1301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why are exchanges still listing shitcoins? on: January 28, 2020, 04:43:55 PM
Only low exchanges still register shitcoin to their exchanges, low exchanges only prioritize money compared to its liquidity because a lot of shitcoins come in so that the price of tokens can be easily manipulated by certain projects for many who glance at it and of course this will not last long in its trade.
Shitcoin is listed on the low exchange a lot this has happened recently.

And also shitcoins are good alternative for bitcoin because it can help you earn money. Not quite huge amount of profit compared to the ability of bitcoin that can make you earn a lot.  Most exchanges prohibits shitcoin because of its liquidity in the market. But some huge exchanges also prefer to allow shitcoin in their exchange because they know that many people are still relying on the price of that shitcoins. Example of a shitcoin that needs to be eliminated are XRP and Digibytes. But I've saw that XRP are still useful in some infamous exchanges.
1302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Idea for physical BTC bills on: January 28, 2020, 04:11:11 PM
With the physical ones you could do one thing .
Paper wallets
This can inturn help everyone without anything else to be added to the list , paper wallets can be used as physical bills after the reciever confirms the amount.
Physical bills doesn't necessarily mean that we have to actually get something like the normal currency or the dollar.

Correct us if we are wrong, but this would require one-use wallet. Is there any way to create a single-use wallet which is one way only(out)? What if someone would send BTC to such non-existent address (already emptied)?

Although your idea doesn't mean that bitcoin being physical currency as a normal currency, what is the difference between that if it both involves money. I think that we're forgetting why bitcoin existed. It is a digital currency not an another tangible thingy currency. It was used in faster transactions and exchange through blockchain technology and making it a paper currency isn't necessary at all. People used to hold bitcoin in their bank accounts and wallet accounts. We don't need bitcoin to become a paper, we need bitcoin to increase its price and making it a paper doesn't have any effect in doing it as a physical bills.
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [AMA] The Life of a Professional Gambler on: January 27, 2020, 05:30:53 PM
i saw a youtube video like how to cheat a casino but did know how to do that? and did you ever try it on another website to see how it works?

In a licensed gambling site, the government will take action if there are reports that a gambling site can be easily hacked and scammed. Decentralized gambling sites are more likely to have that kind of features because they want people to play gambling in a 100% legit site that will surely make people entertain and enjoy. An authorized gambling site will always fixed some bugs and errors that occurs day by day that's why it is very impossible for you to cheat in a casino. If your cheat works, then that gambling site is trash and most probably, people will not play in that casino which is easily manipulated by hacks and cheats. Nobody wants to be cheated, nobody wants an unfair game when there are money involve. There's no easy money, and gambling is all about luck, some sort of strategies, patience and humble.
1304  Economy / Economics / Re: New York City Stores Must Accept Cash Council Says on: January 27, 2020, 01:41:53 PM

Cashless societies being progressive leftist movements. It is curious to see one of the most progressive and left leaning states in the entire USA adopt policies which buck the trend. Ditto with leftist progressive california mirroring these anti cashless society paradigms.

I don't suppose they're doing this to make life easier for illegal immigrants who may not have access to debit cards or bank accounts?

No - they're banning cashless retailers because of the very real risk that if credit card terminals are hacked, or the electricity grid is hacked, the whole economy goes down.

In the UK, we've had several instances of banking IT going down, which means no-one can use the cards from the bank. If you have no cash at hand, you can't pay for food and petrol during the downtime.

You must always build fail-safes into a system - and cash is a fail safe.

It is true that some other countries or places, prefer a cashless transaction because they think that it is more secured and safe. Although it is faster and reliable, you can use it whenever and wherever you want if a certain company or shop allows you to access your accounts and use it as a form of payment. That's not even impossible because our technologies are continuously developing for years and we have nothing to do about it. We need to adopt from the advantages of being millennial that all things in our surroundings are easier to use, means "high-tech". But you've said that the only problem in a digital currency is that it is prone in being hacked. You should also make safe transactions and plans to prevent yourself from being scammed while using a card.
1305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Held a bitcoin seminar today on: January 27, 2020, 12:58:20 PM
one day bitcoin will be recognized by itself even without being promoted, in the social media group that I joined, almost nobody even promoted the introduction of bitcoin, but its members continue to grow, but if anyone wants to promote bitcoin, maybe bitcoin will develop faster.
no, if without a seminar or promotion of bitcoin, it is very unlikely that people will adopt bitcoin if we don't introduce them to the correct understanding of bitcoin, because if we see it now some bitcoin haters they always make bad news about bitcoin like saying bitcoin is a pyramid scheme fraud . so with an event like this I hope people will realize that bitcoin is very well used as a means of payment and investment.

