you. Not many players who started their careers in the English league and then succeeded when playing in the Spanish league. Because there are vast differences in how the two leagues play football. However, Bale became one of the players who was very successful in adapting and showing his class while at Real Madrid. Bale is not really liked just because of communication problems. He can't speak Spanish.

I don't think if Neymar returns to Barcelona that will happen this season. Because Barca had spent a lot of money to bring Griezman. This could have happened in the 2020/2021 season.