It is possible for people to adopt bitcoin without telling them. That's what you called "curiosity", it will urge people to seek more and more information for a certain person to try using bitcoin. After they learned from their own selves and understanding, they will now try to practice and handle how bitcoin works.

So don't say that bitcoin should be promoted, yes it will help for the people to know it but it can grow on its own. You'll never notice that something is growing if it is always onto the news or trending. Sometimes, a certain thing is silent while it keeps on growing and growing. Like us, we aren't expecting that we will hold a crypto coin 8 years ago, but look at us now.

But by the help of our advanced technologies like social media, we can see that its promotion and popularity is continuously growing. Let's keep it up and focus on the growth of bitcoin for the benefit of us all.
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing}: Inoue vs. Dasmarinas Mandatory Title Fight Ordered By IBF on: January 26, 2020, 03:06:38 PM
He needs all the preparations that he can get from the conditioning team, the last time we've seen Inoue defeating another Pinoy boxing star though that's really expected as age gap really matters plus Donaire is not that active fighting, but with this young and aspiring boxer fighting with the champ is another
step to be well known with this fighting arena, he needs to showcase his skills and do everything to win the belt.

How about the fight between Casimero vs Inoue? They're rushing things, let that fight finish first before having another title fight. I'm pretty sure that Casimero will continue the unfinished business of Nonito Donaire when he fought against Inoue. The age gap really is a thing in boxing because it is a factor to the speed and strength of the boxer. The older you get, the more you need to retire from boxing. Before Dasmarinas, let's focus first on Casimero and Inoue because after that fight, no matter what's the result, Dasmarinas will become determined and inspired to fight Inoue because Pinoy boxers are really committed to destroy opponents in boxing.
1307  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the ways i can cash out Bitcoin in another country? on: January 26, 2020, 11:22:11 AM
I think you will be having a hard time.

There are a lot of countries that do not accept Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies. Maybe you can check other exchanges in your place that might be able to help you. Also, you could just use exchanges in your place and make a cash out in your country through your ATM or another mobile wallet, that would be easy and you are ready, don't need to pose that as a problem when you are already in that country.

But the no. 2 option is more safe and secured when you don't know that the country you want to cash out bitcoin is against cryptocurrency. For example, in China, the government is against the cryptocurrency but still there are people who still continuously uses bitcoin. It is possible to cash out bitcoin there but it is very hard to have someone to transact with and if you'll do the 2nd option, you should know if the person is a legit and trustworthy for you to prevent being scammed.
1308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 26, 2020, 05:53:58 AM
Wait until you will be needing the money as base on the price movement there is a big chance that the price will still grow in the following days.

But the decision still yours, if you are already satisfied with the current price then you can sell it now and withdraw it so you don't have to worry anymore about the incoming price of bitcoin as no one can really predict the market price. What is sure is that, the price will surely goes down or up.

How can you be sure that it is just in a following days? Even a professional bitcoin holder can't predict when will bitcoin will grow its price again. No one can measure how volatile the bitcoin is, so it is very hard to make a statement on when is the right time to hold and sell. This is all about taking a risk no matter what happens. It is possible if you sell in context like when you really need the money for some purposes. It depends on the circumstances, but that's true that also prediction is very uncertain.
1309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Garcia vs Redkach on: January 25, 2020, 06:57:27 PM
This can be said of many sports like Rugby American Football and mma
Swimming is more healthy because there is not physical contact and you lose weight  but boxing is a popular sports bringing in many more revenue

All sports are dangerous depends on the level of the performance of a player or when tragedies happen in the event, except for chess and other board game sports. Swimming can also be dangerous if a swimmer suddenly experience cramps in their body if they don't do warm ups. So don't say that swimming is much healthy, it depends.

Why did you choose to post in a boxing thread anyways you can just root for the man with the pink hair

Maybe he posted it because it is still part of gambling in sports. It is still related and he is just worried about the people who love boxing rather than low-intensity sports. Anyway, Danny Garcia will defeat Redkach just like his last fight.
1310  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the most popular cryptocurrencies for investors? on: January 25, 2020, 06:19:07 PM
Like what article said, mostly what the reason how cryptocurrency popular as investment already fulfilled by bitcoin. And if it completedly by adoption and legalization bitcoin is an perfect investment. Maybe for payment will be need more time, but for investment already good to pick than altcoins.

I think it is very obvious that bitcoin is the most famous and known cryptocurrency around the world. Those altcoins are just for a temporary source of income, from the word "alt" that means it is just an alternative for bitcoin. Although there are people that is not knowledgeable about the bitcoin for good investment, they should read about the uses and advantages of bitcoin compared to any other altcoins. Even if bitcoin is the most popular, it is very volatile in the market. But there are some altcoins that can be also a good coin to invest like ETH, LTC, and etc.
1311  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: January 25, 2020, 09:14:51 AM
In my opinion, the move to create their own digital currency is a positive development.
It means, that the government believes the benefits gained from this technology.

Let's say that they adopted the use of cryptocurrency in their country. The conclusion for that is they see that it has a good effect proportional to the growth of their economy. That's why their development is increasing compared to their society without cryptocurrency. I think that in some point it is an opportunity for them to become a developed country.

People later on will see the difference between a decentralized vs centralized coin.
So it will be their choice which one they will use when that time comes.

As they observed the different effects of having decentralized and centralized coin, what if the other one was implemented? Would it be okay if they also choose the other option? If that so, then I will prioritize the centralized coins where I can manage it with my own manipulation.
1312  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Python Scripts for Binance Market Data on: January 24, 2020, 04:55:34 PM
This is actually a pretty good find, i was planning to build a trading bot myself but i couldn't find any good resources.

Watch videos that will help you to customize and manipulate strategies that you want to apply in your preferable trading bot. This is not enough, try to llook for some stuffs that will guide you, here is a website that I'll share to you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biSv6994rpY Try to watch and practice making it.

This is nice and neat tutorial easy to follow, im a bit interested in programming so this could be helpful.

If you're already experienced and interested in programming then this is the best option for you. In college, we already used this Python Scripts and taught us the basic and fundamentals of using it. We apply it in Engineering courses and I'm pretty sure that it is very applicable to any thing that is programmable like trading bots.

1313  Economy / Economics / Re: How regulation affects the crypto price on: January 24, 2020, 09:59:46 AM
Definitely, because of so many regulations the price drops and that is sad however price can recover, price can always go higher, yet the regulations and people it brings can't be achieved without them.

Do you think that regulation will just because the price continuously increases? Come on, if you really read some articles, they stated that as the industry rapidly advances, the the more the regulation will exist. That's why it is very challenging to hold digital assets. They hinder someone to hold crypto because they want to have a share when they know people uses it.

Knowing what the crypto regulations is always better compared to not knowing if you are in legal zone or doing something illegal.

That's very risky, you also need to know if you're location is safe and secured. If it is illegal for your place to have access in cryptocurrency, then you're accountable for the consequences that you'll take. Being knowledgeable about crypto regulations are very important, most especially when you are willing to risk your digital assets just to work and use crypto wisely.
1314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Air, Water, Bitcoin on: January 24, 2020, 09:10:04 AM
I think that influential people and corporations are already monitoring the development of the cryptocurrency market from a distance, and as soon as the cryptocurrencies begin to somehow influence the global economy, they will take them under their control.

Because when we talked about cryptocurrency, the first thing that they will think of is money. If that happens that when bitcoin will become so adopted by our society, it will become a necessity just like a simple dollar. And the first thing who will do the action is the government. They will take responsibility of manipulating cryptocurrency and that's for sure.

You need to understand that where there is money and masses of people, there can not be without manipulation. Comparison with water is not very clear.

He compared it into water because it can be a factor in surviving our daily lives. Government will always manipulate how the cryptocurrency moves in its society, because they want to have a part or share in this kind of adoption and it will serve as their taxes or fees in exchange as people in its country uses bitcoin in many transactions.
1315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: January 24, 2020, 03:30:55 AM
this is one of the biggest fight Filipino has been waiting, because Inoue is being tagged as a young Pacquiao while Casimero is a Filipino fighter that will not let foreign boxer to take the title from Manny.

Are you serious? How can he take the title from Manny? He has nothing to prove to our Filipino Boxer Manny Pacquiao that have a great career in defeating many opponents and rivals. Inoue will never be the same as young Pacquiao even if he's undefeated in a professional career. Although he defeated Nonito Donaire which is a Filipino, that doesn't mean that he can be in the same level as Pacquiao.

while you are right that i thought it was Dasmarinas but it is fine because if Casimero did not beat inoue then he will have a chance to take it.

Casimero is much better than Michael Dasmarinas, although they have same Filipino blood. Johnriel Casimero is enough to beat Inoue with his devastating hand that defeated Zolani Tete in his latest matchup in Birmingham. In that fight, you can see that Casimero is really undisputed inside the boxing ring.
1316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win a Presidential plane... on: January 23, 2020, 12:24:39 PM
Selling it again is the most choice of the potential winner unless he has a mansion that can park this plane or an acres of land.

Who the hell will use the plane? It is not necessary in our daily lives. Maybe the Mexican president is a wise man so that he did that thing. He wants to do his other agenda so that he tried to make a raffle of a $130 million worth plane.

And the problem will be passed to you and how could you even sell it? probably at a lower price now or might have a 50%-90% discount to become easier to sell it to plane airlines company that would want to use it.

The cycle continues, the airlines company will buy and also sell it to a higher price. That's how money work in buy and sell. You can't even sell it instantly and it is hard to find customer of an airplane. Airplane is not in demand and will never be because it will not help you live and fulfill your necessities and needs in everyday lives.

1318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Oscar Awards 2020 betting on: January 23, 2020, 07:06:21 AM
I have been considering betting on Oscar for quiet a while now, and I’ll soon decide how much funds I can spare and bet on this. The following are my predictions:

1) In the best picture category I would select Joker because I loved that film, and I truly believe that it deserves to win.
I've watched the Joker and I have nothing to say about the movie coz it was great. I just want to comment on how it reflected to me, it seems like Joker shows that life has no ultimate meaning and it rejects the good principles in short it was about negativity. I don't know how would the judges choose among great movies, I don't know their criteria some might and might not agree on me. Many claim that this is the movie of the year but have they watched the rest of nominees? like Parasite from Korea I guess they didn't.

2) For the Best Actor Award I’ll choose Joaquin Phoenix, and I believe many of you’ll will feel the same way too ain’t i right?
I think you only watched a single movie among the nominees, Indeed Joaquin Phoenix did a spectacular acting on that movie to the point that he owns the whole movie but frankly speaking Leonardo DiCaprio deserves the best actor award for the second time. Betting on this kind of choices is pretty hard though, I'd rather not to give it a call.

I already appreciated Joaquin Phoenix's acting when he acted as the prince in the move Gladiator and he is so good acting his character as a villain. I realize that he is perfect for the Joker character and he really executed it very well. That's why he well-deserved the Oscar Awards and I bet most of my money to him because I guarantee that he did his best while filming The Joker. Leonardo is a great actor but this time, Joaquin really killed it. I'm looking forward for more of spectacular movie of him, maybe if he wins, that will not be the last.
1319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So...Is Bitcoin the ultimate coin that does not need more development? on: January 23, 2020, 05:00:29 AM
As subject goes, is Bitcoin the maximum version?

Is it still possible to develop it?

You may want to spend a little more time reading about Bitcoin. It's still in active development, and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. There are still a few glaring issues that are yet to be addressed.

Can we still expect better coin than Bitcoin?

Of course. The possibility will always be there, it's the probability that is in question.

Although many people uses bitcoin, it still need a huge development for the users to lessen their problem using it. Its price is very volatile in the market and we can't do something about it because of the way it is being manipulated. There's always a possibility that day by day, bitcoin will improve and makes better services to users as its price becomes high again. You need to read more about bitcoin so that you're updated on what's going on with it.
